This place is always packed! Not sure if it’s worth the wait. The people working the counters always seem like they don’t care too much. The food is okay but you really pay a lot for the little that you get. The best thing about this place is the coffee and the smoothies, which are both excellent!

I have been coming to this Panera the last 6 years. Every morning I grab my coffee and a pastry. I feel so welcomed by all the staff, especially Jose. Thank you for making my morning easier Carlos. What has happened to my favorite Panera? Went on a Saturday at 6:00pm for a takeout order. While the food prep guy was preparing my order, another guy was moving heavy equipment away from the wall and sweeping behind it, RIGHTINBACKOFTHEFOODPREPCOUNTER. Sweeping! Oh and they were out of bread! All of the bread/bagel racks were empty! Isn’t the name of the place Panera BREAD??? The food was good but the venue was very disappointing.

If you’re up for being ignored and waiting in very long lines, this is the place for you! Horrible customer service. I asked what soups have carrots, due to an allergy, they recommend a soup and when I picked it up… It had carrots. Total lack of care for customers at this location. If you are from the area, I would recommend the Medford or swampscott locations. Definitely not this one.

This Panera is a staple in my diet. My bf and I go at least once every couple weeks. The food is always prepared with the correct exclusions and additions. The staff is very friendly(especially Joe who was working last Saturday), the restaurant is consistently very clean and the service is quick. What else could you want from a Panera? Also, the you-pick-two with broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey bravo, no cheese, is first rate! Also, I am a big fan of their seasonal teas which, while not specific to this location, are still good.

The only good thing about this place is its location and the interior of the location still looks good. I got a asiago steak and it came out cold and the meat was nearly frozen. Needless to say that it was still red like it hasn’t even been cooked. So I told the guy that it was too red for me and he just snatched the plate from my hands and didn’t say a word. I just stood there after 5 min he yells steak redone. I took one bite and it was still gross and nasty. I will never eat here again. Rude customer service followed by disgusting food.

I go here often but I’m never really satisfied with the food. Baked good are good but the sandwich’s and salads are always sub par and over priced. Maybe if they added a little more in the take out boxes I would give them more stars? Always Small portions and overpriced.

Walked in and was ignored by staff. There was no apparent line and were cut in line by multiple people. Until finally a staff member finally asked for next, since a group of us were waiting at the front. Last time visiting this place. Much better selection, elsewhere. Horrible customer service and lack of clarity for ordering.

Inefficient war zone of an establishment. I ordered a toasted bagel and a sandwich to go. While we wait, freezing, the utter chaos that is the spillover from chuckee cheeses combined with the onslaught of new employees surrounds us. It is no longer a peaceful Sunday afternoon — getting bumped into by bus boys is not ideal under any circumstances. After we finally have our buzzer vibrate, I grab the bag and confirm it has the sandwich and the bagel in it. No, states the man preparing the food, the bagel is over at the bakery. «But I ordered them together, to go.» No, you’ll need to go to the bakery. Okay, that seems illogical. I walk over to the bakery and there’s a bagel on a plate that’s been sitting out the entire time we’ve been waiting. I’m thinking, there’s no way that’s mine. Mine was to go. That’s on a plate… I inquire about my order, she states that it is mine and almost violently tosses it into a bag. After all that, it wasn’t even toasted. Quite disappointed. Will not order here again.

We are weekly regulars here and have noticed significant decline in service. The food is still good, but the counter staff just can’t deal with big crowds. We noticed other customers here before us who were complaining about service. Also, this morning, the bathroom smelled so bad of urine, it ruined the rest of breakfast.

I’m a fan of Panera Bread in general, but this location isn’t the best. Food is average, ambiance is average, customer service/staff are below average. I’d say the staff range from lukewarm to surly(including managers). I’m not sure why this location is worse than others, it’s as if they franchise or something. Two out of my last four visits here they’ve run out of bread/baguette for soup. Sadly ironic for a firm that makes bread and has bread in its name.

