So sad. I’ve had so many great memories here when I worked at Solano mall. This is definitely a reminder on how things how changed. They use to have a standard size and now they have a small and a large. The large bowl was the standard back then for $ 7.95 now it’s $ 9.95. There is sliced meat like before but now they are a lot thicker and bigger so you can’t smoosh it down like how you use to. They add the sauce and noodles for you. They also don’t have water chestnut anymore. :(my brother in law wanted extra sauce and the guy denied him. Jerk! also, the guys cooking it on the stove top thing must of knocked over half of my veggies onto the floor. I mean I bought a large bowl to put extra mushrooms and broccoli and you knock half that sh*t over? That’s bull crap. There use to be a pitcher of water out so the customers can serve themselves. They don’t provide that anymore. A refill is 30 cents… Well that’s what my brother in law said. Then he goes to get it the guy says it 70 cents. Wtf I don’t know about the new owners/managers. I probably wont be returning. :(

Looks like the place went out of business, but I’m totally fine with that since there were numerous cockroach infestations reported there. Eeks!

Well, let me start by saying that I last ate at this place about two years ago. It was really BAD! ! I saw other people’s food and it smelled so good, that I decided to give them another shot. I wished that I had never gone back. 1. The price was way higher then I remember. 2. The bowls shrunk. 3. And now they give you this tiny little bowl half full of noodles. I asked the guy working there if I could get some more noodles, and he said no. So my next question was how much would it cost if I wanted more, he told me $ 3. Wait you change me almost $ 12, then you want to change me $ 3 more for a few more noodles. WTH! I will never go back to this place, because after all that my food was a little burned and not very good. I wish I could give no stars.

Don’t waste your time or money!!! This place doesn’t even deserve one star! The meat tasted freezer burned and it’s was so chewy I had to spit it out. Last time I came here with a friend of mine, we both got food poisoning. I decided to give it another chance because I was craving Mongolian BBQ at the time, but I wish I never did! This place does not deserve a dollar of mine. I went to tell the lady at the register that the meat was freezer burned and that I would like her to tell the manager. She rolls her eyes and says, «Well the manger is a Chinese lady, if you see her around you can tell her yourself.» The cooks at the grill don’t clean the grill as often as they’re supposed to. I had a BUNCH of black flakes on my plate from burnt pieces of food. I asked for a cup of water to wash down the horrible taste I had in my mouth and the water cup I was given had dirt in it! This place is filthy! As I type this my stomach feels funny… I hope this isn’t a repeat of food poisoning! Please save yourself from getting sick, and wasting your money… DONOTEATHERE!!!

The workers look like they don’t wanna be there. The food has no flavor, and they always burn my veggies. The seats are ripped and the floor is always sticky. Way overpriced for bad quality food. Never will eat here again.

This place used to be ok but now it’s just gross. Your shoes will make that sticking sound when you walk on their floor because they probably don’t mop with clean water and soap. I remember the first time I ate here before a movie, it was like $ 6. Now it’s over $ 10. The vegetable selection is small and the bar is usually messy. Not worth it, only going to Fire Wok for Mongolian.

This place went from ok to disgusting! The meat is so old and can’t even chew it and they are so stingy and give you the smallest bowls ever! Looks like it’s under new ownership. I hope they know giving their customers the bare minimum is not going to help their business. The rice was dry and had a funny smell Also the price went up. it’s not worth $ 13 Don’t ever try it! Stay away I promise you will be disgusted. this place give Mongolian bbq a bad name

While the food isn’t horrible it could be a great deal better. The beef was frozen almost solid in HUGESLICES that I had to chop up with the tongs. The lady behind me had to ask for help and the slices were easily the size of my hand. I fit three in my bowl and had to put the veggies in the holes. They didn’t have any rice or soup and the restaurant was not clean and the workers seemed a bit dirty and lazy. They handed us our drinks and the cups were covered in spilled soda. So much so I asked for napkins to clean it off and I had to do it myself and then ask if they would throw away the napkins. I’ve always liked the food but the limited selection of veggies is a downer. I believe that even for a mall restaurant there should be standards and dining is a whole concept that’s not just about food. Great khans falls well below this standard.

It was good for mall food, but I’ve had better Mongolian Grill in Casper Wyoming. The cooks are a bit sloppy and if you get teriyaki your meal turns to soup.

Huge price jump from $ 7 to $ 11 after tax. –The meat is now extremely tough. –The amount of noodles they give you is about ¼ the amount seen in the older photos posted on here.

Great food large portions. Big price jump to $ 10.95 a plate but still good food for the price. Load your own plate. Stuff it down with more than you can eat anyway… they cook it there for you and yummie … I think the big price jump will loose some business but it is still a good place to eat.

*see bottom for cliffs Food = so-so. This place is horrible. Raises price for regular from $ 6.95 to $ 9.95?! Limited selection of veggies(seriously, no carrots?) and they don’t allow you to do the sauce yourself. They don’t keep the food area very clean, much like the rest of the place. Not enough workers! We were the next to order and waited 15 minutes because the main guy who’s always at the register was getting more food in the back. The trays and bowls were wet, as if he just ran them under water and brought them out after. He dried them off before handing it to us. Is that sanitary? There aren’t enough cooks either. Line had 5 people waiting for their food to be cooked and only one cook. Floors are disgusting! Your shoes will make noise because they’re sticking to the floor! They don’t wipe down tables nowhere near fast enough(9⁄10 bet you’ll be wiping it off yourself). I wiped down our table with a couple baby wipes and hubby’s forearms were still sticky after touching the table. Gross. Aren’t there standards for cleanliness food establishments have to meet? Don’t even bother. Go to Fire Wok where you have piece of mind about how clean the establishment is and about $ 9 gives you all you can eat. Cliffs: Gross Gross So-so food

My husband and i thought we’d try this place because the ones in AZ are amazing but this place takes the spot for the WORST place I’ve been to. The staff was not friendly at all and the restaurant was disgusting. Unsanitary in my opinion and the food wasn’t even good. They slop your food on a plate and touch it with their hands. its repulsive. Spend your money somewhere else! this place sucks!

Took our daughter here to share a dinner. She had a blast picking out all the meat and veggies. She was entertained while watching them cooking the food too. It was tasty and a lot of food. The soup was not good sorry to say. Also, the cooking area was a real disater(gross). If it had been cleaner I would have given it at least one star higher rating.

It’s great that you can build your meal to what you want. However, the place is ill maintained. There is litter everywhere, no one comes out to clean used tables and the floor is so dirty and sticky. Very unappetizing and unsanitary.

These are all over So-Cal and its the only one Ive found up here so far. Its fun because you can building exactly what you want in your bowl and i like its fun to watch the guy make your food. Beware tho: he asks you at the end if you want teriyaki sauce and it will be drenched all over your noodles if you say yes. This makes noodles extra saucy if you already added other sauces(chili oil, sesame) earlier! I like how its right outside the theater so we can grab a quick bite to eat before a movie.

You pay first, which is $ 6.95 per entrée. Then you load up your bowl with meat(chicken, pork or beef), vegetables, noodles and sauces. Then you head over to the cook, who fries up your food with some requested teriyaki sauce. All in all you get some sodium, a bout of cholesterol and the slowest service ever.
