Dunkin’ Donuts

I just left, they gave me 3 rock hard donuts, and I asked for 2 strawberry smoothies and he gave me ice in a cup. it was literally terrible. he wouldn’t refund me, and he wouldn’t switch out my drinks for a soda that was 3 dollars less then the smoothie. he was a person in TRAINING. he was the only employee their and I had to wait 15 minutes in a 2 person line because he was going back and forth himself. terrible experience.

Best dunkin EVER. Jaya is the best. She knows my order and is already already starting it before I get to the register to pay. I know a few other regulars who go there and they all same the same thing about Jaya. Everyone is super friendly. i think Luis is the manager snd he rocks as well. But seriously, Jaya should get a pay raise because she takes the cake.

I love this ine. 24/​7, great service. The only problem is after ten, theres only one person working. Makes me feel bad watching them struggle with no break and by themselves. Poor guys…
Amazing service

This is gotta be the worst dunkin donuts around. I went to get a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. When i recieved it it had no sugar so I didnt say anything. So i put my own sugar in there since they dont want to do it. After all that I took a sip of my coffee and it taste like sugar and water. So i took it back to the manager to make sure its made right he gave me the same thing. So i drive to the other dunkin in main st and returned it over there. This place is just bad.

I stop here pretty frequently on my way to work in the morning. They are very speedy with their coffee and donut delivery and most of the time my order is correct!
The staff there is pretty friendly and generally I see the same faces.
I really like the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Sometimes the food can be a little slow when there is a line but not bad for a fast food place.

Service is atrocious here. Ordered a #4 (sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, hash browns, and a medium coffee) for $ 6. I got charged $ 8. Wait, what? She apparently charged me for everything separately. So I asked to be charged for the meal, which took a manager and created a massive line. The manager pulls 11 cents from the register and hands it to me. But that’s not how math works, so the three behind the counter huddled up and tried to figure it out.
I felt bad they dropped to one register so I told them to forget it over a dollar and change. Why did I go here instead of my normal breakfast stop? My sandwich was lukewarm by the time I got to my car. Never coming back.

Every time I ask for a flavored iced coffee I always get plain ice coffee with cream… Even though I specifically ask for a flavor… Will not be going back there…

Awful service. Guy behind the counter was eating as he greeted me (after I waited 10 mins at the counter). He was rude, curt, & and basically unpleasant. Stale donuts. Seating area was unkempt & dirty.
Avoid this place.

The place is like an oasis for all coffee addicts. The breakfast and the donuts hot and fresh are a great compliment to the DD coffee. Great place to meet up with friends. Clean restrooms. Friendly staffs.

Just your average Dunkin donuts. I like their coffee better than Starbucks. Is it just me or did the cost of a dozen donuts go up?

Wish there was a way to give no stars because of the HORRIBLE SERVICE, came in at 8pm ish on ⁴⁄₁₅ to get some coffee before an hour drive to West Virginia
I ordered a small coffee and iced coffee and the guy was already mean muggin me, I ordered a black coffee with sugar, he gave me a small coffee with way too much cream, when I said I asked for sugar not cream he continued to mean mug me and correct me «you know you asked me for creamer not sugar» I said «no I asked for sugar» after he continued to argue it I dropped the subject
Then when my mom ordered her iced coffee and he did the same thing to her, she said eff this, we don’t need your coffee with your sh*tty attitude and walked out
I love dunkin donuts and the dood straight killed my coffee and jelly donut hole vibe, ughh
This guy at this location I guarantee will make you lose your appetite

I have been here couple of times. Today is the exception, the guy who served me, he was literally arguing with me regarding the order I have placed. In counter, I showed him the iced latte butter pecan but he gave me the iced coffee. When I asked for my iced latte then he was like no you have asked for the ice coffee and he was arguing with me. though he gave me my preferred coffee later but argument with the customer was unacceptable. coffee was great though.

Went in around 9:30 on a Friday night with a couple friends for a cup of coffee and a donut. Overall the store seemed clean although we did have to wipe down our own tables. Not a huge deal. There were two people working behind the counter and both were busy helping customers. Service was friendly and efficient, but the donuts were a different story.
I ordered two of their current specialty donuts (Cheesecake & Oreo). The donuts weren’t fully filled with filling and they also tasted stale.
Additionally, there were two people essentially camped out at a corner table with phones and computers. They both moved back and forth from the table to the parking lot several times during our 30 minute visit asking other patrons, including us, for money.
Between the stale donuts and the camped out beggars I doubt I’ll return to this location. Quite frankly I’d rather drive an extra 15 miles to the Krispy Kreme where I’ve never gotten a stale donut and never been bothered by other «patrons» for money.

Best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too. Every morning I stop by to get my coffee and bagel before work. They are quick and friendly. No complaints at all! They always have a variety of things no matter what time you come. Its a plus that they’re open 24 hrs!

It’s pretty bad. Getting someone to understand your order is a challenge, and I’ve gone in late at night and stood at the counter without being acknowledged.
I’ve since just stopped going altogether.

This place is okay, I have been recently asking for the Dark Roast… sometimes they hand it to me and say «Black Coffee» and I ask «dark Roast?» they look at me like I have 3 heads… and I think the dark roast is on the other side. But the coffee I get is good… the service needs some work, but has gotten better when you go more.

I am a Starbucks fan and will always be one — but no one makes donuts like Dunkin. I grew up on these as an East Coast baby and am totally bummed that they don’t have these out West. Dunkin’ Donuts is one of my go-​to places when I’m back home visiting extended family. I always pig out and get one of the powdered sugar donuts stuffed with cream. Which is what I got on this day. Same, consistent donut here as anywhere — the store seemed a little dirtier but we had plates to put everything on so we were good.

One of the better locations I have been too in NoVA. I have always been a fan of DD until I moved to NoVA. It seems like the area just can’t cook a donut. I don’t understand. Two of the DD’s I ate at had hard/​stale donuts that were nasty. Another location served me a sandwich that had to have been prepared a few hours before I ordered it. This location was very different. My munchkins were delicious and my coffee was great. The staff was very friendly and quick as well.

Morning crew is gives quick service but lately night crew not so quick even though it seems one guy work there…
I tried DDperks mobile payment one night and #DDfailed the guy said the «SCANNER is NOT working» how dissapointing no cash wasted my time… DD better fix their app

Stopped in for caffeine and breakfast one Saturday morning. Place was packed! Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and an iced double shot latte with whole milk.
Breakfast sandwich was average — meaning it wasn’t bad — I’d order it again if I came through here. The iced latte was also rather ordinary — but did provide the trick caffeine-​wise!
