Horrible Wedding experience between 3 «The Tux Shop»… Everett, Lynnwood & Redmond Washington.
Father of Bride measured at one location, by Teresa the manager, then she had it sent to a diff. city!
The Grooms pants were poorly sewn & 10 mins after he put them on we were doing an emergency repair before he walked down the aisle!
No pride in the company, Tan, the guy on loan from the Redmond, wa. store was no help & refused to give me any company or corporate info. to lodge a complaint. According to him all I could do was contact the manager of that store… that corporate has no interest in complaints & comments on each store.
Talked to another customer & she said that a dirty tissue was in the pocket when they recieved their Tux, obviously it had not been cleaned from previous renters.
Run away people, don’t let them mess up your happy day

People=nice
Prices = HIGHWAY ROBBERY! They advertise low prices for a budget «starting» at $ 50. When we went in to rent a tux for prom the total was $ 180 WITH a discount. Ridiculous. You could buy a decent suit for not much more than that. Plus being a parent of a senior in high school we are already shelling out $ for everything under the sun! Kinda feel like there was a lot of bait and switch here.
