Honey walnut shrimp in a panda bowl… only 7 pieces and strict. $ 1.25 extra for shrimp also which equates to about .75 for each shrimp. Last time I’ll be at panda ever again.

Food alright, not the best. I rather go here than Chinese restaurants for Chinese food. It’s fast and more convenience

Horrible service! At lunch hour they were low on entrees, so I said I would take the one entrée and they could bring the second(in 5 minutes they said). Another gal walks up, grabs my meal and says they will bring fresh entrees. Um, ok, she’s already dumping my plate before I can say anything. Over ten minutes later I go to the counter and the entrée I’m waiting for is full, so I ask where my food is. The gal very rudely asked if I was next in line! When I said no i’m waiting food, she turned away and helped the next customer, completely ignoring me! I stand there for a little bit then walk over to the register, and the gal asks what I had to ring me up. Again, I said I’m waiting for my food, she looks around, then the third gal comes up and gets involved… mind you all three of them helped me the first time around! Finally over 15 minutes later I get my food. Nothing like being treated like I was in the wrong! And to top it off, not one apology!

I have to say, I’m quite a fan of Panda Express. The flavor is consistent at any chain I choose. I know exactly what to expect. there’s no element of excitement or surprise. It’s almost like McDonalds, but Chinese food version. I think that made sense. My only complaint is that, the food is quite greasy and fattening. My recommendation is to go there on your cheat day. It’s not for those that’s watching their weight and counting calories. When going late, right before closing time, the food is old, vegetables soggy, flavor too salty, and everything dry… That’s unfortunate. Regardless, my family and I love going to this place when we’re craving Asian food and not wanting to cook while trying to save money.

The Manager here is amazing. She helped us with catering when she was at the Vallejo store, and for our next catering needs we followed her to this store when she moved. Thank you so much for everything!

More often than not, my wife and I come to this place for casual dining. My favorites are tofu & eggplant, and broccoli beef.

Fairly clean, spacious and awesome customer service. As far as their food, it’s good. Orange chicken never fails, but don’t come here expecting authentic Chinese food.

This is a fast food restaurants. Like the other chains they do not exactly have customer service with regards to waiting on tables. You go to the counter and point at the food you want. They will either pack to go or on a plastic plate for you to eat there. I love their Chowmein. They also have seasonal food. Unfortunately, because it is seasonal it does not always come back the next season.

Umm, it’s Panda Express. You should already know what I mean. Pray that there isn’t a huge line. Why there ever is I seriously have no idea. If you can get in there, then you can pray again whatever you want isn’t two burnt tablespoons worth in the corner of a pan that’s sat out all day under the heat lamps. That said, if it all comes together and you don’t have to go for your fifth choice item, it’s just ok. The price isn’t a rip because you’ll usually get a decent amount of food — of course you gamble on who’s scooping because sometimes it’s a mountain and sometimes it’s a molehill — and no one put a gun to your head to eat it. Although, a gun at least kills you quick. Panda will slowly clog and fatten you until the grease puts you in the ground. But maybe once or twice a year, some orange chicken might be what you’re feelin’. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing to write home — or Unilocal, even — about. Just did it so that people who are thinkin’ about it get a chance to reconsider. This location is better than the one by Raley’s though; so there’s that.

Poorly managed facility. Old food that is over spiced. Very dirty and sticky tables and place all over. If u like panda — just go to the different location. Stuff is sucks but management the worth.

The manager is very friendly and greets every customer. I ordered a tray and have me a specific amount of waiting time and was very precise! He also offered a cup while waiting. The restaurant was very clean. There’s a treat for kids on Halloween. I’ll be sure to come back!

Hard steamed rice, bland chow neon, funky tasting honey walnut shrimp and salty broccoli beef. This is why I never go to a PE, but Everything else at the food court wasn’t appealing. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but they weren’t busy. Yeah, I just don’t see myself wasting the money or tummy space on Panda.

Location Specific Overall(4⁄10) Food(3⁄10) Location(7⁄10) Service(5⁄10) — VERY unfriendly Alright folks lets admit the fact that panda express is an American fast food chain of chinese restaurants. That being said, I have had some Panda express that was pretty good, even though they had to follow a recipe. For some reason, this place never seems to get it right. Some of the staff is not friendly and rude to customers. Food was overly salty and not cooked properly. Would I come back? NO, not to this location.

A few times a month, my mom would bring home chinese for dinner. I would never eat it because of the amount of sodium it contains. My family just gobbled up that stuff like they were going to die that day or something. I decided to try a little one day. It wouldn’t hurt right? Well, the chow mein was flimsy, but somewhat good. I did like the orange chicken a little. The broccoli beef was tasty too. But, the food is filled with tons of sodium. Maybe that’s why it tastes kind of good. Ehhhh… I wouldn’t buy dinner here ever. I’d rather just get a tiny bit off my family’s plates. I’m too much of a health nut to even consider buying here.
