I come in from time to time during my lunch hour, and everytime, there is a middle aged woman behind the counter who is loud and rude to the people who aren’t «regulars» she’s rather short, and has such an attitude if she doesn’t know you by her first name. i ordered a ham and turkey sub, and she didn’t even bother to put ham on it… she was in such a rush to talk to the regular behind me, that I didn’t even bother to mention the mistake she made. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Very rude and i’m disappointed. Wow.

Last week I went to Subway to use a free sandwich coupon I’ve had for more than a year. (Not a huge Subway fan hence the 4 stars) I was expecting to get some sort of push back regarding the ‘free’ sandwich even though I was paying for another one. I was helped by Sammie-​she was «cool, you have a free sandwich coming» & not making me feel like a cheapskate. She even labeled them with ‘his & hers’. Everybody appreciates good service and I really appreciated the experience at this Subway. I may come back too-​the menu has really changed (LOTS of yummy items, not just Jared boring sandwiches any more) Thanks Sammie-​I hope you know you made my day!
