Tommy’s is located in the Holiday Inn off of Pacific in Everett and is surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant and bar. While we were staying here, they had happy hour specials from 4 – 6 with the better parts of their menu were half price. When you come, definitely get their house-made chips and dip! The chips come out still warm and the dip is a sour cream with carmelized onions and the two go together really well. Their french onion soup is also very good – one of the better ones I have had and I am usually not a fan of onion soup. I had their reuben and it was decent but nothing to rave about like the chips and soup. It is also a full-service bar with several beers on tap, many of which are NW microbrews, a decent wine selection, and plenty of liquors to suit nearly every taste. I got a sampler of 3 beers and was able to try a local IPA, red ale, and Mac n Jack’s for the same price as a pint. If you are staying at the hotel, you can charge your food to your room which is nice but they also allow for you to pay with cash or card. They don’t yet do room service but you can call the order in and pick it up and bring it back up to the room(or out of hotel if you aren’t staying here).
