Looks beautiful, my fiancé and I were sold on the esthetics of the place… Then we moved in. It’s been one mess after another and any time we contact management it’s an around about answer that goes nowhere. From one working professional to another, this is not a place I would ever recommend for anyone to live. Everything is true about the noise you hear to the smells to the terrible trash removal service to the lack of communication and maintenance issues. Just don’t move here.

My husband has lived here since 2003 and I moved in 2010. It was much better when NPI owned. We do not go to the pool we have heard that it has been taken over by KIDS running around and parents are doing NOTHING. There are rules which are not being followed.
Be careful when coming to a STOP sign because 90% of the drivers don’t stop. I can not believe that a child or someone has not been hit or killed. There is nothing the police can do since it is private property.
If you don’t mind BARKING dogs then you will like it here. We do not have a dog and love dogs, three of our neighbors have dogs and 2 of them don’t bother us, but we have one neighbor the dogs BARKS all the time — when she is not home, and scratches at the front door.
The best thing is thing is when you need something fixed they are there and get it fixed fast.
