Dutch Brothers

The place was quick to get our drinks, but the music was so loud we had to tell her what we wanted 3 or 4 times. The smoothie I got was ry gross and melted to water in 20 minutes. But my boyfriend really enjoyed his coffee and he said it was a great size and filling.

Best coffee by far. Always happy with the friendly employees and their excellent service. I’ve enjoyed every drink I’ve purchased from them. My kids love the smoothies!

I think the coffee is good and my wife is in love with it.

My wife and I were traveling with our newborn thru town, craving that coffee, saw Dutch Bros from the road… The best coffee in Eureka!

Unfortunately the lack of conscious purchasing for their products leaves me unable to support them. Their products come from low quality exported companies and is riddled with sugar and nasty additives.

This morning was my first time trying out Dutch Bros. The White Choc. Mocha was amazing. Staff was extra friendly as well.

Friendliest customer service EVER! Strong coffee needed — strong coffee received! When we are in the area we will definitely be back!

Great coffee and rebals. My daughter loves going for their kids not so hot. The employees are always friendly and if there is a problem with your drink they are quick to fix it. Once the employees get to know you they are quick to remember your drink order.

Seriously the best chai I have ever had! The workers are so friendly. Our order came out prompt and correct. I wish we had one of these in Reno… Actually maybe I don’t. I would get into a lot of trouble! I will definitely be back when I travel through here again!

Stopped by this morning and was given my coffee on the house. Why? Because it looked like I was having a bad day. Thank you so much, Jasmine. Never disappointed here.

Love love love these guys. I almost constantly have my dogs with me in the car, and without fail they have treats for my boys. Their drinks are always awesome, and while the lines get kinda long sometimes, I’ve never been in line for more then 10 minutes. The people that work there are so friendly and so fun to talk too! Makes me wish I worked there!

I love Dutch Bros. because they hire the most friendly, polite staff around. Other coffee places could learn from them. They also have great promotions. To be honest… I don’t like their coffee. But they make a great iced mocha. Also, offer nice Italian sodas, etc. And the hot cocoa is the best around. Whenever I have ordered their coffee drinks I think they’re a bit weak — but I’m happy enough with a mocha. I’m a decaf espresso drinker… so what do I know? Anyway… 5 stars for their excellence in customer service. Bravo!

Great coffee. Their caramel is rich in flavour and not to sweet. The perfect balance. Staff is the most kind of any business I have been to, always smiling and peppy. Great deals as well, definitely get the stamp card its worth it and makes it fun to visit again and again.

I decided to leave after a long wait of 20mins for the customer ahead of me to finish the order. There were some talking going on with the baristas and simply do not care for other customers waiting in line. Are these baristas entertaining friends? I would never buy coffee from any dutch bros again. It was discouraging!

I have repeatedly told my wife I should try Dutch Bros. Coffee. I see their roadside shops all over the place and have never given them a shot at my business. I must say, «The coffee is good!!». The service is even better! The young ladies servicing my morning coffee were bright, energetic, and happy. They really got our day going.
I will definitely go to Dutch Bros. again. Give them some business.

Absolutely a must try. Staff is very friendly. Loved the iced and hot white chocolate macadamia nut. Yum. We will definitely come back.

After watching Undercover Boss, we had to stop and try Dutch Bros. Coffee. Wish we could meet the owner and talk with him.
Visited the Dutch Bros. on Broadway and the three young men who served us were excellent… the first guy gave us extra time to read the menu and decide on our drinks. After ordering, he said our order back to us to make sure he had it correct — which he had… great memory.
To our surprise, he said «No Charge — -since this is your first visit.» FANTASTIC!!! Great business ethics… too bad the other coffee place (won’t say Starbucks) has those ethics.
We will stop by every chance we get when we visit Eureka in Humboldt County… and the Dutch Bros. on N Street — -those young ladies were fantastic also.

So good! I love the coffee options and it is great that you can get anything hot, iced or blended. Very reasonable prices, too!

Sometimes you feel like a nut. sometimes you don’t…
Sometimes I want coffee… sometimes I don’t… okay so 2% of the time I don’t want coffee… last week was one of those times…
When I went up to Eureka and I was cautious about getting coffee during the long drive… SOOOOOOOOOO…soy hot chocolate it is… and it was delicious. and it was… a small piece of heaven… until we hit Ukiah.

Close to the Oregon boarder the Dutch Brother started popping up through the fog, yay drive trough coffee that I don’t have to get outta the warm car for!
I love the clever menu and the lids on the cups! They say adorable things like «you taste good» and «I missed you.» I missed you too Northern Coffee Stand Types, and although I’m not here to stay, I’ll drink you all up while I can.
Soy hot chocolate is bomb, latte foam like a boss.
