Went here to buy a Roomba, asked if they could help me since the model I wanted was not available in store (Model 770). The associate was helpful and was able to take care of this for me. Though I was unimpressed with BBnB, they sent me a Roomba which seems to been used already. Scratches and broken pieces. Fix this for future customers we love the store but this is ridiculous.

Plenty of public parking.
Friendly staff. They always say hello and ask if you need help.
Consistently well stocked.
The aisles are consistently blocked by stuff that needs to be stocked.
I love that you can use multiple coupons in the same transaction. That’s always a bonus.
Great variety variety of home needs.

I’m giving bed bath and beyond a 5 star rating for this particular experience. I am returning an item and exchanging it for a different one and there is a separate return/​online order line which saves some time. I was in and out quickly. Staff was friendly. The store was clean. The aisles are always a bit crowded though.

The place is loaded with everything. I ended up purchasing christmas lights, a blender, and shower accessories. They even had the hard to find flask funnel!!! Sales associates were helpful and friendly as it’s hard to find what you need with so much stuff. The checkout line was practically around the store but it went fast and gave me the chance to consider another 50 items.

This Bed Bath and Beyond location did not impress me. I found the place to be extremely small, the lights were very dim and it is nothing compared to some other locations I have been to. I think what this place needs is a renovation. But yes, the customer service is fine and the place is well stocked. It’s ‘meh’.

Took a much needed trip to BBB and today it was packed. I can’t say that most of the staff was helpful and greeted us throughout the store even though it was over flowing with people shopping for college bound kiddos.
I do have to bring to light one particular exchange with a staff member that wasn’t so pleasant at the return/​exchange counter. Th associate taking care of me seemed to be in a less than happy mood. I returned 4 items and she was very short with me. She also snatched my ID and receipts out of my hand. She also seemed very short with other staffers. I don’t want to mention names but it was just so different than the regular service we get there. Hope she has a better day today.

I think as I walked, about 5 different customer service guys asked me if I wanted help. It’s better than most places where you can never find someone to assist.

The customer service at this store is highly dependent on the time of day you go. Go during daytime hours and you can expect fairly decent customer service. Go at night and it’s another story altogether. Every time I have gone here at night, I leave feeling like I never want to come back.
In fact, I just got back from this store and my experience here tonight is making me consider whether I ever want to visit this store again. The woman checking me out had an extremely bad attitude. She never once made eye contact or acknowledged me. I went through the entire check out process without her ever saying a word. Instead, she acted like she was being bothered. If this is the kind of customer service I expect to receive at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, then I don’t think I will shop here again. The people who work here represent this store and should receive better customer service training.

This store has amazing customer service! Every time I go in there is always someone to help me find the item I’m looking for or answer any questions. This is a smaller location which is why I give four stars. They do have a toiletry/​pharmacy section which is great because you can use coupons.

I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for, but all the sales associates were very nice.

Great service for a busy weekend … College kids going back to school or heading there for their first time … Love the variety of items to choose from; also!

This is our least favorite of the bed bath and beyond locations. The store feels like a warehouse because the shelves tower over the shoppers. While the staff is very friendly, they often cannot find items when requested or they misunderstand requests and find items not requested.

This place is like a homeowners dream! I love how organized the place is and basically they have everything you could ever need or want for your house! I was here to buy a gift for my sister’s wedding, so I went to the registry to print that off. The lady working that desk was super nice and helpful. I found what I needed and was carrying it to the register and one of the managers saw me and asked if I’d been offered a cart. I said no, but I was ok. He didn’t think so and insisted he carry it to the register, which I thought was sweet.
The only thing that I was surprised by was that they no longer gift wrap for you, but they do have a self wrapping station. So just be prepared to wrap your own gifts when you come here.

They’re so friendly here! I’ve noticed the employees will so anything they can to help customers. I wish the kcup selection was just a little but bigger but I will certainly come here again.

–Prices can be overpriced for things you can get at Walmart or Target but you can find coupons easily so you always save at least 10−20% everytime you come

The only bad thing is they need more cashiers! Everytime I come in whether the weekend or weekday, theres only 2 cashiers open with 40 people in line. Other than that, I’ve always had good shopping experiences here.

This is a HUGE Bed, Bath, & Beyond! I always thought they were big in general and I’d been a little confused when staff members at other stores had mentioned that their stores were «smaller» ones — now I understand the difference. It’s like there’s a fifth wall, Pentagon-​style, compared to other stores, adding an entire additional section to the already extensive BB&B selection. The one area that stood out to me as being much larger than normal was the Health section, which seemed to be at least as large, if not larger than, the same section at a good-​sized Target. The store’s also bright and clean, which is great.
All that said, I was a little disappointed by the staff. Normally BB&B staff members are welcoming and friendly — here, I wandered for 30 minutes and was never greeted, asked if I wanted help, or even had one of my smiles returned. (Until I reached the cash register, anyway.) They weren’t rude, and I assume they would have been helpful if I had asked, but I was surprised by the lack of usual warmth.

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond and save their coupons. If you find a nice employee they will hook you up and work you to maximize your saving per transaction since you can use multiple coupons. My biggest problem with location with this location is the parking lot. It is horribly congested and I normally try to avoid this location unless I am doing other stops within the same area.

You know how BBB sends you a ton of coupons in the mail? HOARD THEM. I may not visit this place for months, but when the time comes to get some new towels, a blender, etc, those 20% off coupons sure come in handy. The best part? You can use more than one per transaction and they never expire. Forgot to bring your coupons? Bring your receipt back with said coupons and they will give you a refund. How great is that?
Deal aside, I can usually find what I’m looking for when I come to BBB. This is my go to place when I need home goods and they have some pretty awesome gadgets as well. The staff is nice and I never have to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes.
My only complaint is this is in Fairfax Town Center which has the worst traffic flow imaginable at the entrance. People just do not know how to deal with a 4 way stop. Avoid this place during the weekends if possible.

Who hasn’t been in a Bed Bath and Beyond. Just tons of stuff to make your home look a little better, you’ll have coupons that don’t expire and you’ll have to fight for that PERFECT parking spot. But to its credit this place is ALWAYS stocked so i’ll give you 4 stars for being awesome!
