This place is awesome!!! My husband and I had to eat here twice the first time we ate 3 sandwiches between the 2 of us because we couldn’t make up our minds so we got 3 and shared them. We liked the food so much that on our way back through we stopped again. The service was fast and friendly on both occasions.

we have driven by this place many times on our trips to CA from Oregon and either were too early or just did not have time driving home, but we finally had the time and hunger to stop and we are so glad we did, my husband ordered the garlic mushroom and he is still talking about it I had the bbq bacon and loved it the sauce was great not too sweet and thank god no Heat so tired of lazy menus that everything is spicy I want to taste the food. we will be back again

I ordered the turkey bacon ranch. I literally got sick after eating here. I would not recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning. My boyfriend ordered the philly steak which was a greasy mess.

The food was great but wish there was just a bit more meat but the sandwich was a good size. They stayed opened all the way to 9p knowing we were going to get there at the last minute. I would go back if we visit the area again.

The atmosphere is nice, but this is NOT an authentic philly cheese steak place. If you’ve never had an east coast cheese steak, than you may like this place, but if you’re from the east coast do not come here you will be disappointed.

The sizes are smaller and there is less meat on the sandwich. No condiments are out anymore. You have to ask for them. It all spells CHEAP!!! How pathetic.

Absolutely LOVE the cheese steaks and the service. I would ready here several times a week if i could. I can’t wait to go back again. I get grilled onions and mushrooms on my sandwich and everything is prepared, seasoned and chopped to perfection. I think I know what’s for lunch tomorrow!

So I’m giving this review not because of the food. Because I didn’t even receive any):
It was 458pm and. Called to order food for delivery through the foods here people. The guy told me first we don’t do delivery. I said you don’t deliver with the foods here guy. He said yes but not till 5pm. By this time it was 459pm and then he hung up. Ridiculous because I have a family of 5 and we always spend a lot when we go out and I tip well. He could of end with you can call back on one minute and we can put in an order. I can’t believe how lazy this was I don’t think I want someone that lazy even attempting to make my food they are probally so lazy they don’t even wash their hands after the bathroom.

After a few bad experiences I posted a poor review. I’ve been back several time and the staff is awesome and helpful! The cheese steaks are wicked good! I’m a Rhode Island and I do miss a perfect Cheese steak. Happy to say it lives at Philly.

I came here for the Tastycakes. I didn’t try a cheese steak, but my girlfriend’s mother did. She said it was great.
Service was decent (for a transaction involving Tastycakes). The décor was very Philly — lots of Eagles and Phillies things around.
I think one thing that might improve the Philadelphia experience, in my opinion, is maybe offer some soft pretzels as a snack.
All-​in-​all, not a bad place. A weird, foreign gem in the middle of a small town in California.

This place is bomb! I love the double cheese cheese steak with extra grilled onion! They’re pretty consistent with the food and definitely put love into their work! The staff is always very friendly and treat you as a part of the «philly family». They always remember you and your favorite sammy! Alice is the bomb :)
I read some of the other reviews and people bitch about the price. News flash people it cost about $ 10-​$ 15 on average to eat anywhere in this damn town. The cheesey goodness you get when you sink your teeth into one of these cheese steaks is well worth every penny to me! If you want to bitch about prices dont eat out!
Keep up the good work guys and I definitely will be coming back as I have for 10 yrs!

We were looking for a quick place while we headed out of Eureka down toward San Fran. So I got on Unilocal and looked for a place! Unilocal didn’t lead me wrong!
Both my husband and I ordered the supreme Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms, bacon, onion and cheese. And oh my god was it AMAZING! It was probably one of the best philly cheese steaks I’ve ever had. Now keep it mind I haven’t really lived or visited anywhere where like Philly that I can compare it to. But it was darn tasty. You got a lot of food for your money which is always a good thing in my book. And I ate it all!
What made this place even better is the tasty kakes! It has been a long time since I’ve had them so you can only imagine my excitement when my husband pointed them out to me. I purchased one of each and two of the peanut butter ones. I was so dang excited!
