Wow! What a joke. Unprofessional. Called and told me my order was ready, and it had not even been started. I placed an order more than 24 hours ago and it is still not completed. PLEASE do not go here with anything you need completed in a timely manner.

Went to the UPS store first and was very disappointed and it was overpriced.
Decided to try FedEx and the price for shipping a package was much more reasonable.
The girl who helped me was not the best but the price was better.
Guess I will use Fedex all time.

Costs $ 8 to fax 5 pages to a Dallas number. What an incredible ripoff. Try Staples. And I’m not sure if they understand what customer service is. The girl didn’t know how to work the fax. Who doesn’t know how work a fax? The owner was less than helpful.

One of the men who run this shop, Saleem Akhtar, is extremely rude to the women who come in here alone. I have been in with my husband and he does not treat me the way he does when I am alone. I have complained to the corporate office to no avail.
I have been a regular customer of the Old kinkos in grapevine for many years without incident. But this little store is just something els.
