My husband and I were very surprised that during our visit we were not approached once by a sales person. Passing 10+ sales people on two floors and never were asked if we needed help once. But, the real reason we left here without making a purchase though is the sun. Yes — you read that right — the sun. I don’t know who thought an entire glass front building facing into the sun was the smart decision to make but if we left because of it — there has to be tons more people who have done so too. Don’t visit this store in the afternoon or evening. The sun blaring in the front windows won’t allow you to see more than your hand in front of your face. There isn’t any point in furniture shopping when you can’t even SEE the furniture in front of you.

I will take delivery of the furniture tomorrow so I can’t comment on the quality of it yet. I will say, however, that the customer service at Raymour and Flanigan was superb. Attentive but not pushy, helpful and accommodating. Able to make recommendations without pushing me to something that wouldn’t work. I had to switch delivery dates less than 24 hours before originally scheduled and it was no big deal for them. Done and done. Andy Rota is your guy. Helpful from start to finish.

Let me first start off by saying their furniture is junk, It falls apart. The lady Charmaine I think her name is who answers the phone is rude. I called because I’m having an issue with a piece of furniture and their platinum protection sucks. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked me if she could help me, I asked if she was the manager and she barked at me and said she needs to know what to tell him this is about. Well let’s see, I’ve called a furniture store. I should of said I wanted to ask him out on a date. I’m obviously calling about furniture. She put me on hold, he wasn’t available. He called me back, I missed the called. I called back and then Charmaine hung up on me. Seriously? This lady needs a new job. The first thing I told the manager was about her rudeness, I got not apology for her behavior from the manager which was a shock. I work with the general public all day long and if another employee treats one on my clients badly I apologize for them, not this guy. He did however send an email to platinum protection for me to get me some help, but that did nothing cause I still haven’t heard from them. Don’t waste your money on the protection plans, a few of the workers have ruined my pieces and then when they replace them your protection ends even though they ruined them to begin with. It’s all a bunch of crap. Go buy your furniture else where. This store is horrible all around!

It’s a shame that a few of you had bad experiences! With Jeff Celestin as our salesperson, I can only rave about Raymour and Flanigan! With Jeff, there were no problems only solutions! He really cared about what we wanted and made it such a pleasant experience! He had such a wonderful personality with a smile that went with it! He went above and beyond to accommodate what we wanted and to give us the best price possible! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patience with us as we picked out furniture. The manager there also deserves praise for giving us an awesome price for all of our furniture! Thanks Jeff and Raymour, it really has been a great and fun experience buying our new furniture for our new home!
