CorePower Yoga – Fair Oaks

Amazing instructors and perfect location! My equestrian athlete friends and I found this place and can’t be happier with the classes. There is something for every level and it caters to all athletic needs, from strengthening to lengthening this studio has it all:-)

I’m new to Fair oaks, new to yoga and its been quite some time since I’ve stepped into any fitness establishment. I searched Unilocal’s reviews to see what was recommended in my area and CorePower Yoga popped up as a new spot. The only other highly recommended place in Fair Oaks had some sketchy reviews eluding to the instuctors making fun of the inexperienced. I knew I wanted a spot that was ENCOURAGING and I found it here at Core Power Yoga. The instructors are all so very sweet and encouraging. They are proficient, knowledgable and very professional, but yet still really down to earth and approachable. The classes are the best part and have all been FANTASTIC! Motivating music and encouraging words throughout the classes. There is no feeling like the one you get when you’ve completed a class and you are dripping sweat. Its exactly what I need and I always look forward to coming back for my next class. Oh and you are always greeted with smiles all around when you arrive, which really sets the tone for your class.
About the facility:
The studio is gorgeous and so CLEAN. The entire facility is awesome. Love all the little details and amenities that make your whole experience amazing. I especially love the filtered water dispenser for water bottles. They have Yoga blocks and weights in the studios for your use. Hand sanitizer for you and spray bottles for your sweaty mats. Locker room with showers. Mats and towels to rent. The also sell really great stuff in the front.

This was my 1^st time ever doing yoga and it was great. I did the C1 class. The room was about 85 but not unbearable. I have a huge aversion to the heat so I was surprised it didn’t bother me much. Manny was great. I actually felt so great after I told my friend I almost cried. This is great for you mentally too. Thank you guys. The facility and people were very nice and inviting.

First time taking yoga at CorePower and I just have to say WOW! What have I been missing? The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the instructor & manager Britt. Considering they just opened their doors a few days ago, I was surprised at the turnout of the class size, especially on Christmas Eve! There is definitely a great sense of community at this studio, which is not something you get at other studios in Sacramento. The studio itself is very clean and beautiful. There is a locker room in the back, a water station, and even mat rental at the front if you need to borrow one for the day. They also have a great selection of clothes and accessories. As far as the class went, the room was heated, the lights were dim, and there was music playing that accompanied the energy of the room. Britt did a great job and making everyone there feel comfortable & relaxed, but she was still was very clear and precise in her instruction. My first experience at CorePower was a great one. I look forward to my next class.

Wonderful facility, really nice people. Manny was great. While it will take me awhile to get comfortable with the hot rooms, I know I will continue to practice there.
