What is the point of a HOLD ticket if associates are going to allow other customers to take items off?!? Came during my lunch break and had to put dresses on hold for when I got off work. When I returned several items were missing. Extremely disappointed.

I went in for men’s khakis. No selection at all. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned in a while.

If you can’t handle stepping foot in a TJ Maxx or Marshalls, don’t go to Ross. Despite it being even cheaper, the place is a little messy and merchandise can be a little unpredictable. Over the years I’ve had a lot of success finding shoes, housewares, suitcases, clothing, purses, etc. I recently purchased a pair of Rockport brand shoes for about $ 15, a dress for $ 12 and a Samsonite suitcase for $ 80. They always have those dish ware packs of bowls, plates, etc. for around $ 15. Depending on how often you entertain, it might be worth stocking up on the real thing and ditching the paper plates.
The biggest tip, don’t go in looking for anything in particular. You’ll be disappointed. Go in looking for nothing and you will onc over some hidden gems.
