A full service restaurant inside a hockey rink! The Power Play Café is located inside The Rinks At Exeter, only 2 minutes from Route 101 Exit 9. It’s order at the counter and there’s self serve table seating inside and outside the café. This café has a steady stream of business, especially from those hockey moms(dads too) watching their kids out on the ice. The menu offerings here are very extensive including soups, salads, appetizers, subs, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, pasta dishes, comfort dishes(chicken, fish n chips, meatloaf, steak tips), and small desserts. Breakfast is served all day. The prices however, for some items tend to be on the higher side, sandwiches(ala carte), $ 3.50-$ 9.75, subs $ 7.75-$ 9 and the breakfast burrito is $ 8.25. Prices include meals tax. I ordered some takeout and got a Chili Mac Attack($ 5.75) and a Shepherd’s Pie($ 5.75). The Chili Mac Attack had plenty of beans and beef with a mild spicy taste in a very soft mac & cheese. The Shepherd’s Pie has layered with a good amount seasoned ground beef(a bit greasy), niblet corn, and topped with soft mashed potatoes. The food overall was nothing special, but decent tasting and filling to eat. CREDITCARDS: $ 10 minimum DELIVERY offered
