Soccer Post DC

I wandered in here when I first moved to Northern Virginia because I wondered if this store was related to a store called Soccer Post that closed in my hometown several years ago. I did not purchase anything on that day but have since been extremely happy with the service and merchandise I have received. The guys who work here are great and have me ready to head up to Canada for the World Cup with several jerseys and a US Soccer decal!
It is very clear that they care about customers and local players. You’ve gotta love the Washington Spirit over the register, as well.
I will definitely continue to shop here and recommend it to all players and fans in the DMV.

Nice staff, very knowledgable. I went in and said right up front that I wasn’t going to be buying any shoes but I wanted to look anyway and the salesperson was very helpful and more than willing to make suggestions and pull sizes for me. They didn’t have the most overwhelming selection of balls or jerseys but I would happily go back and give them my business.

Outstanding staff. Very helpful. Keep an eye on their sale rack… You might find some real good deals! Support your local small business. This is one we want to keep around!

They were attentive and had what we needed without any difficulty. A phone call before visiting was also very helpful.

We visited Soccer Post this weekend. We were helped by John mostly. He was very friendly. He and the guys that worked there brought numerous cleats and athletic apparel for my girls to try on. Victoria rang our items up and was very efficient and nice too. They were all patient and super nice! We ending up buying a lot of apparel and grateful for the 20% off sale. We’ll be back to check for more athletic items in the future. They are a small store, and hopefully they will be able to expand and carry more items in the future!

My children have played travel soccer in three different clubs. and Soccer Post has always been able to outfit their needs.

As a youth team coach, I was thrilled to find the Soccer Post last year. I have been shopping there since and just recently purchased «away jerseys» for our team. John and Eric were extremely helpful and patient to make sure we got exactly what we wanted — sizes, colors, logos, and in plenty of time for our first game. The jerseys turned out great and the kids really like wearing them. John also helped us get great prices that compared favorably with the online merchants. We like to stop by often just to see the new soccer gear and have a friendly chat with Eric and John.

I’ve played soccer for the better part of 25 years. I’ve coached youth soccer for 7 of those years. In all my experiences with the beautiful game, I’ve gone through more equipment than I’d like to recall. Fortunately, the Soccer Post of DC has been the first soccer retail supplier in the Northern VA area to have made that process a lot more enjoyable!
The staff at SP are incredible. John and Eric are just about the two most friendly soccer retail providers I’ve ever met. They treat each and every customer as if they were a close friend. Furthermore, they provide great service in helping you to acquire whatever piece of equipment or apparel you’re in need of.
Since the SP opened, I’ve supplied my entire youth soccer team with uniforms here. I’ve purchased 3 pairs of personal cleats while also purchasing several pairs of gift cleats.
Pretty much anytime I need anything soccer related in a hurry, I head over to Soccer Post. Did I mention they also carry «Vintage Futbol» apparel? VF is a lifestyle apparel company run by soccer players, designed for soccer players with roots to this area.

I heard about The Soccer Post from fellow Chantilly Soccer Club coaches and dropped by to pick up some goalkeeping gloves for our team. The store is tucked away behind Dogfish Head Alehouse, so it took me a while to find it, but it was well worth the search.
The store is packed full of all sorts of soccer goodies: replica uniforms, cleats, training gear, and so on. There was only one person on staff when I visited but they were super-​helpful and clearly enthusiastic about the game. And the prices were pretty competitive, too.
The Soccer Post is obviously run by people who want to support the local soccer community, and they’ve invested their money, hearts, and souls into it. So if you’re in the need for new soccer stuff (and, really, who isn’t?!) drop by.
