Awful food and rude and awful service. Went to pay with a Visa gift card they claimed that they did not accept gift cards due to grad, mind you this was not a 200 hundred dollar meal but cost 7.57. Even if it was fraud it would not cost them much. The older lady who was the cashier was rude and non responsive about the servise. The other issue was the place was a mess and there was not any garbage cans to throw your food out so you had to leave them on the table. Now for the real zinger: the food is aweful! AWEFUL!AWEFUL!!! for those who think wing stop is great may have issues with their taste buds. I ordered the boneless ‘wings’, wings are not boneless, basically it was processed crap. When I got it, it was cold, and was drenched in sauce. The sauce was inedible and the chicken was hard and chewy, gross. I did not even finish the meal and left most of it on the table. The plus side is the owner did respond to my complaint, claimed that due to fraud they did not accept gift cards, fraud? Crappy food, why even bother. The owner said she would comp my next meal? But why would eat there again?

Avoid this place!!! We usually go over to the American Canyon one but since we were in Fairfield we thought«eh why not?». Took us about 40 minutes to get our order of 15 pieces. The fries weren’t warm, and they tasted very old. We were fine, we got over it. BUT! later that night when we were home we both were feeling very sick and our stomach was upset. I ended up getting no sleep from how sick I was feeling! No doubt it was the wings. Definitely sticking to the one in American Canyon for now on.

I was told that my order would take 10mins. I ended up waiting 30+mins. Then when I get home, I see that I’m missing one of my sides and one of my dips **insert side-eye here** I’m not a regular at wing stop so I wanted to see what it was all about. I was very underwhelmed … maybe I was just mad that I waited so long and still didn’t receive everything I ordered. I may give them another try … we’ll see

Customer service was very poor! My husband and I ordered wings at 2:40 and decided to pick them up after our 3:00 appt we had for viewing a house. We told the young lady that we would like to hold our order and not make it until we get back. She agreed. When we came back she handed us a bag full of cold food! We had a confused look on our face of why we would want to eat cold food. We explained that maybe there was a misunderstanding but we would like for them to remake the order. The cashier gave us the biggest attitude and when we did receive our order the fries were still cold(they probably just gave us back our old fries) and the wings were not as flavorful as they could be. Not coming back!

I don’t know if they are understaffed but lately my order has been taking about 30 minutes to be done. Each time it’s 10 pieces so I’m not sure how it went from a 16 minute wait to way longer. The wings are still great though and the staff is fine. Wait time just sucks

2 nights ago, I placed an order online, said it would be ready in about 20 mins, but we got there like 5 mins late. The girl on the register seemed nice. She repeated my order to me and I asked her, did you get 2 fries? Because I didn’t hear her say it and she said yes. So we got our food and before leaving, I checked the bag to make sure we got everything but it was missing one of the fries we ordered. So she apologized and gave us the fries. When we got home, the chickens and fries were less than warm. Didn’t seem like it was freshly made. And we also paid for 15 pcs but we got 13 pcs of chicken. But the reason why I’m leaving a bad review is because it gave me food poisoning. I got sick the next morning and I’m still feeling sick 2 days later. Pretty sure I won’t be returning to this wingstop again.

Decided to let the kids pick dinner tonight and this was their choice. I went along with it and picked up the phone and placed my order. I ordered 5 original hot wings, 10 lemon pepper wings, 10 boneless wings with with a of teriyaki sauce and a small order of BBQ beans. They told me over the phone it will be 16mins. I waited and left my house about 10mins later because the drive alone was about 7mins. When I got there the cashier was busy with the phones, she finally became available and asked if she can help me. I told her I had placed a phone order. She looked it up and said«OK it’s ready» I told her I wanted to add an order of bread rolls to my order. She said it would be another 3 minutes which was fine since I knew my order was ready. I was on the phone and realized when I hung up it had been 11mins. I went the a different cashier since she was available. I told her I been waiting for my order, she said to give her a second. She came back and said there was a confusion with my order and is getting it together now. She was a apologetic. I told her it was OK and took my food home. When I got home and took the food out I realized everything was cold. Even the bread rolls that I just ordered.!! I put everything in the microwave and it tasted fine after that. However it wasn’t what I paid for. Id have to give this place a two star rating, not just for customer service but also because of the cold food I received.

Been going over here for a while, so today on the 15 of March Tuesday I went in to order 20 boneless wings, the cashier told me its ganna be ready in 20 minutes, I said its fine, and it been more then 30 so I went to the front to check if our food was ready but I don’t see anything, when so I waited for another 10 the cashier just walking around and just looked at me weird, and they Finnaly called my name and it wasn’t even my order, so they ended up giving me some cold ass wings, had to download the app real fast to rate them. Never going there again.

