I own a rental in Mukilteo and had two appliances go down in a week(Dryer and dishwasher). I contacted Mr. Appliance of NPS and they were quick to diagnose and provide a quote. As a bonus they were somewhat flexible on the price. Parts are on order and actual repair and costs are yet to come back. For now I am a fan. If all holds up(their diagnosis, fix and costs) I will be Woohoo! So far so good.

The lady on the phone was rude. She would not stop her run-on sentence long enough for us to get a word in. They came to fix the fridge, its still not fixed. We called to complain and this same lady says she’s the owner and knows business. She won’t get any of mine. They say they are sending a refund. I’m not holding my breath for that. She needs to hire a customer service representative that can help customers instead of running them off. We’re going somewhere else. Thanks for nothing, and for leaving refrigerator parts laying around my kitchen so I’d have to put my own refrigerator back together. EEK, me thinks not!

We recently had our GE dryer go on the fritz… after many attempted calls to the regions appliance repair shops, I thought I would go with a larger company, GREATCHOICE! we called and they were a little booked but, worth the wait. the technician(Glenn) came out in a jiffy and was such a pleasure, he fixed the problem(a stray pajama string wound around the fan) He was fair, kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company and Glenn!
