Last night we went to Red Lobster for our sister’s birthday. Everything was good until Roaches started crawling on the table. My husband lost his appetite… my half eaten food(it was Lobsterfest plate was $ 35.99) was thrown away. I love Red Lobster but this really is sitting unwell with me. With Solano County having not to many seafood restaurants… I thought I could always count on Red Lobster. My husband refuses to go back for this reason and service.

Love my dish lobster, shrimp and salmon. I recommend this dish along with the calamari and spinach artichoke lobster dip.

I’ve been to red lobster for years on end although it’s been off and on. I’d say I rarely visit due to a budget the few times I’ve been in a few years ago I was just in for the unlimited shrimp scampi, and it was all good. But I’m gonna talk more about my recent visit. We came around dinner time, had to wait. They said 25, but it turned into 10 minutes so they were very fast trying to make sure people got to their tables. Our waitress was very kind, although my friend had a mishap as she gotten a completely different order. Considering how busy it was, it’s completely understandable, and unlike some places I’ve come across, she didn’t argue simply said if she’d be willing to wait for her actual order it would be a longer wait, but it wouldn’t be on the bill or she can keep her plate and still, not on the tab. Which was really nice, it’s hard to find places that aren’t stingy. She was tipped well for such above and beyond service.

Quincy was by far the best server we’ve ever encountered. He spent a lot of time with us, had us pick the lobster we wanted from the tank and even cracked it open making sure we had every ounce of meat out of it. A very pleasant experience indeed. He works every other friday just in case you guys are interested in visiting.

Haven’t been ihere for a while. No waiting on Valentine’s day around 12:45 pm. Promptly the waitress arrives with those delicious cheese biscuits but had to wait too long for salad & noticed the other waitress brought her clients who arrived much later their salads within 5 mins after the biscuits. Bar drink came quickly. The food was pricey but tasted good. Not too noisy, nothing fancy about the rather plain ambiance. Had a good time with decent service. Noticed people waiting for tables to become available as I left. Would go back. Recommend it but expect a Fat Tab.

I have been to Red Lobster many times and at many different locations. They all have been OK at best. But I have to say this meal I had was fantastic ! My steak could not have been cooked more perfect. The split lobster tail was a tiny bit rubbery but still good. Service was great. If any of you ever get a chance to visit this location… do it.

We normally don’t choose a seafood restaurant. April was our server. We told her it was our sons birthday. My son had a small birthday ice cream surprise. April did an excellent job as a server. She checked up on us constantly and made sure our drinks were full. The food was tasty and hot. We enjoyed our time at Red Lobster in Fairfield, Ca.

What can I say, RL is a chain restaurant so their food is the same wherever you go. What I want to give kudos to is our server Keith. He was one of the better servers that we have had the pleasure of being served by. We appreciated his personality and the way he interacted with us and the other tables he was taking care of. He was on top of things and also took time to talk with and get to know us. He definitely made our dinner enjoyable.

Good staff, they are doing their best with what they have. I’d say this mall location could do much better and probably needs a face lift and some caffeine. The last few times I have been here I’ve been disappointed by the presentation and the price versus quality ratio. Nothing every looks like it does in the menu – and I mean not even close. The food itself if drenched in butter to either cover the poor quality or just give it that«totally fat» flavor that Red Lobster is known for. Otherwise it is what it is. Not much to say other than its getting to be the same’ol same’ol over here.

Had a great time here. I haven’t ate here for a long time. The only reason why I’m here because of a gift card. So as for the meal I’ve ordered the shrimp trio and two kids meals for my daughters. My waitress is Kathleen and she did a great job. That being said management better give her a medal because of her outstanding service and is the reason why I’m rating this Red Lobster 5 stars. However, remember that«Black Lobsters Matter.»

