Buffalo Wild Wings

I am a Buffalo Wild Wings lover! My top favorite flavors are: original hot, mango habanero, garlic Parmesan, and salt and vinegar. At this particular location their wings come out hot, fresh, and just the way wings should come out! at some locations the inside isn’t cooked enough but at this location I did not have that problem! I really want to commend our waiter Nate! He was really friendly, always made sure we were accounted for, and recommended an awesome drink. For you ladies who love those sweet cocktail drinks, get the black cherry mojito. Very sweet and very delicious. I would definitely come here again!

Not bad food. No different than any other restaurant of their caliber. I would have given them one star, but they were who turned me on to deep fried pickles. So I took the family there one Saturday around 5:00pm. They wanted to charge the three of us a $ 10 cover charge a piece for a Rhonda Rousey fight. We could care less about the fight and on top of that it was 5:00. I’m sure the main event wasn’t on till 8 or 9. So our $ 50 dinner would have been $ 80. Forget that. Maybe have a separate room with no tvs for people to just eat. I will never go there again. BTW, Fudruckers was really good… And no cover charge!!!

Hit and miss spot. Sometimes it can be great and sometimes not so much. Sometimes you’ll have your wings sauced, sometimes you can’t remember if you ordered them with no sauce, kidding. But today was pretty good. Sonia, I believe is her name was on it in the bar. She was pretty helpful and deserves a great rating, but since it’s the establishment, it gets 3 stars from me.

This would be a 1 if not for their great food, hostess Janae and front Manager Joe. I ordered take out as a walk in, as I occasionally do. I maybe come here once or twice per month and I know to expect a slight delay when it’s busy. But today I was waiting almost 35 minutes for 8 wings. Plain. Sauce on the side. 15 minute mark hit and I gave some slack. 25 minute mark started getting upset. At the 30 minute mark I brought up that it had been 30 minutes. Janae was nice and helpful, apologizing all the while about every 7 – 10 minutes for the delay. When she finally brought the food out I kindly asked for the manager. Joe came over, was extremely understanding and spoke in a very calm and maintained tone. I know it’s not his fault but as a regular customer I’ve never had to put up with that lag in service. He understood and refunded me without question. He and Janae understood the importance of customer service and the customer experience. More people should follow in their lead in terms of interpersonal communication skills and hospitality. I’ll come back more readily after today. Instead of going home absolutely enraged (and having to hear it from the Mrs) I’m going home in a better mood (and still have to hear it from her lol).
Edit: dropped off her food. For an angry call no veggie sticks like ordered and no blue cheese… Down graded to a 3. Even after all that time it was still wrong.

I’m sitting in here right now. You need to train your waitresses to come get the check. Staring them down obviously doesn’t work. This happens every time.

This location was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I asked for my burger with no onions and I wanted boneless wings. I received a cold burger WITH onions, of course, and wings with bones. Go figure.
Not to mention we waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we entered the restaurant to eat. And waited 23 minutes for the food, and then waited for 17 minutes AFTER we had ate and had our plates empty sitting in front of us. Long story short, we can in at 11:35 and left at 12:49 for a «quick» lunch. There were less than 5 tables seated inside the restaurant.

I’m not sure if I would blame the waitress/​bartender or the management who did the scheduling. I went to this location which is located in the Fairfield Mall. It’s pretty big, and I easily found a table for two prior to Saturday’s NFL playoffs games.
Our server was also the bartender. The bar section alone must have had 75+ people watching the Patriots vs KC.
I cannot express how slow and pitiful the service was for such a big event. With only 3 servers and a bartender, what’s up with the scheduling of the crew? Did someone not get the memo about the NFL playoffs?
The worst part was waiting for the server to actually pick up the credit card after she dropped off the bill. Understand it took 15 minutes just to get the bill and get this…45 minutes for her to circle back. 1 full hour to cash out. On top of that, she looked all pouty faced and crabby.

Absolutely horrible service on January 16^th, 2016.

This was almost a 1 star review, but the food was good once we got it.
We waited an hour for a table; a quick peek around into the dining room revealed several open tables, but no one was bussing them. The manager appeared to help move things along, but either they were way understaffed or the people there have absolutely no hustle. It looked like the manager had to stand over his busboy; and there were several people hanging out at some counter looking underemployed. We saw several open tables during our dinner. Our order was taken by the manager, food delivered by another waitress (who had to go back and fetch the fries) and then we were pretty much left alone – the waitress brought me napkins, but otherwise didn’t stop back at all. And as spicy as the wings were, I wanted a refill on my water! Ironic, considering their menu advertised bottomless drinks – I guess if you never offer refills, you can promise whatever you want. And does this place not give silverware? I get the whole «finger foods» premise, with the cardboard containers… but silverware would have been nice.
Like I said, the wings were good. It really didn’t take too long to get our food once we got a table. I enjoyed the boneless wings with Caribbean sauce; spicy and tasty. Their potato wedges were hot and good. Ambience was a rather forced «bar scene», big screens, a bit loud – not date night but not bad.
Seems that Fairfield is the mecca for mediocre food and service. Don’t plan on «dinner and a movie» at the Fairfield mall, you’ll never end up making your movie!

