Overall I never have a problem but tonight I ordered a Dave’s double and a chicken sandwich with cheese and these guys f***** it up I was the only person in the drive thru and there was no cars in the parking lot just thought I’d give you my opinion

Cant say they have ever got my order right… especially if i go in the girl they have at the counter should probably be working in the back she is rude and was apparently not traind properly on the register… other than the negative the food seems clean and the drive through is fast… yes i will eat there again

The food at Wendy’s is great and its clean. But that Service though… The Eureka Wendy’s service SUCKS! I have gone with my family and every single time without fail they have screwed up on our order. First few times you think ok human error no biggie, after 4 times its like get it together people!!! Worst part is the Manager guy is rude as heck, he kept asking if we had gotten the food kept telling him NO. Wanted to see the receipt a million times. I said look back on your old orders and see for yourself. He was huffy and acted as though we were inconveniencing him.
The old Wendy’s staff was so much more friendly and not stuck up and rude.

The best fast food restaurant in Eureka. The hamburgers here look and taste just like you see them on the commercials. Thick and juicy neither undercooked nor overcooked. I like the Wendy’s double cheeseburger. Most satisfying. I was here a few days ago coming down from Crescent City to do my business and make it a point to always eat here. And the staff is always friendly. Keep up the good work.

I work in fast food and I understand but these ladies lack professionalism and I say ladies because it’s only the girls wendys has good food but they should seriously consider managers wear a headset one young lady had the audacity to hit on my boyfriend right in front of me seriously cut the fat of your restaurant get people who actually want to work there don’t think I’ll be returning

I really enjoy a good burger. Fast food rarely delivers that, but Wendys is close. But… every time I go there I get the grumpy employee who looks like I am the worst part of her day… try teaching your staff the «Disneyland Technique». Just because someone works fast food doesn’t mean they need to be unhappy. Be as happy as you can be to your customers. ALWAYS!

When they first reopened the new store the food was hot and good, now the last few times the food is sloppy and I have yet to get hot crispy fry’s. I really like Wendy’s food. But it has to be hot to be good, Drive thru at night is exceptionally bad. Who’s in charge of that mess.

Unlike some Wendy’s place look old and boring, this place is new and beautifully remodeled, it has a a wall fireplace and nice chairs and gorgeous interior design. It also has flat HDTV and modern chic design elements, it’s almost like a coffee shop, where you can relax and bring laptop with you on the sofa to study and read while eating.
Not mentioning their Jr. cheeseburger and Jr. French Fries is really a good deal with the taste and portion and cost that will make you smile.
Also their soft drink machine comes with touch screen and you can choose from hundred different flavors. The service is also fast and friendly. What a hidden germ in Humboldt county, 5-​stars indeed!!!

Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years. They did a good job with the upgrade. Looks very nice inside as well as outside. Typical fast food inside. Cashier was nice and did her job.

New. Roomy inside w lots of seating. It’s always clean. Warm fire going in the eve. 2 tv’s and will even put the games on. People behind the counter are friendly. A good fast food option.

The best Wendy’s I’ve been to, in all honesty. Most fast food makes me sick to my stomach. Never been sick from this location. It’s purdy, has the fireplace and the televisions and the modernized drink machine – though I usually just go for the frosties. I only took a star off – not because of the business but because you will encounter the occasional tweeker-​creature lurking. It’s kind of hard to eat your meal in peace when someone like that invades your space and begins to babble while you’re trying to consume your meal in peace.

New location is very nice. Fireplace, tvs, their soda machine has like 100 different varieties of drinks!

So glad Wendys is back. The service is great and the burgers are one of the best in town. However… only 3 stars for not giving my kid ranch as requested for the umpteenth time. Nothing like an aggro 5 year old. A lack of Ranch can easily ruin her day and make mine difficult.
Make sure to add condiments when asked.

In an age of shrinking burgers, this place still has some pretty big ones for a franchise restaurant. A brand new building with a fancier then average decorum and local nice Humbolt teen/​college students working here.

Wendy’s is open again eureka! Rejoice! Not the best burger in town but definitely best fast food. Welcome back Wendy’s can’t wait to get a double cheeseburger and a frosty!
Ps: hope that new building is ADA compliant.
