This is a delayed review. I just realized that i have not submitted this in 2015. I have visited this place several times in 2015. Although I’m not a big fan of TCBY yogurt in general, I feel obliged to submit a review because of a specific employee there. I don’t know his name. All I know that his parents are from India and they own an Indian restaurant close by. (I’m giving this info to help ownership identify this staff). He was a very impressive «sales person». He was offering alternative products etc. I never had such a service at a frozen yogurt place before. It’s usually goes as I walk in, take samples, then fill out a container, pay and leave. However with this staff member it was a fully different experience. All those 4 stars are for his customer service specifically. The missing one star is because I’m not a big fan of TCBY (in general, nothing to do with this specific location). Not sure if he is still working there, because I’m late to submit this review.

Please don’t advertise real fruit when what you offer gelatinous balls of fruit looking chemicals! Brings the berries!!!

I love this place! Sometimes i get embarrassed because I convince myself it’s okay to have it for lunch… about 2x a week lol. I really love tart and for whatever reason they NEVER have it. That won’t cause me to go to a 4 star though because the quality of the yog here is perfection. The facility is clean and the kids that work are nice. I love TCBY!

This place is great! It’s a self serve so you do everything on your own and pay when you’re done. The price is based on the weight of your frozen yogurt. There’s about six flavors and you can mix them. I got cake batter with chocolate fudge and a topping of gummy bears. There’s several different toppings to pick from as well. The place was clean and tidy. You get your money’s worth and they have a points card. I will be back here again. I enjoyed it.

Great place, very clean, the employees are lovely, and the yogurt is delicious! I have noticed they recently started changing the flavors frequently and I love it, every time I come in (which isn’t very often) there is always a new flavor from last time.

I love frozen yogurt. Went here for the first time tonight and not impressed. The flavors just didn’t taste like the flavors. Over priced. No fresh fruit for toppings

I have been looking for a good go to frozen yogurt place since moving to the Everett area and this new TCBY location has some good stuff going for it. The location is relatively convenient for those getting of the high way or stopping by all the things going on around the Everett Mall. It has never been to hard to get parking in front of the store or close by.
The have done a good job in making it look modern and fun but they really could have done some thing different for seating… honestly metal chairs when you are eating ice cream or bringing a date? Some of the better venue’s go with leather or fabric to make people want to sit down and enjoy the treat.
They do a ok job at changing up the ice cream flavors but there is nothing yet that meets some of those frozen yogurt craving pleasers. taro anyone?
They have a fair amount of toppings but have been out of stock a few times on things like mochi, that tends to be disappointing.
The price went down a little bit, i think it was 45 cents last time we were in. They also have a reward card and a great buy one get one free Unilocal discount.
The bottom line, good flavors, decent toppings for those needing to satisfy that sweet tooth when you are in Everett.

We absolutely love TCBY! There aren’t many FroYo places in or around Everett so we were very pleased when this location opened. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We took our sons and our 2 year old granddaughter for a treat and they were very helpful with seating for us all. Great toppings and flavor choices. We will be longtime customers!

My new favorite ice cream place… is it selfish to ask for and updated variety of new flavors?

I love frozen yogurt– love love love it. If I’m going to budget my dessert calories somewhere I’d prefer it be frozen yogurt. I was looking for a good frozen yogurt place but they’re not too common in Everett and the one I found before TCBY had some unnerving things that didn’t seem too clean.
TCBY a’int what it was in the 90’s kids– the flavors are much more fun, the toppings go beyond sprinkles and it’s self serve.
TCBY is in the same parking lot as the Red Robin, Walmart and old Olive Garden location– right across from the mall. It’s attached to the Verizon store’s building and right next to the tanning salon. Got it? They just opened a few months ago and they are fantastic. Turn like you’re turning in to the Walmart lot then take a left– mmkay?
The first time I went in there they had just opened and it seemed like there was a family in there that was running the joint. They were all SO friendly! Having not been to TCBY since the 90’s I had to try a few flavors and I didn’t get the stink eye from any of them, not even for a second. They have fun Angry Birds themed flavors like Piggy’s Cookie Mudslide, Chocolate Explosion and Very Vanilla. Of course– there’s the classic tart flavor that hits every time. There’s even an almond milk-​based flavor– chocolate almond. Seasonally, they have a pumpkin flavor that rocks my socks (ugh– did I just say that?). Tonight I got the pumpkin flavor with the cookie mudslide and it was like they were made for each other.
They have soft serve and scooped frozen yogurt. They’ll gladly scoop just the amount that you want. They have cups and bowls of varying sizes and you pay by the ounce (.$ 45 per ounce). They even have cakes and pre-​packed flavors to take home with you if you’re in a hurry or have a party.
The toppings are plentiful– with the highlights being mochi, marshmallow crème, peanut butter, cheesecake bites and cookie dough. All of my favorites. Of course they have the mainstays like hot fudge, caramel, waffle cone bits, sprinkles, maraschino cherries, strawberries, and brownie bites. They maximize the small space they’re in and there’s pretty much every topping you would hope for.
As referenced above they are SO friendly. Customer service is their number one priority (that’s what the proprietor said) and it shows. Sometimes you go into frozen yogurt places and they’re staffed with disinterested teenagers and this is not one of those places. Every. Single. Person that works there is friendly. In fact, the proprietor even remembered me from when I came in the first time months ago. I was so excited about how friendly and clean this location was so I was taking pictures for my fellow Unilocalers and he remembered it. I didn’t expect him to but I was pleased that he did.
Finally, this is a very clean establishment. The toppings area is clean, as is the floor and the tables and the machines and and and…
If you require frozen yogurt and are in the area (or live in the Frozen Yogurt Desert that is North Everett) you should pick this location. It’s the cleanest, the friendliest, the tastiest, the everythingiest. They even have a loyalty card and every dollar spent is a point towards free yogurt deliciousness. Make sure to check for their Unilocal check-​in offers and support a great locally owned business!

i have been to many different frozen yogurts and I think this store is about average. There are 8 flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from. 7 are sweet, 1 is sorbet. The flavors are not bad, but they are so similar to each other. For example, the white chocolate mousse and the very vanilla are very similar, the chocolate & chocolate almond & salted caramel & mudslide are offer at the same time. …hum…any other flavors other than vanilla and chocolate taste? Maybe add mango/​banana/​strawberry/​etc in there at the same time? Otherwise, the selection seems very limited.
Seatings: are limited. not many seats are padded. No couch.
Area: the store is pretty small and close to several restaurants like Olive Garden, etc
Price: 49cent /​ounce — not bad
Water: 1 Star! or 0 Star! no water is available. Other frozen yogurt store would always have so cold water for free. You have to buy a whole of bottle here. So yea, this might be the main reason for the 3 stars rating.
Service: good and friendly

My eldest daughter loved the bannnana and my youngest loved the oreo. The prices were great and the flavors were truly scrumptious

Awesome frozen yogurt. Lots of options to choose from (flavors, toppings). Location is great, since its next to the mall and Walmart. Staff was very welcoming.

Brand new location!
They have around 10 flavors at a time as well as hard packed fro yo. .45 an oz which is about the same as other places in the area for way better yogurt!
Lots of toppings. They also have pre packed quarts to take home and right now they are 50% off! Not sure how long that is going on.
Super friendly staff. Their computer system seems a little slow but I will give them a break on that since it is brand new.
I found my new favorite fro yo place.
