There consecutive trips have resulted poorly executed orders. Each time, a frappucino was made incorrectly or poorly, lacking either the correct amount of syrups for the size, my missing sauce(chocolate sauce for a Smores Frap), a missing topping(e.g. Graham cracker crumble) or was way too icy.

Terrible customer service. The cashier was so rude and did not listen when I was giving my order.

I hate rating chains but this Starbucks is particularly bad. Went with a friend and we could tell the cashier might be having a hard time or is new so we tried to order our drinks as simply and clearly as possible. Both so royally messed up we just tossed them. Very disappointing when major chains can’t master the art of training their help.

This Starbucks is a disgrace. They didn’t know you didn’t charge for soy in an iced coffee. They gave me HUGE attitude when I pointed it out. Didn’t apologize and then tried to give me $ 1.20 in coins when I paid via a Starbucks gold card. My friend wanted a splash of soy and I wanted extra soy and the drinks look identical. They didn’t write SOS splash of soy on his drink. Honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve EVER been to its an utter disgrace to the corporation. Upper management should be brought in immediately to put these people in line.

Line was basically out the door this morning and with 5 people working behind the counter you wouldn’t think a visit to Starbucks(without sitting down) would be a 40+ minute experience. And, how is it that a place whose core business model centers around beverages doesn’t have honey for the many varieties of tea they sell? Don’t know if it’s just this particular store that’s struggling today or if the company has bitten off more than it can chew — maybe the beverage and food options have gotten too expansive and are too involved to achieve its original objectives. Hopefully, my next experience at this store will be more positive.

This Starbucks is the worst. The employees are poorly trained, my order is somehow always wrong, and unless you want a Pike, expect your coffee to be burnt. When I asked when the Blonde roast was brewed last, I got looked at like I had ten heads. No timers on your coffees? Really? The best was when a barista looked me dead in the face and said, «This coffee is so hot it has to be fresh!». Yeah, because it was sitting on a burner/warmer for god knows how long, dummy. I could smell how burnt it was, but he still chose to serve it to me. Also, never got a, «sorry we fucked up royally so here’s a free drink card» thing for all the times I’ve had these terrible experiences. I started going to Einsteins next door or driving a little further to the other Starbucks in Fairfield. Worth it.

This location is literally the worse I’ve ever been to. Staff is not enthusiastic, it’s obvious they hate their jobs and would rather talk to each other or friends that visit. You can hardly hear any of them, they are so soft spoken and it takes 20 mins to get a latte when there is no line! When you get your beverage its usually made wrong. I’ve been coming here for the last year and it’s always the same. Don’t get me wrong. The staff seems nice. It just seems as though they don’t enjoy being there…

Even though it was really crowded my coffee was pretty decent even though it was a bit over priced I had two coffees and it came to a total of 12 $

Not the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. 1 star for beverage accuracy, 1 star for cleanliness. Staff doesn’t seem to be very friendly or enthusiastic, and the seating arrangement here leaves a lot to be desired. The parking lot is a royal pain to get into and out of, and parking can be quite scarce. If anything, stick with the downtown Fairfield location

Not the friendliest of Bucks. Typically crowded. No outdoor seating. No drive thru. Always a line for the restroom. Awful parking situation & good luck getting out of the tight awkward parking lot onto BlackRock.

Diana, I think she is the manager, and Jeremy are excellent. I used to hate this Starbucks, but they are so friendly and efficient I will return here. Shouldn’t be open on July 4th though, place is dead.

On Wednesday night(6⁄10) I stopped by this Starbucks on the way home to get a cool drink but to also type up some items from a meeting that I was just at prior. It was close to 9pm, figured they were open til at least 9:30−10pm. WRONG! I asked if they were closing, as I saw a couple folks filter out, and the lone employee there(nice guy though) said they close at 9pm. I was shocked, because the Starbucks over on the corner of the Post Rd. right near the train tracks is open til 10pm! It really didn’t make sense to me because while it had been quite some time that I had been to this location, closing at 9pm was never the case before! My tall vanilla bean frappuccino was yummy though, and I had no long, long line in front of me, as is usually the case during the day at this location. My big question is, WHY the different closing times between the Black Rock Turnpike Starbucks and the Post Rd one? Very frustrating in my book.

This place. Ahhhhhh Great coffee(it’s actually consistent compared to other Starbucks) The staff is nice but their organization is a chaos. I have read that Starbucks want you to get your coffee within 3 min. NOTHERE Been coming on Saturdays and started timing myself from entering the shop to receiving coffee. Here it comes: 11 min 17 min 9 min 13 min 18 min You better have some time to waste because they will waste your time

Every time I come here I promise myself to go someplace else. Service is the slowest ever. Two young girls working hard but extra hands to prep food in a timely manner would be a bonus for this store

I have long considered Starbucks to be the most consistent of any chain. All of my experiences have been positive. Until today. Walked into this location for the first time to find three employees and no customers. They were engaged in conversation amongst themselves and I was not greeted. The barista that took my order mumbled and I couldn’t understand anything he said; he never really bothered to stop talking to his co-workers. I ordered a tall hot chai tea latte in a grande cup(which I then fill with cold milk), which has been my thing lately. My drink was not made properly — it was lukewarm when it was handed to me and definitely did not taste like it had the right ratio of ingredients(very little chai flavor). The cup didn’t even have a sleeve on it(which it didn’t need, because it was lukewarm). Perhaps if the barista paid attention to the drink he was making rather than his gossip, I would not be writing this review. I admittedly knew ahead of time that the employees at this location had a reputation for being, shall we say, not up to par. My experience fully reflects that notion. Starbucks emphasizes that if your drink is not made to your liking, you can have it re-made — these baristas made it clear that they simply did not care, so I didn’t even bother. I expect more from Starbucks.

Always good to find a Starbucks on the way to your destination. This Starbucks is across the street of that destination(Trader Joe’s) their Skinny Vanilla Latte is good of taste, and the service is friendly. If you plan to spend some Wi-Fi time here be aware that there are 2 comfortable arm chairs and a couple of tables with the regular wooden chairs.

Okay, so maybe it’s lame to write a review for Starbucks since they are all basically the same. The reason I really like this one though is because it never really seems to get crowded, even on weekends. Are they making any money at this java joint? Who the hell cares, but at $ 3.50 a latte, I would hope so. Anyway, if you hate waiting in line for your coffee and just want some friendly service, then mosey on down.
