The Story: One of our drivers decided to buy the whole office lunch. It was a wonderful gesture and I’m grateful for that! However, … Food: I’ve experienced better delivery sushi. First the rolls were falling apart when I picked it up. I didn’t feel like the salmon rolls were fresh. We also got chicken teriyaki(made with white meat [mistake! mistake!]), salmon teriyaki(it was only okay) and yakitori(chicken was tough). Price: I looked at the take out menu and the price is average for sushi. Décor: do not know. Service: do not know. Parking & Finding the Place: do not know. Additional Thoughts: There are better delivery sushi out there =(

Been coming here for a few years now. I would say this in one of the better sushi places for the money in the area. The portions are good and the staff is polite.

Not one of my favorites that’s for sure. The place is quaint and quiet so lunch was peaceful. The staff was friendly and nice. However, the food, not good. My soup tasted like there was still soap in the bowl. The salad dressing was bland. The sushi quality is not good at all. It wasn’t fishy tasting or anything like that but it had no flavor at all and was cut too large. I couldn’t even finish it. Took it home so they wouldn’t feel bad. So many better places closer to my house that I probably wouldn’t return.

Have been ordering sushi from here almost every Friday. Don’t know if they have new people there but the the ones answering the phone need an attitude adjustment. They need to realize they’re not the only game in town

Big fan of the spicy roll combo and sushi deluxe. This place is legit, no nonsense. I look forward to many more meals ahead.

Favorite sushi place in Fair Lawn. Great sushi, so many good selections. They have great special rolls also! Their lunch bento box with chicken teriyaki was delicious I usually order the sushi combo as an entrée for dinner. Love the soup and salad. Service is always quick and on point. When you order Mei Sushi for delivery it’s always super fast and packaged well. Love this place!

What a joke. Waited 20 min and paid more than $ 8 for a baby size sushi box. I guess people will pay because of their location. If you’re not lazy, go somewhere else. They are not smiling a lot either.

Came by on a work day to order lunch for takeout. Needless to say, I’ll never come back after today’s experience! Nobody should have to spend $ 15 for 3 rolls of sushi and be made felt like crap in the process of it! Don’t expect when people walk in to have your menu memorized!!! This is the first time a person can be looking at it, so if u have a question about what I’m ordering or the price you’re charging me for it, you should be able to answer both WITHOUTATTITUDE if you want me repeat business. Obviously, you don’t.

Some of the better sushi in town. Creative rolls, fresh and has the brown rice alternative. Love the gyoza too! Always has a lot of coupons in local newspapers and advertisements so be on the lookout. Unforuntately, I typically only order take-out because one of their servers is extremely unpleasant and I’d rather not take the chance of running into her.

Delightful cozy place that was a warm refuge. The food and service continued the warmth. Sushi was decent and the beef teriyaki bento box had an abundant assortment.

No. Just… no. We used to come here all the time. The people were nice, the food was good, the price was fine. Lately the quality of food and service have both gone down. Our waitress literally rolled her eyes, sighed, and gestured when we asked or some dressing… our spicy salmon rolls were ALL panko bread crumbs and our avocado was brown. They wouldn’t replace it. Gross. Never going back.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while and finally got takeout tonight. The Crazy Tuna roll was very good. I also got a chicken tempura roll and my only complaint is when I ordered, I asked the woman to put any sauce on the side because I do not like eel sauce and she assured me that there was only soy sauce. Low and behold, there was indeed eel sauce on my roll, which I am sure I would have enjoyed much more without.

Ordered online for a quick lunch. Their ordering system is pretty simple. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bento box that came with some California rolls and I also ordered a spicy tuna hand roll. The hand roll was very good, kinda hard to mess that up. Wish I could say the same for the bento box. The rice was ok, chicken tasted bland and drenched in teriyaki sauce. The California rolls were disgusting. I could tell they were probably made the day before. Not impressed with this place. I’ve had better sushi at the mall. :(

This is a great sushi place. I usually get the combo B. which is three rolls: eel cucumber/spicy salmon/and tuna avocado. Comes with miso soup and a salad 15 $. Takes credit card Great sit down place too.

Not a sushi eater but everyone eating with me seemed to enjoy theirs. I had chicken teriyaki and it was super fresh and cooked well. Nice size portion. Enough for a lunch for me. I’ll be back!

Read some of the not so good reviews here, I don’t really agree with. The place is cozy and clean, the service isn’t too bad, even thought the servers don’t know anything about sushi. I ordered the Regular sashimi, it was $ 17.95, for 17 pieces, soup and salad, not bad. The salmon, yellowtail and striped bass were extremely fresh, almost the freshest I’ve ever had. The tuna, was good but lacked in flavor. Everyone else ordered some rolls and a chicken teriyaki. One complaint is that the rolls are extremely small for the price. Some items on the menu are a deal and some are not. I wouldn’t be opposed to trying this place again.

Should have stuck to the sushi as a vegetarian. Ordered the vegetable udon noodle soup and though she said it was vegetarian, it tasted and smelled like a fish was swimming around in it. Staff was nice, place was clean but ultimately I definitely didn’t enjoy the meal.

I Would Call It «Your Sushi» Chinese Owned An Operated Much Of The Fish Is Frozen Mei is a Chinese surname in Mandarin dialect so no false pretense in the name +1 star, I like that! The food is just ok and if all you require is a serviceable sushi experience featuring previously frozen pale watery fish thats a step above supermarket quality then BINGO! So gobble up them sea hot dogs(uramaki) and hand rolls. One and done, just for the hell of it I tried Mei and can drive another 10 minutes for a much better experience from a few authentic Japanese owned restaurants. I’ll never understand the«sushi is fresh» line in reviews, you better hope so!

Dont know why people hype this place up so much … maybe they have never had better? Its a take out only place filled with cheap asian merchandise… Sushi is OVERPRICED for the portion and quality is not high, its good depending on what you get. The Nori they use is crap. We spent 70 $ to try different things and only 33% of our food was worthy of consumption. Won’t return… pure hype…