This Panera is ok… My major problem with it is that every time I come here the are out of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Why the f else would you come to Panera??? Both times I have been its been around lunch and they are out of that cheesy broccoli goodness that’s perfect for a cold rainy Boston day. However, Mimi did take very good care of us. Say you know AJ and Jordan, you’ll probably get a free pastry and get to skip the line… Needless to say, we come here a lot…

This is the second experience I’ve had at this location where the customer service was terrible. The first time I ordered a broth bowl with egg and was served one with chicken. When I brought it back and told the food prep guy could definitely handled it better. No apology. No explanation of how he would fix the problem. Just«oh! They made you the wrong one». Takes it from me and continues his conversation with the other kitchen staff. I had to ask if they were going to make the replacement. So much for the accuracy guarantee. The second time we tried ordering breakfast. We were 5 minutes late for breakfast but would not have known that because the cashier was not aware until the manager, upon hearing our order, passive aggressively told the cashier not to put in anymore breakfast orders. We were not given a buzzer, told where to retrieve our food, or asked what side we wanted with the sandwich.

Had decent, not great experiences previously, but this time was impressively terrible. I ordered online for Rapid Pickup. It wasn’t ready when I got there. I was then told it was because they didn’t have what I had ordered, Pesto Sacchetini with chicken and baked chips as the side. So I specifically asked what they had and picked a substitute, Pasta Primary with chicken. First off, this is the second time in a week that they haven’t had what they offer on their menu. Secondly, this is the second time they’ve given me the wrong side with the meal. And lastly, the icing on this incredibly incorrect cake, they actually managed to forget to put the PASTA in the PASTA Primavera. It was just a pile of vegetables with a little bit of chicken. I then tried to call them to resolve the issue and no one picked up. To be honest, they’re actually over-the-counter service was very nice and professional. And they offered to throw in a free cookie with the order since they didn’t have what I wanted. But that doesn’t even come close to making up for screwing up literally everything else. They got no part of the order correct. Like I said, impressively terrible.

Stopped in mid afternoon. Wanted to try the Broth Bowl. Other than there not being enough broth I found it very nice. Generous amount of chicken, plenty of noodles, also paired it with a half chicken avocado sandwich, That was worthless. Dry little diced pieces of chicken, microwaved bacon, and whatever sauce was supposed to be on this was simply not enough. Basically it was not worth the cost or time it took to hack down this sandwich. Terrible how one item can be a winner followed up by some dry embarrassing nightmare. Oh well live and learn. Good came up in a reasonable time, staff was polite, eatery was clean. The prices here are as they always have been way to high. One person meal of soup and half sandwich cost close to 20.00… So if you take a party of say 4 to 5 ppl… big family or what have you… Your looking at paying crazy amounts for sub par food. Go to a decent restaurant if you want to spend that kind of $$.

It was kinda late and we wanted something light but filling. So panera it was, place was almost empty and it was only 8 pm. But compared to the day time when it’s super busy ill take it. We ordered the pick 2, best deal they have. Food was good I mean can’t expect much from salad or soup. But really good either way, filling and quick. Bread bowls are always on point.

This location is surprisingly busy considering it’s sort of tucked away in this plaza. It’s always busy at lunch time, so I’ve tried to take advantage of the order ahead/online thing. In the past it was ok a few times, but the last 3 times I have ordered, I arrived 20 minutes after ordering and it wasn’t ready yet. It’s only supposed to be 10 mins after ordering, but I gave extra time today because I didnt want to wait and I had an errand to run. Not as delicious as usual either. Today wasn’t there day, not sure I will go back anymore.

I love Panera, but the service here was awful the other day! Came in for breakfast with my cousin and I wanted to buy a loaf of bread after we finished eating. Waited in line for a good 10 – 15 minutes while there was only one person at the cashier and a million other employees hanging around. The poor guysin front of me couldn’t get breakfast anymore because it was 11:04am. It’s not their fault they had to wait that long! Please fix the service at this location or else you will end up losing a lot of business. I’d rather drive further to a better Panera for better service.
