Subway

Been here two times ever the first time I was not impressed, I was on my lunch break and decided to get a sandwich. When I got my sandwich and opened it up almost all the toppings weren’t on the sandwich, the employee didn’t wrap the sandwich tight enough so as soon as he handed my sandwich to me all the toppings fell off… The nice person I am I just went on with my lunch and ate it anyway. Well today I decided to give them another shot… I have a 30 min lunch break… 20 minutes of that was spent in the store watching someone try and make a simple b.l.t I should have known when he asked me at the beginning what a b.l.t was that I should RUN but I was hungry lol. So 20 minutes was spent him making my one sandwich… The other worker make 4 sandwiches to his one. And not to mention he only warmed my bacon for 10 seconds it was still cold and then I specifically asked for no onions… So what doe he do… Throws a handful of onions on my sandwich and then another 5 minutes was spent him picking all the onions off… By the time I got back to work I was so late… Had to scarf my food down that tasted completely like onions that I am allergic to… I say pay the extra couple bucks and go accross the road to Panera. Way better and fresher and they know what a B.L.T is… Worst 10 dollars ever spent

3 stars because the workers are always really nice to us. But they do take really long to make your sandwich. I guess you can’t rush a sandwich artist.

I love subway sandwiches, and if not for a gripe i have with this place i would give it 5 stars. My gripe isn’t the food; it meets my expectations for what a Subway sandwich should be. My gripe is with the manager (or at least the guy who appeared be the manager). Twice now I’ve watched this guy chastise female employees in front of customers, which is both unprofessional and also just plain rude. If an employee makes a mistake you talk to them about it later in private, you don’t have them pause making a customer’s sandwich so you can publicly humiliate them. I don’t know what this guy’s problem is, but it makes me uncomfortable and not want to go there.

I’ve been to countless other subways in my life but this is by far the worst. All the male employees are the slowest sandwich makers I have ever seen. I don’t know if they’re high or just freaking lazy, but it takes them on average 10 minutes to make a sandwich. I hope the manager reads these. He needs to fire these kids who clearly don’t give a crap and hire some people that can do the job. It’s not rocket science.

This location isn’t horrible. Most of the employees seem to just be there to get paid. Not interested and if someone they know comes in you might as well say goodbye to their attention.

Great food, clean and quiet. Staff always seems grumpy like its the hardest thing in the world to put prepped toppings on bread. I might stop coming here because they (one specific girl mainly) make me feel bad for wanting Subway. I feel like people are so ungreatful to have a job these days. Sad.

Great location! Yea I agree with the other reviews that the service isn’t the nicest, however, what more do you want? You get in line order your sandwich and get on with your day. I love this location because they are not stingy on their vegetables! Like they put a good helping of all veggies in and all the ones in Marysville I have been to, when you say «extra» they still don’t add enough. So great job and keep it up!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service in this subway is horrendous!!! It’s only the female employees however. The male employees are always friendly and helpful. Today I went in for lunch for the 3^rd time this month thinking this time would be better. NOT. The 2 girls working this afternoon made me wait at the counter for a good 5 minutes while one was looking at her finger and the other doing something else. Seriously, 5 minutes looking at your finger? Unbelievable. I felt like I was inconveniencing them because I decided to eat at subway.

Of course we’ve all heard of Subway Sandwiches & Salads, most of us have been there a time or two. Well I’m not going to repeat another raving review about the quality of their food, the tasty sandwiches and salads, or even how quick they are able to get that meal out to we the customer. What I want to review is the customer service that interaction between staff and customer. I’m saying the customer service at the 305 SE Everett Mall Way Subway store is top notch and well worth the visit even if they didn’t serve the best sandwiches in an incredibly quick amount of time.
