Ok so they have in my opinion the best bagels and the best breakfast sandwiches, however, three times now they’ve dropped the ball on toasting a bagel. I know it seems small, but when you order a toasted bagel with cream cheese or butter, and then you find its not toasted, it sucks. Cold bagel? Yuk. Also, come on, it’s not a complicated order. I dunno. I feel petty. But three times? I just don’t want to live in a world where i suffer the cruel roulette of randomly toasted and non toasted bagels.

Good coffee, bagels and staff. Feels like an old school breakfast place. Don’t expect to eat here, it’s a hole in the wall type place but the food is tremendous. Oversized portions of lox. Can’t wait to try again!

I’m amazed how many places in the area simply can’t prepare crunchy, well done bacon — no matter how specifically you ask for it. So glad I tried Joseph’s Bagel & Grill.
I’ve gotten a few different sandwiches here, but mainly breakfast on bagels — dozens and dozens of them.
The bagels have always been perfectly fresh, and tasty — the ingredients always cooked exactly to my specification and the staff is always a pleasure to deal with.
Being on a very active corner, having a tiny parking lot and small space inside provide some challenges when they get busy. Unfortunately, due to the size, it doesn’t take much to make it seem busier than it is — but these folks actually do a grand job keeping things moving… especially considering how few people work there.

I stopped in here yesterday, after doing a quick Google search for trendy coffee shops in Fairfield. I was actually looking for a place to sit and do some work, while enjoying the coffee and maybe a breakfast sandwich. I was a little skeptical of this place as I pulled up, and that proved to be accurate.
First I should note that they don’t take any sort of plastic it off, so you have to have cash on you.
Second there is no seating outside, and the only seating inside is a single table with three chairs — which was occupied by three older ladies when I arrived.
Since I was going to be leaving anyway, I only ordered a bagel with cream cheese and lox. It was OK, but I would’ve had roughly the same quality if I had walked into a Bruegger’s or an Einstein’s bagel.
I doubt that I’ll return personally. Seems like a reasonable spot if you want to stop in and get something on your way to work, or for a drive somewhere, but beyond that just keep driving.

Great coffee, great bagels, great service! There’s not much more I could say. Oh and great sandwiches! Also, left my wallet at home once after ordering a couple sandwiches, they said to pay them later which was such a lifesaver! Went back in a couple hours later to pay them back after picking up my wallet. Such a great little local gem!

Stopped in here on Thursday 6⁄25 for my iced coffee and bacon n egg on salt bagel, and while I was waiting, I saw two large platters of assorted sandwiches and wraps to be either delivered or picked up. Yes, they do catering, and while I didn’t ask, I can safely assume that one would need to call or stop in way in advance to inquire on what they can do for the customer. The platters of goodies were pleasing to the eye and it looked like a great variety, something for everyone!

Feel very fortunate to have this amazing bagel/​sandwich/​coffee shop in my neighborhood (and even better, within walking distance!) The owners and staff are hardworking and friendly, adding to the appeal of this great breakfast/​lunch spot. Word is spreading and people from across town, and out of town travel for some of best breakfasts and coffee around! Congrats Joe (s)! Well deserved!
