Took my girlfriend for a couples massage. The staff were friendly and the whole atmosphere was very comfortable. The massage itself was very soothing and they successfully removed any muscle aches or knots either of us had. The music soundtrack was not exactly to our taste however, I thought it was rather somber and my girlfriend got a cave/tribal sacrifice type vibe. Other than that the only thing lacking from our experience were candles and incense. For the price it was a deal and we feel great!

My wife was a member with Elements Massage up until 5 minutes ago. Why? Because our 5 year old who was(against our advice) climbing the counter to get a snack, fell, and split her chin open. You know — kids being kids. How are these connected? My wife — being a respectful and responsible patron — called the shop to tell them that she would be unable to make her appointment today due to needing to make an impromptu ER trip to take care of our child. Please note that we actually took the time to call, and not simply stand them up. How did they respond? A $ 35 late cancellation fee. A lecture on policy when my wife implored them to show an ounce of empathy. We cancelled her membership. How did they respond then? They’re going to charge us for this month — which we won’t use. Next month as well. And they’re still going to charge the cancellation fee. Round trip cost? Almost $ 160.00 in cost to us, them losing a customer, and reinforcing to me that some people just shouldn’t be in business.

I started a membership here after I had a little trouble getting into other places on short notice. Let me say this, Elements attracts experienced therapist who really know what they are doing. You will not get somebody right out of school, who is inexperienced. Give Elements a try, I have never been disappointed by any therapist.

Very new spot. It appeared that I was the only appointment. Pleasant reception staff. Minimalist but nice interior. My massage therapist was young. However, she had adept hands. Lighter touch, took her time on my problem spots, and didn’t irritate w questions or talking. However, she could have warmed up the table, the room & her hands before I arrived. I was refreshed and limber after my 90 minutes and I was given a bottle of complimentary Poland Spring water. The music is homogenized zen. The massage table was very comfortable & the vibe was relaxing and quiet. Immaculate & large restroom. Next to Starbucks so parking is tight. $ 49 for 55 min new customer deal. I will return.