Ok I have been to red lobster numerous times but today especially was very good. Each dish was cooked to perfection. I’m very impressed today. Aunty had the crab cakes and salmon, baby has his steak and lobster(steak was cooked EXACTLY how we asked), and I had the snow crabs and crab linguine. Portions were generous and nothing was dry. Good job Red Lobster in FAIRFIELD

Yummy dinner at RL today! Came around 5:30 thinking there would be no wait… But was I wrong! Place was packin and fresh lobsters in the tank was a fun sight! This place is definitely a to-go-to for good seafood, and filling portions without breaking your pocket. Food — 4 stars Service– 3.5 stars(busy servers breaking a sweat but still attentive) Ambience — 3.5 stars Overall, satisfying dining experience, and will come back!

I used to come here frequently, but after having lived in San Francisco where you can get seafood fresh off the boat, Red Lobster just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I was super let down by the food this last visit. I ordered a two item combo which comes with a salad, all you can eat cheddar biscuits, and one side of your choice. I had the jumbo coconut shrimp and salmon filet with mashed potatoes. I have to say that the cheddar biscuits were the highlight of the meal. They’re so light, fluffy, and seriously addicting. Anyways, the salmon filet was so small. It wasn’t even the size of my hand, and I have small hands. It also had literally no flavor. Any seasoning would really elevate the salmon. Something like a lemon pepper seasoning would be delightful. The coconut shrimp was okay, nothing spectacular. The mashed potatoes were just blah. Just like the salmon, had zero flavor. For $ 20 I definitely do not think I got my moneys worth. My meal was very hot when it arrived so I will give them props for that. The service was great though. Our waiter was very polite and attentive to our needs. Red Lobster, your yummy biscuits and excellent staff saved you from a one star rating. From now on, I think I’ll stick to the fresh seafood restaurants over in San Francisco.

Lobster Fest plagued our usual televised programming and have become the topic of our household. Their marketing campaign obviously worked as I got suckered in acting on a sense of urgency. It was the final weekend on the festivities after all. I don’t know what the rave was all about since lobster is available year long if I’m not mistaken. I ordered the Lobster Lover’s Dream. When ordering I refrained from saying«Lover’s». It just didn’t seem appropriate. Joking aside, I was pleased overall. My lobsters weren’t overcooked and the pasta was delicious. I’ve ordered this in the past, but it was never this good. For dessert, I ordered the Warm Apple Crostada. The serving size was definitely for two. Warm apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I enjoyed it tremendously. I must admit that this visit was the best experience I’ve had thus far at RedLob. The staff that evening made the difference in my opinion. Our server Jay was cool and attentive while the kitchen staff cooked our dishes perfectly.

We have come here quite a few times, including last night, and we are never disappointed. The four course meal for two is a nice deal. My favorite is the shrimp and scallop Alfredo, and of course the cheesey biscuits and clam chowder are delicious. Plus the service is always timely and friendly. To add, last night I didn’t feel like having salad so I decided to try the coleslaw… It was really tasty!

I have been coming here with the family for years from time to time. A lot has changed since I was growing up. I felt the portions of dishes got a lot smaller over the years, but the customer service still remains as great as always. There’s a private lot to park your car. Be aware that parking can be hectic over the weekends especially during dinner time. My recommendation is to come here on a weekday where the staff seems more relaxed. The restaurant itself is fairly clean and spacious. Throughout the years most of the seating changed to booths and the ambiance became more soft and dim. On the other hand, customer service was fantastic today. I really liked my waiter Josh. He was polite and attentive to his customer’s needs. He checked up on us often, notified us if certain dishes were arriving late, and continuously cleared out plates to give more room for the other dishes. I wished more franchise restaurants would train their employees to deliver great customer service like he did. Food is the reason why I give Red Lobster the three stars it deserves. Not a lot of the things I ordered wowed me like it did years ago, so don’t expect anything phenomenal. For instance, the clam chowder was lacking in clam and chowder. Also, I remembered the portion being bigger for the Wood-fire grilled scallops, shrimp, and lobster over rice pilaf. I felt like they half-assed the effort on their foods over the years. However, you can’t go wrong with the cheddar biscuits! They’re always nice and fluffy on the inside. Overall, this is an okay restaurant for seafood, but if you really want nice quality seafood, I suggest taking a trip across the toll bridge to San Francisco.
