We stopped in after driving around looking for something with the lights on during the power outage last night, because we’re millennial and we get bored fast without electricity(ha ha). Theirs was the only block in downtown everett with power, so it seemed like a sign and eight excellent reviews on Unilocal can’t lie?! We loved the tiny, unique layout of this little hole in the wall bar, with a long skinny bar in the front that opens to a larger area with two more large tables and couches(!!!) In the back. We took a seat at the bar, where we were greeted by Mike, who was an excellent bartender during our visit. Super friendly, perfect service, great food and drink suggestions, and overall good company in our power outage-ness. On Mike’s suggestion, we tried the chili dog off the«super simple» menu(which is no lie), after having a difficult time deciding between the other simple but unique dog combos. Everything looked so good! It was a fabulous dog, we were very impressed at feeling like you’re getting a bar food moment crossed with street food fare. Yum and so unique! We also tried one of Mike’s beer suggestions, which was excellent, and the tequila canyon – a mix of tequila with Orange, pineapple, and cranberry. So, so good! They also had three tvs in the bar, so perfect for watching the game in a smaller, quieter atmosphere. We can’t wait to bring our friends here!

Dayton has done it again! I was a huge fan of the Tock City Café and his new bar does not disappoint. Good music, a great burger, and an interesting drink selection with great scotches and bourbons. A great classy bar in Everett. Much needed!

Stopped here for a late night snack after our show at the village. Food was delicious and drinks were reasonable. Service was not up par but their amazing whiskey collection is well worth the hassle. I definitely want to try the rest of their menu and ever growing whiskey collection.

For Dayton’s to only be open for a few months, I was really impressed by this hole in the wall! The burgers and dogs were absolutely delicious! And the live music was awesome! The beer on tap was good too!

Stopped here on Saturday to have a bite to eat and drinks for my sisters birthday. We were immediately given a very warm welcome by the owner. We sat in back which had a great private lounge atmosphore. The owner came and told us about the menu. I ordered the junkyard dog, sister got the cheeseburger, and my best friend got the Dayton Man Burger. All were delicious, beers and coctails were great, and the owner is such a cool awesome guy. I plan on bringing my husband back for a burger and a beer.

I really like this place. I love that it is up the street from my place of employment and conveniently has happy hour when I leave work. I am a fan of hot dogs, but as a vegetarian not all places accommodate. I went in recently and stated my interest in eating vegetarian hot dogs and next time I came back they were there. I very much appreciate this. While my veggie hot dog was super messy, it was really delicious. I love the variety of toppings and different styles available. The fries are pretty good too. I plan to eat here regularly and attempt to bring all my coworkers. All the employees I have encountered have been super nice and very helpful. There is a bar area near the front, but a very cozy area in the back if you need or want some privacy. The beer list is nice, sounds like they make some fancy drinks as well. I hope this place is around for a long time.

This is a great little bar that just opened up in Downtown Everett. We stepped in for a quick drink before heading to the movies and were very impressed with the service and interior. They’ve made the best of a very unique space and gave us an experience that felt both classy and approachable. Our bartender was very friendly and gave us some great mixed drinks of his own invention. I would definitely come here again if in the area.

Annnnnd in this corner, weighing in at ½ lb. of pure beef, loaded with bacon, hot link, lettuce, tomato and onion on a gargantuan bun, The MAAAAAAAAANBUUUUURGER. Annnnd in this corner, just a regular, average sized maaaaaaaaaan, Chris B. DINGDING! It’s DINDIN! Chris doesn’t take any time getting started, he moves in for a bite. But MB proves too big for him to get around. Chris moves in again, this time taking a wider shot, open wide. Chris might have bit off a bit more than he can chew here. Looks like he’s taking his time trying to recover from the first parlay. But here he comes in again, another left-right maneuver to get around MB’s massive size. Ooooo, looks like Chris really caused some damage with that one — the crunch sound of crisp bacon and onion must really hurt MB. There’s another blow, a soft-tissue against the beef and hot links. Ohhhhh, a red gush of tomato came out of that one. This is looking like it’s going to be a messy match, folks. And another spar. And another. What’s this? Big hot steak fries are entering the ring. Chris B. attacks the fries, then MB. Chris B. is getting tired, he’s noticeably slowing down. But can he finish this? Slowing down. WAAAY down. Alas, it looks like, could it be? It looks like Chris B. is calling it. He can’t finish this monster off! MANBURGERWINS! Chris goes to his corner to recover with a pint of microbrew. There is a great selection of ten or so microbrews to choose from. There’s also a pretty good selection of reasonably priced wines, but we all know wines are for wimps. Chris must be very thirsty after that defeat. It was a good effort, but ultimately just too overwhelming of a match for Chris B. Perhaps he can take on the BIG Dayton Cheeseburger next, the same as MB but without the bacon and hot link, and a buck less at $ 7.50. What a PRIZE match-up that would be! PROS: Great selection of local microbrews and wines. Full bar with a range of alcohols. Happy hour from 3−7pm, or as they say, «Cheerful» hours. Great location right across from Comcast Arena on Hewitt downtown Everett. Outdoor seating. Daily drink specials. A solid menu of of hot dogs, hamburgers and appetizers, including fried pickle spears!(I’ll have to try those next). CONS: The humongous ½ lb. burgers will kick your ass for cheap. But that’s not a REAL con, now is it?
