The biggest, cleanest, brightest, most well-stocked 99 Cents Only I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in more than I’m proud to admit(not really, I f-ing love this place!). Find name-brand baking supplies, glo sticks, literally all the cheap holiday/birthday décor you could ask for, fresh produce, and knock-off office supplies here, among a billion other things. Hit this place before you do your other shopping — I’m always surprised by the things I’m able to find here first. :-P

Just because its a .99 cent store does not mean it needs to look like a .01 cent store, keep the place clean, you can hire more associates to run the registers, always a line! Some one tried to take my bike, luckily I caught him in the act… wow.

First, the positive: I like the fact that this store carries a lot of items for cheap, especially brand names. Unfortunately these stores are always crowded with crazies, and for a store called 99 Cents Only, they sure have a good amount of products that are more than 99 cents. However, the reason I’m giving it one star is simple: this location SUCKS. It’s in that part of Fairfield that resembles Vallejo, which means there are transients both inside and outside the store. Plus, it has one of the worst parking lots ever: small spaces, little room to drive, and it’s hard to get out of. The edit put me out on a one way street, so I had to cut through another shopping center just to get back on Texas. What a horrible layout. The prices are great, but this store sucks. Until Fairfield can put a Dollar Tree in this part of town, I’m going to Target for my discount needs.

This store has an array of name brand groceries for the family at rock bottom prices(mostly at 99 cents). I go to this store to purchase supplies for my arts and crafts projects. Imagination is endless with plenty of materials to choose from. Highly recommend to teachers, students, actually, everyone!

I always check here first before other places for the stuff I need! I mainly go here for the school supplies. They have all the essential schools supplies: pencils, pens, highlighters, scissors, notebooks, etc. They also have stationary and stuff to help you organize such as planners, envelopes, calenders, sheet protectors, dry-erase boards, etc. I have seen some namebrand stuff here as well like«Hi-Liter». I sometimes come for the packaged food products(mainly the cookies and candies) and always check the expiration dates. I have bought batteries here too. They’re not namebrand but they have average to less-than-average lifespan compared to other batteries. Not bad if you don’t use batteries often.
The only complaint I have is that it can be scary to come here at night. There isn’t a lot of light in the parking lot and looks a bit dingy from the outside. Great place to shop especially if you’re on a budget.

I commute on the bus to work to Contra Costa County. The parking lot at the Fairfield Transit Center gets full, so like so many other commuters I parked in the far end parking spaces far from the store. The store Manager Maria Chavez decides to have my car towed and six other poor commenters. Costing me $ 275 to get my car released from the towing company. I just want to give Maria Chavez a big THANKS!

I love this place! They keep getting quality products! If you get the produce make sure you go on Friday when their shipment comes in. Otherwise be careful and check the expiration date. Good place to go if you live on your own and feeding 1 – 2 people on the regular!

I’m surprised that this place has many good quality stuff for very cheap. If you are having a party or giving a gift, buy your things here. Also, the sema de trigo bread they have is amazing. I loveeeee buying it! They have pretty much everything. They have frozen foods and batteries. You can find whatever you need at this store. Make sure you check that your food hasn’t expired. A lot of the canned foods are. The really annoying thing I always face is the unavailability of cashiers. There is always just one open and then lines get super long.

With gas prices at an all time high and overall general transportation costs up to the yin-yang, I take comfort in knowing that I can still buy something for under a buck! This store offered a wide variety of products in literally almost every household category and more. From canned goods to frozen dinners you’ll most likely find what you’re looking for. They also have a good selection of spices, oils and ethnic flavor which I’m a fan of. Whenever in stock, I get my large bottle fix of Mandarin Jarritos here for a bargain. 99 Cents Only Store, don’t you dare change on me cause I love ya just the way you are…

Great place for school suppies, food & drinks, & basic essentials. They have name brands from sharpie to sally hansen, Mrs. fields to Dove & Nabisco. Jst get into the habit of checking the expiration date«/but if you bought something that was expired, you can exchange it for something else. New items are in stock all the time. I always buy something everytime I come here.
