Ordered a cake online that was already made and all they needed to do was write on it. Got there an hour after they opened my cake wasn’t even ready. The employee wrote what I wanted but it came out ugly. The end of the word «anniversary» was smudged and the other employee said because the cake was small that there wasn’t enough room. I told her that she could have wrote more to the left of the cake. But for my 10 year anniversary cake I was very disappointed how they wrote it. I’ve ordered from them before, but never got a cake looking like this. It could have been more presentable.

The customer service sucked. First of all girl rolled eyes and had attitude when I asked for a «ours» size (place wasn’t even busy). I requested a mud pie mojo, after she made it there was still room in tub. She grabbed more ice cream threw a Oreo cookie in and mixed it around, didn’t even bother adding rest of ingredients. I asked her if she was going to add the rest and she just looked at me like she was confused.

The ice cream is okay but not worth it because it’s overpriced. The owner or manager Raquel was very rude when I told her she charged me to much. Don’t spend your money on bad customer service !!

I don’t know what the fuss is about. The novelty does not justify the price, and the taste, while decent, is nothing I’d buy a gallon of. I only go here when someone else really wants to — I would never have a hankering for it myself; I’d rather buy Ben & Jerry’s with all the fixins mixed in if I had to choose a fully loaded ice-​cream treat, and I actually think B&J’s ice-​cream itself tastes better.

I love this location and all delicious options! Nothing similar do exist anywhere I have been outside the USA.
Super friendly staff and when you tip, you get the super cool song staff sing for you. A must!

I do not get how people pay their huge prices for ice cream! I mean the ice cream is good but not that good. Too bad a value for me.

I like this ice cream, but it is a little pricy and the portions are a little big. They need a child’s size or an extra small. Today I had the red velvet, it was yummy. YUMMY!

So good for your taste buds, not so good for your body, but it’s ice cream — who cares! I can have ice cream year round and I would especially when I worked in this mall. People are friendly and ice cream is better than good. Maybe I’ll even say it’s awesome. If you’re getting just a plain scoop of ice cream or getting something mixed in (Founder’s Favorite!!) you can’t go wrong here. Sweet goodness!

Place was ok at first but once you have too much of a good thing, it might actually be bad for you. (gained 10 pounds once due to cold stone, lol) You want the cheesecake fantasy? or how bout the OREO overload? I mean just writing those does not make me feel good…
I have come to a realization that everytime I bite into a cold stone creation it tastes like butter from a freezer. The ice cream is already rich and then they put cookies, gummi bears, brownies, etc. on your plain old scoop of ice cream. All sorts of sweets to make your heart skip a beat. The sizes they put these butter cream schemes can later come out to «I dread to have it». If you are unfamilar with the sizes they are as follows: like it, love it, and gotta have it. I mean how concided can you be as an ice cream company to actually label a size as «I gotta have it»? Another signature creation is called «a pie who loved me». Like «Death by Chocolate» wasn’t enough from Bennigans.

If you just want a cup of plain ice cream, Cold Stone is not the place to get it. The ice cream is gummy and tastes kind of funny — of course, it’s meant for mixing. Try some of the «menu» mixes and then start to personalize by adding or subtracting toppings.
Also, I always tip, just because the servers have to sing when they get one. It may annoy them, but at least they’re getting a tip out of it.

It is not your run-​of-​the-​mill icecream shop. They custom-​make your own at the spot. And it hit the spot!
