Strike 2. Ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Got sausage instead. What is happening to this place? It used to be spot on every time I visited.

I visited this location about a week ago on a Saturday night around 7PM. We were on our way down the coast to the bay area and this seemed like a reasonable place to stop. This was clearly not the best part of town and there were certainly some questionable customers. We used the bathroom(a key from the counter was required) and it was a bit unkempt. I ordered the meaty breakfast burrito, and the sausage tasted… off. I considered taking it back to the counter, but we were in a bit of a rush so I finished it anyways as the rest of the burrito tasted ok. My stomach was not too terribly angry with me for the rest of the night, but wasn’t perfect either. About 16 hours later(the next morning) I did not feel well at all, I was queasy and my stomach hurt but not from hunger, so I tried to eat something small and plain(a whole wheat egg and cheese sandwich from Starbucks, it tasted great by the way). About an hour later everything came right back up and I was sick for 4 days with pretty terrible food poisoning, complete with a bad fever and a complete lack of appetite. The timeline of events seems to indicate this Jack in the Box was the problem, likely due to poor food handling processes. At the very least, I urge people to avoid the breakfast items later in the day, as I’m pretty sure that sausage was sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Unfortunately I think this location has ruined ALL Jack in the Box for me going forward.

Friendly service, but one employee stands out with uniqueness in customer service. A darker complected gentlman maybe in his late 30s seems to actually care of his position and make his job and your brief encounter interesting and entertaining along with the genuine care of customers. It’s nice to see epeople actually care for others! With his eagerness and care, I would hire him to work for me no problem, especially since you have to care for living beings. More people need to have his attributes no matter their position. that’s how you progress in life. Customer serivice is crap these days… amazed to find one diamond in the rough!

Too bad. The girl at the window was nice, the manager rude and yelled at né for questioning the cost of extra sour cream. Had to ask 3x for my drink and screwed up my special order burrito. Fail on so many levels.

Okay, so it’s fast food! I don’t do this often at all! But, Jack in the Box is the exception. I love their tacos and their fries are good too. The person at the window is almost always very friendly and accommodating. Dine in or drive through its a good deal and the food is good!

After a much needed remodeling, jack in the box is much easier on the eyes. Keep up the good work and keep out the terrible smells that plagued this location before the remodeling. Cheap good food doesn’t get much better.

Jack in the box is delicious. This taste like jack in the box. On the negative, two people asked me for money before I had even ordered(transients /citizens of eureka).

GROSS. We were the second car in line. We were in the drive thru for 10 mins or so, and then had to park and wait for our food for another 13 mins! They forgot our drink, and when I opened my burger wrapper, it looked like someone dropped it, kicked it, put it back together and wrapped it up. We cut our losses, threw away the food, and went to TB.

Started the day out this past August in Lincoln City, OR with the intention of driving down the Pacific Coast en route to San Francisco until it got dark(I made it pretty far!) I stopped off here to grab a quick bite to eat so that I could refuel quickly and get back on the road, and it did just that for me. If I feel like it, I might go start a page for the ridiculously expensive Patriot Gas across the street from it.

Prompt service at the drive thru. Order was correct and food was hot.
