The family and I went to this place after a long day driving around in Everett. We found that the atmosphere was fun, and upbeat. The prices of everything were acceptable, and the quality of their food was great. We like the fact that they had sales going on, and there were plenty of things for our children to do like video games, arcade, and other amenities that this place provides. If you’re looking for a fun and upbeat atmosphere this is the place. The family and I definitely will be returning with in the near future.

We had a birthday party there today and had a blast! The room was the perfect size, the staff was friendly and helpful and the pizza was delicious!

Ordered 5 pizzas as 4:15. Was told they would ‘definitely’ be delivered by 5:00. Seemed like a long time since we were literally less than a mile from Alfy’s, but I figured that was probably just a pessimistic estimate. Well, I was wrong. 5:05 comes around and no pizza. I call and am told the pizza driver is ‘on the street’. I look out and see nobody, but hey, it’s a long street. At 5:15 I call and say I want my money back. I get put on hold and then told the driver will be there within the minute. Finally at 5:20 the pizza arrives. The receipt says that the pizza order went into the system at 4:58. Bottom line — below average pizza, delivered late, and no apology.

Ordered a small thin crust pizza for my daughter and I. Was told I would get it half price because I was part of a large party. Didn’t get charged the right amount. Told it would be made quickly. Didn’t get it til 20 minutes later. Also wasn’t made as a thin crust. Was told they could remake it, but it would take 15 minutes. My toddler was starving. Wasn’t going to be able to wait any longer. The pizza ended up being okay, but it wasn’t what we ordered. I also feel like toppings were skimped on. For a veggie pizza w/chicken, there wasn’t much of either. Called later that night asking to talk to a manager. Whomever answered claimed to be a manager and when I brought the issues to her attention, she wasn’t very apologetic and only offered a coupon for me to pick up at the restaurant. I requested a refund, because I don’t even live near this Alfy’s. Didn’t say this, but honestly we don’t care for Alfy’s usually anyways(this small incident made us care even less). She again repeated her only option offer, and added that she could leave my name & number for the manager to contact me. It’s been 3 days I think now and still haven’t heard anything. Yeah, it was only $ 10, but when we spend money eating out we like to have an enjoyable experience. This wasn’t that. The restaurant was very dirty too. Also, I want to comment on the fact that whomever I talked to only gave me an option to go out of my way to pick up a coupon. In my mind, a manager would offer a refund or at least offer to mail a coupon, if a customer wasn’t happy. Just my thoughts. Won’t be coming back here again.

I think this is probably the worst pizza I have ever had. $ 15+ for a small and I mean small pizza, not even the size of a little ceasars pizza so it was vastly overpirce. On the website it doesnt give you any guidelines as to the size for a small or med etc etc, but looking at the price we figured a small must be of decent size… BIGMISTAKE! Our 2nd mistake was trying this in the first place. The pizza base isn’t made fresh, it appears to be a grocery store pizza base, you know those ones that taste a bit like cardboard… well this one does as well. We ordered the taco pizza and another one. The taco pizza was terrible, hardly any meat, the rest of the toppings were very sparse as well. The 2nd pizza we had was the artichoke one, while the flavors of the toppings were good, the base completely spoiled it because it fulfilled its job role of tasting like frozen cardboard pizza. Oh yes the picture they show of a little girl with pigtails being excited about the pizza in-front of her… that is a small pizza. Completely disappointed this is the first and last time we will use this place for food… and I use the word food very loosely. Oh and on the website and outside the store they claim that they have been voted the No 1 pizza in Everett… who ever voted for them must have been blind and had no taste buds left… please DONOTWASTEYOURMONEY by going here.

Said it would be here in 40 mins, took an hour, they had to call me twice and ask for directions. I repeated my address 3 times and spelled it using«c as in cat, d as in dog» and these idiots still couldn’t get it right. Now I’m two slices into the luke warm, congealed cheese covered cardboard they call pizza and guess what? The guy took the tip i gave him and the soda i ordered. A fucking hour later he shows up. An hour.

Awesome salad bar with multiple options and toppings! Pizza was mediocre, nothing special. And they have cherry Pepsi on tap, which is cool. I’d definitely go back for the salad bar any day! The staff was pleasant.

First time I ordered pizza, it was okay. I would have preferred Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. The second time I went in, or tried to go in, Unilocal said they were open, their open sign was on, but the door was locked.

No more«Ralfy’s» for this family! Took my family there for dinner tonight. Asked specifically to have the pepperoni cooked on the top of the pizza, when I received the pizza along with a second pizza, the very little pepperoni in the pizza was buried! Keeping in mind, these were the most expensive small for the price of large pizzas I have ever ordered! The thin crust was far from and not crispy at all, in fact it was doughy! The best part was when I returned to the counter with my joke of a pizza and asked to have them correct it, the manager looked like at me as if I was a bother to her, but she offered to cook some pepperoni in the oven and give it to me to put on my own pizza! I said no, about fifteen minutes later, my pizza was brought back to me, barely any cheese, a drop or two of sausage and about 10 pieces of pepperoni, finally on top! Are you kidding me, $ 17 for a medium piece of cold cardboard and a few topings! Wow! So after spending $ 55 for two medium yet tiny undertopped pizzas, and one salad, the worst part was my daughter didn’t make it to her car before throwing it up next to the building, I had least held off on puking until I made it home! Never going back ever! If you choose to eat here, bring your own barf bag, and also your own pizza toppings, heck, your own frozen pizza for that matter and ask them to cook it for you, believe me, you will be much happier . Tried to contact the corporate headquarters via email, not one link available to comment. Wow, Alfys really could care less about your dining experience. The worst!

