Sam’s Club

Tried the «order pickup» service where you order online and they put your order together for you. Here’s some advice — dont do it. The order was missing items, items that were in stock on the website werent in stock when i picked up the order and oh — it took an hour to pick it up. They couldnt find my order… then they told me that someone already picked it up… then they finally found it and it was all wrong. Took an hour. Could have just gone to store and done it myself in a quarter of the time. Employees werent helpful at all.

Worst SAMs Club ever. The service here is truly awful. Particularly the Optical Dept where one older woman sits and chats on the phone while you stand at the counter and wait. It’s happened to me 3 different times now.
But nothing is worse than the Food Court. Besides the workers being really under-​trained, the food is disgusting. They do not seem to have timed safety standards for rotating the food. They make a bunch of food and WON’T replace it until its gone.
Last time I ordered a piece of pizza I took it back and literally snapped the petrified crust in half to show them how old it was and the worker said «I can’t make a new one until this one is gone».
I should mention that a similar experience has been had by me and my family at least 10 times. I have finally banned our family from eating there for fear of getting ill from food born illness. I wrote a letter to the club manager, but the food standards remain unchanged one month later.
When our membership runs out we will be joining the Costco in K.O.P. even though the drive is 20 away.

You need a membership but come here for the bulk supply of goodies. Also, can’t beat a Hatfield dog and soda for $ 1.50. haha
