I went in to upgrade my phone and came home to a non working (new) phone. Now I have to either call customer service in the morning or waste gas to drive back to that wanna be Sprint store. Worst Christmas gift to my self, ever! I better be getting a discount from the 480 they charged me. I’m going to bed pissed off.

This is my 4th time in this sprint store & I’ve never had any problems & no complaints. My prior visit I brought in my cracked phone, Mike helped me. He went through my account & noticed I didn’t have insurance so he gave me a number for customer service. Called them, put insurance on. This visit went in and Ashley helped me file a claim. I’ve always had good service, always helpful. It’s really close to home as well!

The fact that they charge you $ 3.00 to pay for your phone bill shocks me… it’s like why do u really feel that u should charge me to pay for MY phone bill?! That is why I give u folks a one star!!!

I didn’t know that there is a difference between a corporate retail store and a private one but now I do and I’m glad that a corporate Sprint store opened up in Ewa Beach where Radio Shack used to be.
Too much to mention, from hidden fees when paying your Sprint bill to employees going into the back room to vape and coming out of that back room still blowing vapors!
You’re better off going down the road to the Real Sprint store.

The management should absolutely need to retrain their employee. The employee gave me a wrong information telling that I would pay less. Now I’m stuck for 2 years contract. They should consider closing this store because of this type mistakes.

don’t be fooled this is NOT a sprint store it is a third party sprint dealer
they won’t tell you that and they can not offer you and can not do many services that sprint store can
so don’t be fooled or ripped off bad information they don’t know what there doing you can make payments but again this is a third party stores
they messed up my plan didn’t tell us everything and made my plan into two separate plans so dumb
had to call sprint to fix the problem and when I went back to the store to pick my phone up they still had to correct their info in their system still two plans ended having to pay all kinds of fees that sprint couldn’t take off
don’t go here thinking its a sprint store !!!
you’ll end up paying for it in time and money!
not to mention having to wait for 40 minutes if u knew they weren’t a sprint store I wouldn’t have waited not bought 3 phones there !! worst place ever
