I should have known the food wasn’t going to be good when she told me our order would be ready for pick up in 10 minutes. We ordered the house chow mien, house fried rice, wor wonton soup and honey walnut shrimp. All of it was bland. No flavor whatsoever. The noodles and shrimp were way over cooked. We will not eat here again.

Extremely poorly run restaurant. The lady owner does nothing but stand at counter and take phone orders. People are expected to seat themselves, set their own table and get their own menus. It was pretty surprising. I had high hopes for this place as I love Szechuan food. It was hit and miss on our food. The potstickers were decent but we weren’t even finished with them and they were trying to take them away, literally while we were mid dipping our potstickers in the sauce. The male owner gentleman was very nice and I think tried hard but lacked in service. The poor people across the room had finished their meal and realized they were not given any rice. I don’t think this will be on our list of Szechuan restaurants to return to.

Clean place, with a welcoming host. I had the General Chicken and Peking pork. It was great food but a little spendy for take out Chinese.

Where do I begin? We drove by your place several years ago and thought, «That would be a nice place to try»… understatement of the millennium! Countless visits later we still espouse the virtues of your flawlessly, consistently, ultra-delicious temptations of the palate… the interior’s ambience is always peaceful, pleasant, and sonically relaxing(is that the«Music of the Spheres» playing in the background?)… owners and staff are uncommonly friendly, generous, fun, humorous, efficient, attentive, and polite… significant other enjoys the Kung Pao Chicken, Sizzling Rice Soup, and egg rolls… she and I both put forth that you create, singularly, without question, the best pot stickers in the known universe! I am very taken with your Shrimp Chow Mein, and Shrimp Fried Rice… we truly can’t relate enough positive statements for you… we’re so happy, and lucky, we happened to drive by one day and discover you!

My first time today. Went during the lunch hour, we ordered the plates. 2 of the plates were incorrect, and each plate came out within 5 to 7 minutes apart. Odd since everything should have come out together. The food was tasty though! I prefer fountain drinks over canned soda. Since you get free refills with fountain drinks as opposed to canned. Also, no one checked on us throughout our meal.

Food is delicious only 4 stars because they have forgotten my steamed rice a few times.

Always had great food. Prices are reasonable. We typically order the dinners which include lots of various items to eat. Service is quick and food is delivered fast.

Stopped in tonight after a long day. It was after 8pm and I was greeted cordially. The waiter explained dishes and they all sounded scrumptious. I opted for Chow Fun and it was very flavorful and the ingredients are fresh. The food was sizzling hot. The restaurant is clean and inviting, tastefully decorated nice lighting. I will be going back and if things continue like this it will be my new favorite Chinese Restaurant.

The food is so good. We love the general chicken, the spring rolls, the honey walnut shrimp and the chow mein. That’s all we’ve tried so far, and can’t wait to go back and try more!

BESTCHINESEFOODINTOWN! The whole town! Better than Fats(I’ve dined at 2 Fats locations-Folsom and downtown) better than all those hole in the wall joints! Just better! I never have a problem getting them to deliver but I will agree that their service needs a little help and they really don’t like you to dine in! Try their anything I have not had a bad dish here!

I’ve been here multiple times and their food is good BUT, you may want to think twice if integrity of the business you eat at is important. First off, their prices are inaccurate. I looked on Unilocal ahead of time(since this is where we look), because I wanted to make sure I know what the price is of what I’m purchasing. I got an order of Chicken Chow Mein and General Chicken. It came out to 3 dollar more than what Unilocal said, even calculating in tax… I know it’s not a lot, but it’s not what it should have been. I asked them for the recipe cuz it seemed like more then I was expecting. Thinking I may have miscalculated, I drove home with my food. When getting home I noticed the difference and called and asked if their prices in Unilocal were accurate. He said yes and I pointed out the did difference. He said«oh yea» and referred me to a different website… I told him that was not ok to have inaccurate prices on Unilocal and that it was deceiving. On top of that, in my experience, getting them to deliver is like pulling teeth. On Unilocal it says that they deliver(which is an awesome service that drew me in); but I’ve tried 3 times and each time they said they were«busy» and that I may wanna pick up because it would be quicker(which is totally understandable). Each time I just picked up. The last time he said it would be an hour to and hour and a half(which I expected, so I ordered ahead of time) but he talked me out of it still so I came in to pick up. When I got there the place was literally empty and had about 6 orders sitting on the front table ready to be picked up. The guy at the counter was on the phone when I walked in and I heard him telling the person on the phone the same thing, «they were busy», I looked around and was like uhhh… No integrity. Deceiving with pricing(may wanna check their other website instead of Unilocal for that) and services(delivery is rare). Make ur own decision but just be aware. Im not one to write reviews usually, and I usually give places multiple chances because I realize everyone has their nights. But this has been a continuous experience with this place and I’m not pleased. Never again for me.

