Starbucks

They forgot they were doing a pourover for me although I was standing right there. Finally got my coffee and after paying their ridiculous 60 cent surcharge for soymilk, I got literally one drop of soymilk in my cup (I watched her pour it). Even so, the cup was so overfull that I ended up spilling it all over my car just by trying to carefully place it in the cupholder. It wasn’t even a fancy drink. They just needed to be able to pour a cup of coffee and add a decent amount of soymilk in such a way that it wouldn’t end up all over me and my car. They couldn’t. Also, the weakest cup of pourover coffee I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks.

Now i see why this starbucks has such a low number of stars, Even though its a Starbucks. So not only did they make my drink wrong but the service was terrible.
I live a block away from this starbucks and i had to go into wetchester today. So when i realized my drink was wrong it was already too late. So it took me an hour to get back here. When i did. I was met with hostility. Never befor has a starbucks given me such a problem about having my drink fixed. At first JUNE, the lady who is the sole cause of my bad experience, said well we made the drink just as you said. Which would have been true if you listened to me in the firstplace. But you didnt. Even when you remade my drink a second time you still didnt listen to me. Because i again said no whip but alas yet again it had whipcream. Also when you remade it i asked for a smaller size which you ofc gave me the smallest. (I originally turned in a venti) didnt add my extra shot but at least this time all the sugar wasnt in the bottom. I think i will just go to dunkin donuts for my coffee now.

Simply my favourite branch in Chester County. I was a regular customer before the revamp in 2013, but the staff is ever-​so friendly.

What are you going to expect from Starbucks? Their coffee is overpriced shit. You may as well go to Wawa or Dunkin donuts to get better coffee

Hey this is a Starbucks. The counter girl was completely cute and very pleasant. Barrista likewise. I try and do local but sometimes Starbucks is the only option. Got my latte fix in rural PA.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too, and trust me, I’m a gold star member who is obsessed, so I’ve been to quite a few. The cashiers either don’t understand or just make A LOT of mistakes. It’s not uncommon to ask for a cold drink only to find a hot one waiting for you at the end (happened 3 out of 5 times in 1 week once). The wait time is a ridiculous 10 – 15 minutes, and people after me in line are often served before I am. I always get an iced vanilla macchiato which consists of like 4 ingredients and it never tastes the same each time I get it. Unfortunately, this is the only Starbucks on my way to work so I either take a chance and go here or stop at Dunkin. I’ve been going to Dunkin more often then not because they never mess up my coffee and it tastes the same every time so I know what to expect. This place sucks!

Approached the half giggling cashier talking to her coworker and ordered a Iced Carmel Machiato with whipped cream. Recieved a hot Machiato instead. It’s 85 °F outside and a hot drink is the last thing I want.
Spoke to the cashier again and was told Carmel Machiato doesn’t come in cold iced form. Regardless of how many times I’ve ordered a cold version from other Starbucks before, they still denied it.
Didn’t feel like arguing, so I accepted the drink. Looked around for a cup sleeve and they don’t have any avaliable. Out of stock for the next seven hours until they close. I was offered another cup to double it, but denied it. If they knew that they’re out of cup sleeves, they could jave doubled the cup before handing it to me.
I left the store to get into my car. Opened the cup to check out the drink. It was filled 75% of the way up the grande cup. No foam. No whipped cream.
I was the only person in line. The drink was not a mox up.

This Starbucks is walk-​able from there and literally saved me throughout the weekend of a conference where I was forced to stay at the Wymdham. I came here for breakfast — got some decent coffee and a breakfast sandwich which beat the heck out of the pre-​packaged «Grab & Go» garbage that the hotel was offering.
I alsostopped in around 3 PM during a break in the conference and got a much-​needed Macchiatto (sp??). Thank you, FOURBucks.

I stop here alll the time on my way from Philadelphia to Morgantown. Its in a great location and always quenches my coffee needs at just the right moment on a long drive. Bravo, I’m a fan.
BOTTOM LINE: A solid Starbucks in a good location.
