Man i gotta say this place has become a HUGE disappointment. I will be sticking with Subway and Jimmy Johns. When they first opened staff was extremely nice and up beat and ALWAYS greeted me. Now when i come in i am lucky if they even look at me. The quality of the sandwich has gone down, my order is NEVER right, i never get the side pickle anymore, and the bread is always horribly soggy from the meat which makes it hard to eat. I dont think after my last visit i will be coming back and will be telling friends and family to save the trip and money and go else where.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. When we got there we where greeted and explained the menu and how they did things. I highly recommend their homemade cherry limeade to drink. They have a great selection of chips and hot sauces. You can get your sandwich however you want and it comes with a free deli pickle. This will go as our go to place for sandwiches from now on.

Love the smokehouse beef & cheddar cheese sandwich! Really really tasty! Definitely one of my favorite sandwiches. I go to this place a lot! Great interior, clean environment, and friendly staff.

Love this place! Looking for an ideal lunch that is fresh and quick and spot on — go and pick up a turkey bacon avocado sandwich(½) with a side salad. Always consistent, fresh and don’t forget to ask for the pickle. Just love that pickle for some reason! The avocado on this sandwich(which I usually get on the side) is always fresh and chunky and yum! This is my spot on Saturday afternoon even when I am all by myself. Yesterday I did a new yoga class, hit the book sale at the Mill Creek library but all I could think of was the finale will be having my favorite sandwich at the Firehouse. The staff is always friendly and aiming to please! Thanks Firehouse for the wonderful afternoon lunch!

My sister and I’s first time going inside and it smelt amazing. The placed look amazing and the subs are AMAZING. Def. Coming back. We live literally 3 minutes away. The man who helped us was very kind. His name was Nate. Thx Nate!

I thought Omegas had the best hot sandwich I’ve ever had until I went to this place on a coworkers recommendation. Best hot sandwich I’ve ever had! Only thing I would add is I would eat there unless you live close or are eating it within 5 minutes because it starts to get soggy quick! This is gonna be one of those places I stop at every time I’m in the area!

I ordered one sandwich to go. Turnaround time for this incompetent staff of 7 — almost 30 minutes! The sandwich was good, so save yourself some time and drive round trip to the mill creek one.

This place has really good food and most of the staff and the owner are courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, they have a couple of bad apples that make me hesitant to continue eating here. I came in on a day when something went wrong with their equipment that had people waiting for over half an hour for their food. The owner got right in front of it and went around handing out cards for free sandwiches to help make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as I was waiting, I had to watch the manager(I assume she is the manager) take out her frustration on her employees. When my food finally came, I had to rush out to get back to work. Unfortunately, they had made my sandwich incorrectly and left out something I’d paid for. I tried three times to call and finally reached the manager the next day. She said she was busy and she would call me back. That never happened. I finally just went into the store and made my request in person. The guy behind the counter seemed annoyed and after trying to charge me the wrong amount three times threw his hands up in the air and demanded that«someone else come and deal with this guy». Now I was mad so I demanded a refund from the manager who had not called me back which she gave me with no apology or eye contact. I saw the owner and asked to talk to him. To his credit, he apologized and comped my whole lunch. My concern is though that this guy and the unprofessional manager will still be there any time I want to eat there and I don’t want my food spit in. At the very least, it will now be uncomfortable to eat there. It’s a shame because, as I said, the food is great and the owner seems like a decent guy. He should be concerned about how his people are representing him.

This was my first time. Came with my husband and our young daughter. Immediately greeted(with genuine cheer) at the door by all the employees working behind the line. The shift lead Nate ran us through the drilland helped us select our sandwiches. Food was brought out to the table promptly. Everything tastes delicious and fresh! The fella wiping down tables in the dining area stopped by to make sure everything was great. Having been in the restaurant industry for many years I can say with confidence the place was very clean and well kept. Good work and good management. We will be back!

Nice subs! Ordered the Hero and the lady ordered the Italian. Both were delicious. I’d compare them to Jersey Mike’s…but maybe give the edge to this place right now since my last visit to JM’s wasn’t that great. Love their variety selection of hot sauces. They come in different flavors and spicy levels. I’m a condiment kind of guy and that’s a major plus. I decided to try the«#10» and dude, no way. That thing was way too hot and made me uncomfortable. Instantly started sweating bullets. Funny thing is, I took of some it home in their little containers and tried it(just a dab and spreaded) on another sandwich and it was a bad idea. Luckily, I was at home to suffer… Anyway, definitely a must try if you haven’t tried it and if you love sandwiches like I do. But be warned, their #10 hot sauce is pretty damn hot.

Just sat down. I like it here. It feels like a bbq place with the seating. Well organized. They greet everyone who walks in, if you’ve never been they run through the menu real quick and how to order. Only took a few minutes to get the order. A bit pricy for a sandwich but it goes to a cause. The only part I was surprised by was the size of the sandwich. The pictures make them seem heartier. I was a little disappointed but the flavor was great! I got the brisket #10 and my Husband got the Hook and Ladder. He was satisfied but not impressed. Good pickles though.

Wet! Soggy! Moist! Gross! Definitely not take out friendly! I’ve eaten here a few times now and each time I get home the bread is a soggy disappointment, very unappetizing! The owner needs to rethink steaming the meats and cheeses on orders to go or they will receive a bunch of unhappy patrons including me :(

I have eaten at this place at least 5 times since they opened and each time has been a disappointment. I always order food to go and once I open it at work/home, my food has been wrong EVERY time and they always forget my pickle, I ask for no Italian dressing instead its soaked and the bread is soggy. in the trash it goes, I ask for no onions or mustard, all I get is mustard and onions, I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich? Its not like they are building a space shuttle to the moon. They are overly priced, they have 5 – 8 people working at a time and it takes more than 10mins to make a sandwich when I’m the only customer in there?, I really wanted to like this place, but they have disappointed me too many times, guess I will continue going to Panera Bread across the street for my sandwish/sub needs until something else comes along.