I ordered take-out from them. The menu is huge, lots of great choices. The only thing I had trouble with was the dinner packs. It says«dinner for 2 or more persons». I had selected it, then went to purchase it and an error occurred saying I had to make a selection of how many persons I wanted the dinner for. 3 is the mandatory lowest, jumping the price up big time. I just wanted it for 2. That was the only problem I had. The food was pretty dang good. Great portions and flavoring. Delivery was amazingly fast and professional as well. I would definitely go again

Came here for my graduation dinner. First of all I am so happy that they were able to take my reservation for 20 people the day before the actual event. The other resturant cancelled on me last minute. The food here is really good and it’s quick! The Mongolian Beef is yummy and their fried rice is delish! I’ve gone here for lunch too and they have great deals. This is my go to resturant for Chinese food and Chinese restaurants are hard to come by in Sacramento.

OMG, so wonderful, and so much food! I’ve been eating here once or twice a month for a while now, since I discovered it about six months ago. No matter what I order, it always exceeds my expectations for both taste and serving size. This is one of my favorite places, hands down! Recommend the Singapore noodles — I ask for extra hot(love it!).

I had the singapore vermicelli and it was awesome! We chose this place because we wanted to just go somewhere and relax in a quiet atmosphere and not have the hustle and bustle of a lot of local restaurants. It was the perfect atmosphere for that. My boyfriend is gluten free and they didn’t seem to have any real recommendations for that so he just got steamed vegetables and steamed rice with no sauces. It was a generous portion and it was delicious.

What a dirty nasty place with dirty nasty people! If I could give it minus stars I would! I’ve only been to this restaurant once, but I will never EVER go back. We were greeted by a woman who first gave us a dirty look then only spoke four words to us before we sat down, «how many» and«sit here». No smile, no hello and no drink order. She did bring us some water and when we said thank you she said«ya». I wanted to leave but my husband talked me into staying. The woman was acting like she didn’t want us there so I was afraid we’d get bad service… Bad would have been an upgrade from what we got! We ordered a mixed appetizer and it came with a little hibachi in the middle that the woman check to see was lit, saw that it wasn’t and waved her hands at it like she just couldn’t be bothered. Apparently we don’t deserve drinks or to have a lit hibachi with our appetizers. The appetizers were actually good, but nothing special. Next we were treated to a loud screaming match coming from the kitchen. It lasted about 5 minutes. Then, the woman brought the couple next to us their rice which they asked her to take away. She took it and put it on a table near the kitchen, returned a few minutes later and gave it to us! When I asked her why she was giving us other peoples rice she yelled at me «not theirs, yours» so I said, what? And she says, «they didn’t even touch it» and just walked away. I was pretty annoyed by this, but I was trying to keep it together for my husband who was doing his best to keep me calm, but what came next is just unforgivable. They gave one of our dishes to another table. It sat at their table for at least 5 minutes and when they finally asked the woman to take it away because they hadn’t ordered it, she looked directly at me right in the eyes as she took the food back to the kitchen. She came to me and explained in a fairly rude fashion that they did make a mistake but were making a fresh order, then not more than two minutes later a man brought us a «new order». He made a real point of telling us it was freshly made and new. What a load of crap! There is no possible way he made a new order of chicken and mushrooms in less than 3 minutes. Between our appetisers and our(other peoples) main dishes we were completely ignored. We had to make a point of getting the rude woman’s attention just to get drinks. The food wasn’t horrible but it was also nothing special. My husband liked the sweet and sour pork and I liked the foil wrapped chicken. Other than that, the rest wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t worth putting up with rude dirty lying people. We did pay and did not complain. My husband doesn’t like to make a scene(he’s British) and I don’t like to upset him. When the woman was taking our money she was all smiles and tried several times to give us a menu to take. WTF? So not only was she rude, gave us bad service and gave us food from other people’s tables, she didn’t even know it was wrong? Fortunately for us and unfortunately for them we’ll never eat there again. Which is a real shame since it’s our closest local Chinese restaurant and we would have ordered from them several times a month.

Solid Chinese food place in Fair Oaks, located at the end of a large shopping center off San Juan. Came here for something to eat before heading to the sports bar down the street and was pleasantly surprised! Stopped in at about 8:00pm on a Saturday and was surprised to see only two other tables filled. It’s a small restaurant so I was happy to be seated quickly. Service of the staff was amazing! They recognized I was cold, so they turned down the air conditioning and also made an exception on the menu for me by doing Orange Tofu. Yay! The Orange Tofu was good, it came out crispy with good flavor but it could have been a little spicier. I think next time I will order it with the tofu triangles instead. The Vegetable Chow Mein was amazing and probably the best chow mein I have ever had! The noodles were cooked perfectly and they were SO flavorful. There also wasn’t too many vegetables, just right. The flavorful sauce was different then your typical chow mein sauce. Highly recommended! My Boss ordered the Chicken and Green Beans in a Black Bean Sauce which he said he always gets and enjoys. Beans are cooked perfectly and everything is so good. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area to get some more chow mein and try their Vegetarian Hot n Sour Soup. They even have a whole page on the back of the menu dedicated to vegetarian dishes. Love!
