The staff here are very friendly and Darcy is a pro at helping people pick out glasses. They also have a huge selection and plenty of «trendy» styles by Kate Spade, Polaroid, and Juicy Couture.
I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses. They both arrived within one week, which is pretty fast, in my opinion. When I went to try them on and pick them up, both pairs of glasses were the wrong color. The glasses were intended to be dark blue instead of black, which I didn’t notice until I got home, and the sunglasses were supposed to be black instead of purple, which I ended up paying $ 16 to get the lenses switched out. From what I remember, I had communicated to the technician multiple times that I wanted black frames for the sunglasses. The requests seem to have gotten switched.
Almost $ 350 later, I have two pairs of really nice glasses, but not in the colors I wanted. Disappointment to the max.
