Yesterday I went into Verizon to see about getting a phone for the small business I was starting. The associate that greeted me was Naomi, and after explaining what I needed the phone for, she suggested the HTC One M8 and explained to me all the features that would be useful to me as a business owner. She also gave me an alternative phone in my price range, and walked me through the cost of my phone and plan, breaking it all down for me to understand everything I was paying for.
The service I received was exemplary and Naomi is a definite asset to Verizon. She handled our exchange both in a professional and personable manner and did everything she could to find a plan and phone that would not only work on my budget, but would also be a great product to own. I could not be happier and I look forward to being a Verizon Wireless customer.

I am so impressed with these guys! They will work to get you the right equipment and the right plan (or non-​plan as the case actually was with us) to meet your needs. They go above and beyond and also teach you how to use your stuff. I was there for hours and hours –no kidding and they are soooo patient and even fun. I live out of town and will make the trek to do business there. I thought Verizon was Verizon but I feel so differently now. It’s the customer service that makes the difference. I can’t recommend them enough!
