The Mattress Factory

Just bought a mattress last Friday 7−10−15. it was delivered on Monday 7−13−15. My sales experience with Jerry was great. If you have shopped for a mattress in the past, it’s worse than buying a used car. The prices can’t be beat! If you find a better deal they will match it. Delivery went off without a hitch, and was worth the $ 49. I was given the standard 4 hour window and asked for a 30 min heads up since I work close to home and didn’t want to take half the day off. Got the call around 1:00pm and it was set up in my bedroom by 1:30. I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend The Mattress Factory to anyone looking for the best deal with no hassle. Check out their other reviews online as well. Got a great deal on a bed. However, the delivery was horrible. They give you a four hour window in which they are going to deliver which was fine. But, they called and said they would be another half hour. Ok, what’s another half hour, right? Well, still no show. Called the store to complain and they said, well, we can deliver it in 3 days. After some argument and threatening to drive to the store for a refund, the bed arrived 5 ½ hours later. Delivery is an extra $ 50 and the delivery people leave the plastic wrap from the bed. Next time I need a bed, I will be sure to go someplace else.

I recently decided that it was time to upgrade from my old twin mattress to a big girl bed. I heard about this place from a Groupon deal, which was $ 200 off of a mattress for $ 50.
They had a pretty big selection of mattresses from a few different manufacturers (Eclipse, Tempur-​Pedic, Sealy, and two or three others). I went twice after work and was (luckily) the only person in the store except for Jesse, the manager. I couldn’t decide on a mattress the first time, and he gave me his card and welcomed any questions.
Jesse was awesome! He was patient with my indecision and helpful without being too pushy. The mattress I chose ultimately didn’t qualify for the Groupon, but he refunded me the price of the Groupon and threw in a basic bed frame for free.
Even the delivery was a good experience. They were having a special price of $ 20 (usually $ 40). The men who delivered my mattress were extra friendly and very fast. They carried my mattress and boxspring up my townhouse’s many winding flights of stairs and set it up in less than 10 minutes.
The one downside is that they only deliver three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) during work hours, so I had to wait about a week and half for my mattress because I wasn’t home the first Saturday.
Buying my first mattress with The Mattress Factory was a great experience. Now I finally feel like an adult!
