I give this location ZERO stars. The first time I ordered an avocado burrito a few weeks ago and they did not put the creamy cilantro sauce. Then today I got the same thing and they didn’t put chicken! Wthell! If you like your orders wrong, come to this place! :)

Renewed interior and exterior. Great casual, relaxing ambiance. Order, pick up and eat! Chickens on grills all day! Fresh and delicious. We have been coming to this location for over a year now & their family meals are awesome(although my wife and I are the only ones who share it)! Lol.

I just placed an order there they were very rude and very unprofessional. I asked if I could speak to the manager and apparently she was the manger. I will never come back to this place again. It’s worth driving to Vacaville there a lot friendlier there

I order 3 family course gave only. ¾ cup of the rice. I pay full anount so im expecting full of what i ordered too. Ask for extra sauce charge me 52cents. Karla is the one who serve me I think you shoild not be in the front for you do not know how to handle customer. No thank you no nothing just turn her back on me. Poorrr customer service… Never will come back on this location!!! So disappointed

Love it! The best fast food. I only get the chicken which is what was originally in the menu, and salads. Chicken is moist and flavorful. I don’t get the burrito-quesadilla whatevers.

I love the soup unfortunately it is very inconsistent, today they forgot to put the chicken in I guess, but we’ve also had it loaded with everything, to little more than broth. Just saying look at your orders MAYBE? i don’t since i get it to go and it’s all wrapped up. Seriously thinking of giving it up.

Food is not good. Don’t understand why it’s such a busy place. Quesadilla didn’t even have cheese in it. Save your money because you might as well go to Taco Bell.

I’m still trying to find something really flavorful on the menu. Today i had the carne asada burrito and the beans made it bland. Good thing i ordered a side of corn. That helped things a little. They should try marinating the beans just as do the meats. I’d go back… But with slight reservations, though.

I dislike this place. I’ve been here a few times and every time I ask myself, «why didn’t I go to chipotle?!?» I paid $ 8 for the skinless chicken with broccoli and salad. I got a cold piece of chicken that was dry, 6 pieces of rubbery broccoli and a bowl of lettuce with 6 strips of tortilla chips. Very frustrating. I would suggest to just drive down the road and getting yourself a $ 6 burrito

Fantastic, great cooked food, tasty, healthy. I always enjoy anything grilled, I get grilled chicken Tacos, perfect marinade, perfectly made. Great salsa selections. This one is as good as any fast food chain gets.

I’ve been here 3 times. The first two times were kinda bad, my order was wrong each time but I dealt with it. This time I went and the girl taking the order had such attitude, didn’t listen when I ordered and on top of the the 2 things I ordered were completely wrong. How hard is it to listen? I mean your job is listening to people order.

I have gone here every week for the past 3 years and I love it! this is one of the few fast food places I go and they are always nice and work as quickly as then can. I always get the Pablano burrito and will continue to get it. I even had them cater my graduation party and it went flawlessly and I would love to have them cater other events in the future!

I don’t have a el pollo loco in my city, so it’s about a 20min drive from Vallejo. They recently remodel so it very clean. The staff is very nice and serves up the food fast. I love the chicken tacos! That’s pretty much my go to, but the chicken alone is great as well.

one star for sure… i always go to the one in vacaville and i will continue to go to vacaville. even though the one in vacaville is because they ask 100 questions i understand its about customer service. i came here two days ago and let me tell you all my service was the worst. the girl helping us in drive through was rude and very short with us. didnt ask if we wanted any additional sauces or anything. we pulled up to the window to pay she said not one word to us just had her hand out waiting for our card… i couldnt read her name completely on her name tag i WISH I COULDHAVESEENITBECAUSESHEDOESNTDESERVEHERJOBNOTONEBIT. the food was gross and cold. never again

Their customer service here is horrible. I feel like every time I come here I’m getting attitude from whoever’s taking my order. Not only are they rude but they’re extremely incompetent. My order is almost always incorrect. So much so that I make sure to take the extra time and check my items before I leave. Once I was given half empty sides and when I called to let the manager know, I was promised a free meal but of course that was NOT honored the next time I came back. I would only come here for the convenience of being so close to home but not anymore. I’ll make the extra drive anywhere else.

I’m posting this review on behalf of my mom who not only didn’t receive the food she ordered, but was treated terribly by the staff when she went in to correct the problem! After reading the other reviews, it’s clear to see that customer service at this location is HORRIBLE and has been so for the last few years and managers don’t care to fix the problem. My mom ordered the ultimate double chicken tostada and the ultimate double chicken enchiladas. She was told she can use one coupon to get the ultimate double chicken tostada for free, yet she only received a regular tostada, charged her for a drink she didn’t order and only took off $ 2.50 the price instead of giving it to her for free(hence the coupon!). Apparently her ultimate double chicken enchilada only had one small strip of chicken and was covered in cheese — definitely NOT worth $ 7! When she returned to the restaurant to fix all the wrongs that occurred, she was met with resistance. In attempts to talk to a manager, there wasn’t one to be found! I’m not sure if there was a language barrier or if they pretending not to understand the situation, but long story short, my mom was wrong and there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE, dirty restaurant and so so food. Not worth the headache, aggravation or the salmonella risk!!! If I could give this place a zero star rating I would, unfortunately I have to give them one star. I’m never coming back and I suggest you stay far, far away from this place as well!!!

I don’t do fast food, but was on the road and hungry. I ordered the Chicken, Bacon and Guacamole Quesadilla. It was very good and the food tasted fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were really nice, they even checked how my meal was after I’d taken a few bites. Much better experience than most fast food places.

Worst service through drive through!!! You know if you dont like your job … Leave!!! So I go through the drive thru to order. I order a number 1& a 2. She asked what kind of tortillas, I mean a tortilla is a tortilla right. So I asked a tortilla??? She replied Yes! Tortilla flour or corn!!? With an attitude. I mean I didnt know they served both tortillas. Ok so now I will order the sides… They used to have a sweet corn a while back, so I asked for that and she abruptly said«We dont have that!!!» in a annoyed voice. So ok got my other sides. «is there anything else for you?». Before I can answer she gave me total. I mean I didnt want anything else is just the fact that she rushed through the process. Ok drive to the window doesnt acknowledge that I drive up. Like two min later she opened window and gave me my sodas by shoving it at me and took my credit card. Then the food came but also like here take take it go away kind of attitude. Got my credit card back and she never smiled and said thank you. My boy was like… Uh that was rude! I love El Pollo Loco but this time it didnt taste like other times. Maybe it was the bitterness of the drive thru girl ruined my taste. I will try this place again hopefully I wont experience that again and if I do there are many other Pollos to go to…
