Subway

An older asian man actually tried to sell me his old sub that he did not finish for lunch!
I was there over the summer and came in around 7pm. The man told me «you want mustartd and mayonaise» I said I dont know I want the chicken. He then took out a piece of bread with condiments and all already on it. He proceeded to remove the meat and and try to add my ingredients to it. He asked me «what u want toppings?» I told him «thats not my sub» He told me it was! I said no, thats the wrong bread and its got mustanrd and mayo all over it. And i dont want deli meat. He said you will like it.
I was so confused. I finally said, «sir that is not my sandwich! thats not what I ordered! Who in the hells sub is that cause its NOT MINE» He spoke up and told me it was his sub, that he had had the foot long for lunch but did not eat it all! He really thought I was gonna eat this. I was so shocked I said «you want me to pay for a used sub?» he said «not used, my sub, clean» I told him I dont care whos sub it was that I am not paying for it and thats a violation of health code law. He still kept asking about onions, so i walked out.
I never called the health dept but did report him to corporate

This is my local subway and I think one of the better ones. Subway is my go-​to faster food and this location doesn’t disappoint me.
I think it’s plenty clean, I’ve never gotten sick here, and my sandwich is always on point. They’ve never weighed out any of my ingredients. In addition, I am always happy with customer service. I can understand the employees and they can understand me. A smile goes a long way as a customer, anywhere you frequent.

Went to the gym yesterday and grabbed some subway afterwards; ate it right away and man was that bread STALE.
Ruined the whole taste of my sandwich. Other than that the tuna was great and so were their cookies.

Eat Fresh!
It was 8 a.m. I was hungry, look over and see Subway, drive in, park, no line, breakfast? Wonderful, let’s do it!
Got me a breakfast sandwich and everyone was happy.
There really isn’t much to say about Subway, everyone know’s the restaurant and it’s all over the U.S. only downside to this place is that their staff can be a bit rude, but I understand they get frustrated over the crazy crowds that come through during lunch.

I live nearby and tried many branches but this one never disappointed me. Bread is always fresh off the oven meats as well. They are fast and clean. I was sad when i saw the three stars thats why i wrote this review.

Have been going here for years
I’ve visited last week have not been there for a while their ice machine was dirty and being cleaned.
I ordered the chicken breast 6 inch sub toasted. The bread tasted like it was a day or two old not fresh The sandwich tasted a little bit off when I was eating it. By the time I got home I had the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I ended up in the hospital for two days with IVs I had to go on antibiotics and missed two days of work just from eating there. I will never go there again A seven dollar meal ended up costing me $ 200 in medical bills. I hope no other people got ill and they are able to fix this problem.

At other Subway locations, I have had issues with topping skimpiness and questionable hygiene, but not at this location. They must have ditched the weighing that another reviewer mentioned because there isn’t a scale in sight. They seem generous with all toppings from meat and cheese to veggies. I’m a bit of a pickle freak and luckily, they give plenty. Yay!
Located on the Waples Mill Rd side of a large shopping center that includes XSport Fitness, it is very convenient for me. Also, they participate in the typical Subway deals including Subtember.
I honestly can’t find a thing to complain about. They are quick. Parking is plentiful on both sides of the location. There is little seating, but I’ve never seen it full. Mostly, they seem to service local workers who drop in on their lunch break. A totally serviceable location.

Aw darn I’m sadden by the poor reviews for this Subway location.
I come here because it’s close to my house and the owners are friendly.
Maybe because their Korean and I’m Korean, who knows?
They do lack in giving you a handfuls of toppings, they aren’t so generous.
But I never complain because I don’t like when all my toppings fall out of my sub.
I am always happy so i can’t complain.

The worse Subway in NoVA. They weigh everything, even the lettuce and the sandwiches are limp and weak! They are rude, do not understand things people them, and get mad at you for their own lack of the Engrish language.
You have been warned!

Wow, came here and the management and staff were very rude. I come here to customize my sub. I don’t want to be told what should be on my sub as well as the flavors that I like. I can decide what I like on my own, thanks.

By far the stingiest subway with their toppings and ingredients. I’ve never seen a subway meatball sandwich with so many gaps… ask for mozzarella cheese, and they will top your sandwich as if they are saving their cheese for the fallout. And when i ask for tomatoes, they spread four along a foot-​long. If i ask for extra tomatoes, they put down one. Its like they don’t understand that they work at the largest franchised restaurant in the world, and they are trying to save every penny on the included ingredients. Plus some of the staff has a hard time of understanding English. They do work hard and fast, but it seems like they are trying to get rid of customers before even properly serving them. It is the closet one to my work, yet I drive to the one a few miles further when i have the extra time, because I appreciate a well made sandwich. I have been somewhat dissatisfied with this subway about every one of the at least 20 times i’ve been there. I know you are thinking, why do you still go then… because its 5 $ for a meatball footlong. I guess its convenience is worth the lack of quality, but they still get a 2.

It’s not the cleanest and the girl behind the counter doesn’t wear a hat or anything. It’s cool, though, bc they’re always playing 90s grunge rock there. This subway has more class than many coffee shops in the area. However, I really just want a breakfast sandwich, not a jam session.
