Dennys has been in existence for so many years. They’ve catered to many people and served every meal that they have to offer. Lots of varieties when it comes to food. From breakfast to dinner, as well as snacks, desserts and drinks. On top of that they’re open 24⁄7365 days year. Yes, that’s everyday of the year. What prompted me to go to this restaurant it’s because I work nights and haven’t eaten all day. The only place I know that is open 24 hours is Dennys. So I went in and waited to be seated. Took them 5 to 10 minutes to have me seated then another 10 minutes to give me a menu. I realized there’s only one waitress working. She must be waiting on all customers. She finally came back to take my order. I ordered t-bone steak, cooked medium, and over medium eggs with has browns and white toast. I looked at the food. It only looks good on the picture. When I took a bites of the meat, it was hard and cooked well done. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to eating the steak. On top of that, I have a hunch that they pre cooked the meat or boil a little bit before frying. It was not good at all. For me, putting such a nice presentation for the sake of pictures on the menu is pretty decieving. To say the least, waitress was attentive. There were only few times that I have to get her attention. So at the end of my breakfast, I made my decision not to come back to this place if I am going to crave for steaks. It’s not pleasant.

After driving through countless exits and having no luck at finding a decent place to eat, we found this Denny’s! This was the second Denny’s, the first one closed at 10 pm. This Denny’s was quite lively with Doo Wop music playing from their jukebox. We were greeted and seated by a friendly hostess and server. The place was quite packed with mainly a younger crowd. We decided on a Tilapia dinner(mom) and chicken fried steak dinner(moi). Our female server was Busy, as was the cook. We noticed he was the only one cooking this night. When our food came out, we were more than disappointed. My chicken fried steak was over cooked and the side of zucchini had this layer of oil underneath, yuck! Tilapia tasted muddy, it wasn’t what we had envisioned! We didn’t complain since our server was clearly overworked and definitely, the only cook! It may have been our choice in food but we’ll definitely look elsewhere when looking for a decent bite to eat at an Exit!

If you ever visit this Denny’s, make sure to ask to be seated in Phillip’s section. Your order will be correct and piping hot. Great service, server with a great personality and great prices for decent food. What more could you ask for?

Drive a semi and eating in a restaurant at times can be brutal… parking being the hardest hurdle to overcome… or so one thinks at times… walked into this Denny’s and the server was two feet away from me with her back turned chatting with a fourtop of young men(well she was a young girl herself so no loss of stars there) however, I finally had to tap her in the shoulder and ask if you just seat yourself… she turned and then said yes and then turned back to her conversation with the boys. We sat ourselves at the only clean booth which happened to have a tray with salt and pepper. As a waitress veteran ., I filled the pepper for her, she came to the table and told us that she didn’t mean we could sit at this booth since she was cleaning it. I told her that I filled her pepper and that the other booths had dirty plates on them,

The salad is great, beef was perfectly cooked, plenty of dressing, great variety of leafy vegetables, but slightly wilted. The breakfast was mediocre, the bacon was ridiculously thin. Hash browns was skimpy. Services was good.

The most HORRIBLE service ever!!! When we first arrived a man and his son were sitting complaining and the man told one of the workers that his food is taking too long! Finally it came. We’ve been here for 40 minutes, placed our food order within 10 minutes, and we still haven’t received our food. Smh. Never again will I be stopping by here. Oh and when I asked for the manager the lady said«We don’t really have one.»

The worst service ever. Tried them twice but dissatisfied every time. Literally throwing plates at you.

I am rating 4 stars PURELY based off of my service from Shannon. She is the blonde with the cool redish pink streaks. She has been nothing but amazing. Working on a Sunday afternoon by herself yet still being alert and attentive. Now, the food. Why the fuck is there chicken and noodles in my broccoli chedder soup. Also the Super Bird is made with fried up turkey lunch meat… not the turkey advertised. I will NOT come back here UNLESS I am grabbing something super simple… NOTACTUALFOOD. BUTSHANNON… SHENEEDS A HUGERAISE!

We stopped in here for a quick, decent breakfast. Not even close. We were seated right away. Then only received 1 menu for 2 guests. Two servers attempted to serve us causing confusion. The food was not very good — cheap bacon, greasy hash browns, burnt coffee. Some of the worst that I have experienced. The table was sticky with syrup; we had to get our own sugar from another table; the water glasses were filthy; and the bathrooms were disgusting. Denny’s is definitely going down hill. Time to shape up or close up.

SOOO confusing. there’s another Denny’s just… really. a block away within walking distance. mixed reviews on this location and the one there. but why they are pretty much right next to each other? that should boggle anyone’s mind. so. is one better than another? possibly… but unless I go to the other location(which I haven’t) I can’t really judge… as far as Denny’s is concerned. this place is. well. a Denny’s. decent food. decent service… and at least it was not horrible. solid OKAY.

