Nice lady sometimes with her kids work there. small donation area as usual but always packed with stuff. feels good to give back and knowing someone else will need it and enjoy it more than you.

It’s a hit or miss. Depending on which staff is there it can be a 3 star experience or a 5 star experience. Hence why I went with 4 stars. I know we are donating… and customer service may not be the focus. But I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering the staff member as I do my donation. It’s their job to get the donation. Don’t act like it’s a nuisance that I am dropping off items please. But really… that’s only happened to me a couple times and more in the past. I’m getting ready to move so this means major house cleaning. As much as I would like to just toss everything into the trash, I can’t bring myself to toss things that I know another person could use without taking it to donation if I can. So I’ve had to go quite often in the last few weeks. Every single time it has been a pleasure. The last few times I’ve been there the worker has been awesome. Despite the fact that she was on break, she got up and helped us out. She didn’t need to do that. She went above and beyond.

This Donation Center is located in the Shiro’s Saimin Parking Lot & Across from Taco Bell. I go here all the time, to Drop off Donations. There is always someone at the Little Shack. Just a Note… They do not take Electronics or TV’s, for those you’d have to go to their Stores, and they can take it from there! Friendly & helpful! =)