I just moved back to the Everett area and was really excited to be back near an Alfy’s! Today, I had a craving for Alfy’s pizza. I am currently sitting in Alfy’s writing this review, and regretting stepping foot in this restaurant. I came here today with my mom, my daughter, niece and two nephews. Nina helped me with my order and was pleasant enough, while Alexis helped my mom with her drink order. My nephews(ages 6 with special needs and 3) started getting a little loud while we were waiting for lunch. At one point my mom took my youngest nephew outside. While my mom was on her way out, Alexis asked me if we were going to need boxes. Rude. While my mom was outside, I took my oldest nephew to the restroom, at which time I was privy to the conversation that Alexis and Nina were having about my family over the salad bar. Alexis was stating that kids like ours is the reason that there should be more adults with a group like ours. Listen lady, your job is to provide customer service, to ring up an order and even smile if you don’t like us. Your job is not to provide rude comments about your customers, especially when they are still sitting in your restaurant. Your rude and snide comments didn’t help at all, Alexis, and you single handedly made it so I will never step foot back in this Alfy’s again. You need to seriously improve on your customer service skills.

I just wanted to add to my daughter, KM N, review regarding our experience at this Alfys on July 27th. I am the grandmother(her Mom). I was the one who took my grandson outside as he was having a meltdown. First I would like to say he is 3. The other children are 4, and 6. The 6 year old is special needs. Special needs kids don’t often conform to other people’s expectations. When I returned from outside I was devastated to hear the things that Alexis was saying about the kids. They weren’t being perfect but they also weren’t being horrible. Alexis, you should be really be more discreet verbalizing your opinions about customers children. You never know who can hear you plus you don’t know a families circumstances. My feelings were hurt enough that you spoke derogatory about my grandchildren. .especially my sweet 6 year old.

Ok the Everett alfys is absolutely beautiful, spotless, attractively arranged, and has sweet kids working there. but that’s where it ends because if you can charge $ 25 for a 12 inch pizza that really doesn’t even have a lot of stuff on it then I’m sorry but you don’t get my business.

Pizza was fine but I think it would have been better if they got my order right. The house root beer was not good, don’t get it, it’s not worth the money.

The pizza is gross You need 3 beers to wash it down. Problem is if you are black like me they won’t serve you more than 2 beers I guess they have a limit? F this place!

Hubby and I rolled in at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Seemed no one was there! The salad bar was stocked and clean. The entire place was super clean. Service was fast and friendly. Pizza was pretty good. Bathrooms were clean, but I would suggest having a roll of paper towels or napkin container… there’s just nothing worse then washing you hands, having to rely on an air dryer to dry hands and then having to reinfect your hands in order to open the bathroom door to get out… touching the handle that others have touched after NOT washing their hands. Don’t spare the expense… we need paper towels! All in all we had a good experience and will come back again(in hopes paper towels will have been installed!!!)

Been here a couple times and they’re usually pretty busy. Pizza is okay. Salad bar is good. Don’t like that it’s way upfront and away from most of the tables though. While it logistically makes sense it can get a bit crowded up there and you have to dodge kids if you sit near the back.

I have been at Alfys probably 20x in the last few years, but tonight was a tough experience. The team had no one to serve beer of age. Seriously, gane 7, baseball party, and no beer. Pizza took 35 minutes for a small pizza. I asked servers to contact owner to have them come fown and pour beer, pointing out that they were forfeiting hundreds of dollars in profit, but they just didn’t have a solution or offer an apology or any discount for the SERIOUS uncool service error.

Still one of my favorite Alfy’s around, This one is one of the larger ones, and stillhas the Fire Place seating, that was always cool when I was a kid. This would be a great one to take your children as they have the little game area set up in the center of the restaurant, so you can keep an eye on them. The Salad Bar here is the best one of all the Alfy’s I have gone to. The Lunch Special here is great a Personal Pan Pizza and Salad Bar for $ 7.99. The Employee’s here were very friendly and quick even during the lunch rush. If your a fan of Alfy’s(I love the pizza sauce they make) or great pizza this would be a good place to visit. As with all Alfy’s the Half off Lunch specials are the best bang for your buck, Dinner time can get a little spendy for pizza.

I’m not a huge fan of Alfy’s, it may be one of my least favorite pizzas, but they do offer discounts for a million things so it always seems to be the go to pizza option of everywhere I work. I decided to write this review though because they are one of the few places that still has a salad bar. You can get this as an all you can eat option to eat in or you can get a container to go. Its by far not the best salad bar, but a million times cheaper than whole foods and really there are no others nearby. It does have a decent selection of options. This also a fun place to take kids as they have some free video games you can play. I also like that they do have some items besides pizza, when I do eat here and not get the salad bar I get the pasta which I enjoy.

The salad bar is AWESOME! If you enjoy eating healthy in a mostly quiet environment(2pm), this is the perfect place! They have all kinds of discounts based on occupation. Military, Boeing, elderly, and I’m pretty sure police, fire fighters, etc, etc. If you eat here often and tip, you’ll get amazing service. The salad bar consists a decent sized plate and you can fill it to your liking(I think like $ 2 more for all-you-can-eat) with(but not limited to) iceberg lettuce, red leaf lettuce, spinach, baby corn, diced tomato, black olives, baby carrots, cottage cheese, slices mushroom, pepperchinis, broccoli, beats, and desserts such as jello, pudding, other stuff, and light ranch dressing, ranch, french, mustard, and I think blue cheese ranch dressing. Again, I know I’m still missing a few different things. Salad bar orders include breadsticks too. When warm, they are DELICIOUS! I would say more about the pizza, but I don’t often buy it. That being said, we ordered some pizza from work(It may have been a different Alfy’s), but the Cowboy with XXXX-sauce and the garlic chicken are fricken AWESOME! I’ve had the pasta a few times too and it’s been great every time! Very filling with all the cheese and bread that comes with it!