It’s my first time coming here after a few years, and I have to say that I’m impressed by the changes! They have a healthy section now, which includes a spinach egg white omelet and turkey bacon dish. My girlfriend loves it. I come here for the French toast slam, which, in my opinion, is still the best choice on the menu. It’s less greasy than it used to be and the overall food quality has gone up. If you’re looking for something healthier than a fast food joint, this is it! Their prices are also very reasonable – more reasonable than those of ihop.

Came here because it was close to the mall. The waitress who sat us had no smile and didn’t even say good morning. Our waitress never brought our hot water, never refilled putt coffee until we asked. Needs some remodeling and better customer service. Hire people who had customer service skills.

I stopped off here for lunch on my way to drop my mother-in-law at SFO. We were seated right away in Esthela’s section and we got our drink order really quick. We got our lunch within 10 minutes and our waitress was attentive. The only minus was the restaurant could use a quick clean. So the service was 5 stars, and the food was standard Denny’s. Overall, I’d go back.

This is the worst Denny’s and possibly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. They’re rude, take forever, don’t listen and just generally awful. I am polite and understanding of those who work customer service/food service jobs because I work retail currently… I get it. But honestly, they’re just awful. As far as the food goes,(which for Denny’s, is generally just food that is clearly made cheap and fast, but tastes decent), this place also puts out early the worst food even in terms of Denny’s food. Don’t go here.

This Dennys loses four stars for turning away hungry customers willing to pay cash for food. For those faint of heart and accustomed to an average customer experience, viewer discretion is advised… Tuesday evening, 9 p.m., six hungry guests arrive at this fine eating establishment, famished and parched from a heavy Fairfield west wind. As we stumbled into the restaurant, heads hung low and stomach’s growling, a teenage hostess — surprised to see guests — greets us with a grunt and a shrug. We detect she’s unhappy to see us. Undeterred, we plead our case — we are hungry and we are willing to pay cash for food. «We only have one cook tonight… and he’s reaaaaaaally busy… sooooo…», the teenager replies. Our group of six misfits is confused. We look at each other with puzzled looks. We wrongly assumed restaurants were in the business of making food and then selling it to customers. As we depart the restaurant, I eye an opened bottle of Ketchup on the table. Before I can make a move for it, my wife grabs my hand. «You’ll survive,» she mutters in disgust. My stomach growls… Hungry and determined, we locate the nearest exit and leave Dennys. As we stroll out to our vehicles, a glowing sign in the distance catches our eyes. Another Dennys? It’s a mere stone’s throw away on Holiday drive. Look it up and you’ll see how this tragic saga ends. (By the way, this Dennys gets one star for having a Graboid Vending Machine in the lobby, fully-stocked with Angry Birds toys. That’s also the lowest rating you can met out.)

Denny’s is Denny’s. This will be short and {bitter} sweet. Here’s what i noticed in my previous visits: –when I’m eating, someone is always sweeping the floor and little do they know dust is flying everywhere even tho is escapes the sight. –employees are for the most part louder than the patrons that dine here. –they have very difficult time splitting a bill. –place has a sort of a dirty feel to it. Overall ok spot. But you know, simple and small improvements could take this Denny’s a long way.

Got the $ 8 chicken Parmesan and for the first time I actually sent food back to the kitchen. It was simply unacceptable. I can over look a piece of hair on the side of the plate, stuff happens, but this was the first time I felt like I wasn’t getting my money’s worth. It was dry to the point that it looked like a hassle to eat and looked cheap. I posted pictures of it already. When I tried to send it back to the kitchen the waitress said it was supposed to look like that since the pasta is frozen. So what I guess she’s telling me is the dish isnt cooked but is nuked in a microwave. Hey I can cook noodles and chicken in a microwave too and it sure as butts won’t cost me $ 8! On top of that our waitress gave lousy service. No sorry for the sub par dish, no recommended option, no concern or sympathy. If I didn’t know better she hated my guts and could’ve spit in my new entrée that I just ordered. She would come by the table but NEVER would offer a refill. Not once did she refill the hot cocoa my girl ordered. I would’ve given this experience 0 stars if I could but I asked a random waiter for a refill on our cocoa and he got it done in a minute flat like it wasn’t a problem but instead like he was glad to help. The guy just got on his shift, had no idea who we were but provided customer service LEAGUES beyond what that older lady gave us. She literally ignored our table for the rest of the night and didn’t bother to make the situation better. Having worked in a restaurant before I am surprised by how bad the service was. I know that this experience merits no tip.
