Through the single door and up the narrow wooden stair case this Studio/gallery houses some of the best talent northern California has to offer of professional working artists. Open by appointment and on the first Saturday evening of each month at around 6pm. This amazing group of artists open their doors to the public — one night each month — to allow people into their personal working space(s) — studio/sanctuary/storage/retail/shop/etc. I have been in a lot of art studios in my travels over the years, and this group of working professionals was one of the coolest mixes of artists, styles, spaces and energies I have seen and been around in a while. And most have been at their craft for multiple decades — one space the artists work spanned more than sixty years. This great and electric mix of artists and studio spaces is another reason Eureka and the greater Humboldt bay area is always one of the top artists communities in the country year after year.