I am a fan of pickles — don’t judge me. Where else can you get a delicious toasted sub that comes with an individually packaged pickle to go? I noticed this place a few weeks back and decided to check it out. I ordered for carry out to meet up with my husband for lunch last weekend and wow does this place beat everything else on Evergreen Way for lunch options. We tried the Club on a Sub and the Steak & Cheese, both were great. The only downside here is they seem to still be working out the kinks and training new staff because service was a bit slow. The upside is you CAN call ahead to place your order which I’ll be doing next time. Not looking for fast food or subway? Check it out.

MY new go to for subs-got tired of EMall and 4th ave subway not honoring tv promos of $ 6 footlongs. Now a FIREHOUSE sub convert-if going to pay more this is the freshest subshop. The chicken salad is sooo good. Their meatballs sub is way better than subway and even Olive Gardens! Great customer service ready to fix any goofups with free replacement shows they really care about their patrons. Sign up for email and they regularly send free drink w/sub coupons too. Their commitment to first responders is awesome! After being enticed by their commercials-its great to have FIREHOUSE in Everett!

I counted, there were 9 people working and only 3 of us in line and it still took 23 min to get two $ 9 dollar subs that are not as big as subways by far. The staff was mostly young with one older man that they all snapped at to do their bidding. They were down rite mean to him. I won’t be back, there is no excuse for that long of a wait when there’s no one waiting & that many staff. This place needs real management help.

My wife and I stopped in here to grab a to-go sub for lunch. Parking is free and plentiful. Discover is an accepted form of payment. The décor is vividly done in reds to symbolize the fire-fighters. Firehouse was spotless on our visit. There are a couple flat-screen TVs mounted on the wall for viewing pleasure. A rewards program is in place for those who eat sub sandwiches often. Nutritional information is listed for every item served. Firehouse deals mainly in specialty subs. The sandwich topping bar is not visual to the customers like it is at Subway or Quizno’s. There are only two bread choices: white or wheat. A hot sauce bar is offered for those who like heat. I ordered the medium(8″) fully loaded(mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion & a dill pickle spear) Hook & Ladder on wheat for $ 6.49: Smoked turkey breast, honey ham and Monterey Jack cheese. I added a bag of Mrs. Vickie’s jalapeño chips for $ 1.29. My wife ordered a medium(8″) custom sandwich on white bread for $ 6.49: turkey breast, Swiss cheese and mayo. She was also given a dill pickle spear. She added a bag of Frito’s to her meal for $ 1.29. When we arrived at home, both sandwiches were still warm. I was delighted to see that our pickle spears were individually wrapped in a plastic baggie to avoid pickle juice seeping onto our sandwiches. We both really enjoyed our lunch choices and felt that the 8″ sandwich length is the perfect portion size for each of us. The next time we’re in the mood for a sub sandwich, Firehouse will be our first choice.

Good food, pretty good prices for the food you get, very clean atmosphere. The one thing I would love to see changed(not that this review will change anything) is what happens when anyone walks through the door… I’m talking about the infamous«Wwweeelllcome to Firehouse!» assaulting my ears, making me cringe and want to punch a baby in the face EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I really want to give this place 5 stars, but that greeting has to go. Seriously. I plan on returning time and time again, but with ear plugs.

Noticed this place a few weeks ago and figured it was time to see what it was about. walked in and was surprised with décor. Very well decorated, bright and inviting. Right off the bat I saw the smokehouse cheddar brisket sandwich. For a fast food place the brisket was awesome, lots of flavor and the melted cheddar cheese on it was great. Both my dad and me ordered it and we were not disappointed one bit. 20 bucks for 2 meals not bad. I’m assuming it was the owner that we talked to but I was amazed to hear that a percentage of the profits go to the first responders fund for firemen and police officers, since 94 over 15 million has been donated from these franchises. There was only 1 bad thing to our visit. The parking lot is small and hard to get out of but other than that this place is awesome. I will definitely be coming back for more

Love the food. Love the service. Love that they have rewards and can order online! This place just opened mid Nov one block over from Target on Everett Mall Way. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect since we didn’t hear of this place before, but I saw a lot of cars in the parking lot so I figured it must be good! I liked that they had a lot of tables for dining in and is great for kids too. Everyone that works there is so nice and even came over to check up on us and offer our daughter a treat. Their high chairs have little fireman hats available for kids to put on and play with. Now let’s get to the food. What can I say, FRESH is the word of the day here. The sandwiches are«sub» style with soft bread(we got the wheat option) and freshly sliced premium meats with many combinations. They even have a 500 and under calorie board. It’s easy to see what you want since every menu item is well displayed with a picture. The gal at the register suggested the Steamer since it’s the most popular so my husband got that and I had my eyes set on the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and boy were we in sub heaven! It was the perfect amount of meat to bread and the flavor was AMAZING. The prices were good for what your getting — a premium meat sub sandwich so about $ 10 for a meal which includes chips and a drink and a couple dollars less for just the sandwich. If your in a hurry I would recommend their online order option since during lunchtime it got pretty busy. I’m happy to say this will be our new go-to sandwich place for sure!