Worst service ever!!! The bartender Lindsey actually thought she would get a better tip by flirting with me. Not to classy Lindsey I know you saw the ring on my finger and all I went for was to watch the game and have a drink. Your need better customer service skills… The way you ignored some of your customers was not cool if you can’t do your job with a smile then maybe your in the wrong industry!

Terrible service. We were waiting a good 40 minutes before I had to ask if anybody was going to wait on us. We could see employees arguing about not wanting to serve our table. Finally got a server and she was good, but our lunch was already ruined by such terrible customer service. This is really a management problem, total lack of professionalism.

My rating will start at three stars based on their food and general service. However, whenever I’m at the bar and Mrs Sonia is working the show, I have to give BDubs five stars off her alone. With a chain restaurant, service it’s key to definition and Sonia is the definition (by my standards).
This woman is amazing, full of personality, attentive, and on the ball! She’s the type of person that’ll remember you after your third visit and know when you need another. She knows the best mixes and is more than willing to share great recipes. She made me and my girlfriend a killer Pumpkin rumchat-​tini and I have yet to find another bartender that’ll make it as good as her! She even wrote down the recipe for me… But I rather her make it for me simply because I love her company and personality!
As far as I know, if she makes a suggestion on drinks… I take em. She’s damned near a chemist for all the fantastic drinks she makes and conversation is lovely enough for me to stop by even when there isn’t happy hour!

Woman’s bathroom was disgusting ! I wanted to clean it myself sooooo bad but I didn’t have the tools. Piss on the floor with butt tissue and urine, first stall was locked and it wasn’t even out of order

I would give this place zero stars if I could, they don’t know how to make drinks and the food is nasty the only good thing about this place is big screen TV’s…

I went here on a Friday night and it was not as busy as a Tuesday. Was seated at the bar area and the waitress took our order right away. Order didn’t take long, but our waitress took a while to check on our table. Forgot the side of Mango Habanero I requested. Waitress only checked on our table once throughout the whole sitting. Not only did she take a while, but she didn’t refill our drinks. Took a long time for the waitress to finally pass through once we were ready for the check. I had to ask for the check and drink refill rather than her offering or having things prepared. Asked for a to go box twice, but still didn’t receive it as we were checking out. Had to bring the food home without a to go box or bag.
Overall, the food was good, but the service is terrible. I always tip, but service was so bad, I left 0%.

I usually like to dine where it’s quiet. Thus tome I went to this place for a change. It is totally different from any sit down dinner. This place is pretty loud and more like sports bar because you can watch all the sports you want to see on a big screen TV. Then they served different kinds of flavored wings. That was really good. Srvice was fast too so I was good.

I have a love and hate relationship with Buffalo Wild Wings. (all locations) Love the wings, the celery the appetizers ect. Yet service in ALL the locations I have gone to is SLOW SLOW SLOW did I say SLOW.
So you are seated right away or walk yourself to the bar area (open seating) then after a few minutes 5 – 10 sometimes longer your server comes and ask if they can get you something to drink. 5 – 10 minutes later maybe longer you get your drink. then 15 minute later you are asked if your going to order something else. Then you place your order and a few quarters of a football game later you have your food. Then when they drop off your food they ask if you want another drink and if you order another drink a few minutes later you have your drink. Usually by then your ready for the check
Now wings are good and they have a huge selection of alcohol but I WISH THEY HAVE FASTER SERVICE. (funny thing is if they did they make more money) I would drink more. Usually I dont drink as much because I dont have any food in my system and I have to pace myself but If I had food and if they came around more often Id probably have 2 – 4 drinks. thats 25 bucks at the least plus food and 18−20% tip if they do a good job, would be a good day. Multiply that a few times and Id say that waiter or waitress had a good day :).
Well I will be back for the wings and some alcohol but I so wish the service would improve but its only wishful thinking.

Their service here is very slow. They have a bar setting and the more traditional setting for a typical lunch or dinner. Lots of different TVs for different shows and games. This would be a good place to host a kickback. However, their service is not the business. If you want slow service for mediocre food then this is your place.

I love boneless wings… So that makes me automatically love this place. What sets it apart from other wing joints, in my opinion, is the sauce and the ability to make the boneless wings without being sopped with grease. Two favorite sauces are Asian zing and spicy garlic. Both have good kick but not overwhelming and both have great flavor. Also, the soft pretzels are great they come hot and with a exceptional cheese dipping sauce which has a little spice but is not overwhelming.
Customer service at this location is great; I have been to another location, in a neighboring city, where the service is subpar not the case here staff is friendly and do a good job. It’s a good chain restaurant that if you like wings you will like this place.

Usual place to go for wings and cheese curds. Variety of drinks to choose from as well, which makes for a fine weekend night. Service is ok, and it always gets packed for big sports games, so I avoid coming when those times hit. We always ask for wet wings, yet they always come out barely sauced. Vacaville could teach these guys a thing or two.