Eh. When your craving wings this place will do. There’s not really any other place besides Buffalo Wild Wings. The way the chicken is cooked is pretty inconsistent. The chicken sauce flavors are pretty good. But overall it’s just like fast food wings. So will I come here again the answer is probably yes. Is this the best wings I’ve ever had definitely not. We ordered to go so I can’t say much about the customer service except they got our order wrong but it happens.

I still love eating here but… after the years gone by… for some reason my online orders aren’t fresh when picked up and ordering up front takes over 30 minutes. It still is the best place to get wings in town but consistency is really bad… to bad I’m willing to come back for their wings. Taste way good!

Terrible very terrible. So me and my husband ordered for togo late at night. When we came home our wings were very saggy and it was dripping with sauce and way undercook. It look very nasty. And the fries was so overcook that it was very hard and salty. Very disappointing.

Decent place to grab some okay wings. For a franchise Wingstop has some pretty good wings. Are they amazing? No, but if you’re craving wings they’ll definitely hit the spot. Wingstop offers numerous wing flavors to choose from. My favorites are the extreme hot, Louisiana rub, and teriyaki. The extreme hot flavor is HOT. I have a high tolerance to spiciness, and it makes my eyes water. The Louisiana rub flavor has a good kick to it, but I wouldn’t call it spicy. Finally the teriyaki flavor has that delicious tangy Asian spice to it. One thing that I do have to mention is that they tend to skimp on the sauce. I like my wings on the saucy side, but more often than not I receive wings that are relatively dry. So if you’re like me and like your wings finger licking saucy, ask for extra sauce. The chicken has always been nice and juicy and they don’t over bread their strips or boneless wings. I’m not a huge fan of their sides. Their fries always seem to be soggy. The past few times I’ve substituted veggie sticks for fries no problem. For free too. Location of this Wingstop is good. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially if it’s dinner time. Nearby restaurant patrons park in the same lot, so if the restaurants are busy it can be hard to find a spot. Customer service is average. Not great, but not bad. The wait for your food, if you’re getting your food to go, has been around 20 minutes when I’ve gone. You can order ahead either by calling or ordering online. I’ll be coming back to Wingstop not necessarily because I can’t get enough of their wings, but because frankly there aren’t many options in Fairfield when it comes to good tasting wings.

There are only 2 located near where I’m at American Canyon and this one hear in Fairfield. I would recommend the American Canyon location over the Fairfield location. Restaurant: For the most part, this doesn’t seem to be on of those welcoming feel free to sit type of places, it’s more like order before coming get it and go! Location: it’s in a very great location, with the mall being across the street, a Indoor Race Kart in the plaza area as well as other Major Restaurants like Chevys, Red Lobster and MoMos. Food: the food is good very satisfying yet dissatisfying at the same time! I usually order all drums(drumsticks) and the portions of meat they give you to bone is just flat out ridiculous. But Wing stop keeps me coming back for that delicious taste in spices and flavors!

The service here? Is amazing!!! But the food? Not so great. In 15 – 20 years, when my kids are grown up chicken addicts, they will love this place. But as mom, this place is most definately NOT worthy the money. The guy cooking was a bit too busy socializing with his friends, and, well… Best thing about this place was the soda machine that distracted my 6 yr old while we waited, and waited, and waited for our food. I don’t think they cook a lot of chicken at once, to safe on cost. And just cook as ordered. And add sauce.

I’ve been to this Wing Stop location a few times since they opened a few years ago. I haven’t had any issues on prior visits; however, on my most recent visit they did not receive/prepare my online order because they apparently forgot to fill their printer with paper. They were eventually able to pull up the order on their computer and make our order. It took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready, which is about the average wait time anyway. Although it was a bit annoying that they didn’t have our order ready when we came to pick it up, especially since we were hungry as hell, they explained the situation to us and did their best to get our food to us as quickly as possible. Overall, the food here is still on point and they have average service.

Placed online order at 516 for 715 pickup. Called at 700 and was told wings were being tossed. Got there and was told my wings were just being dropped in. Of course, after I paid I was told this. This place sucks and has the worst customer service. I posted this from my phone while I was waiting. Just got home and found that the order I placed was missing half of what i ordered. Super pissed. Update to this Post. I called Wing Stop and asked for a manager. I was told that the manager was going to be back in 15 min and I would get a call back. No call from manager so we called again and some smart-ass asked if anyone wanted to play manager and come talk to me on the phone. We hung up even more pissed off. Then the manager called and said I could just return the food to get my money back. I was not going to get back into my car and drive 15 minutes to return the food. Manager refused to refund my money and said the owner would call me back tonight. Of course, that did’t happen either. Now I know why this place is the way it is. Lousy owner. There isn’t much that ticks me off these days. This one has me wound up and I will be filing a BBB and taking this up with Wing Stop Corp letting them know that their brand is not represented well.
