Horribly slow service. Drive through for one simple fish & chips took 12 minutes. Previous time I was here I actually walked in and ordered the same order for carryout — which took an amazing 25 minutes to prepare.

Met a customer here for breakfast. The place was empty, the food on the buffet looked like it had been there for days. I won’t be back. If I were you I would keep looking. The wait staff were preoccupied and couldn’t have cared less if we were there or not.

Fast service, friendly waitstaff. Very clean. Not usually a fan of Big Boy’s per se, but it was on our way to/​from something in the area and we both were looking to sit down and enjoy some lunch.
The buffet looked good, though we didnt opt for that. I had the tuna melt, it was good.

Frisch’s is a long time favorite of mine. There are none where I live and so I always make a point to visit when I am in town.
The Buddy Boy is always my go to item. Love the soft bread. Got to have the vanilla-​coke with crushed ice and onion rings with tarter sauce, too.

We had excellent service on this visit. The two servers we encountered were happy and helpful and made the experience even better.

For me, it’s a breakfast buffet. Nothing crazy, but I can get a side of Goetta with it here in Cincy, so that’s why we tend to hit this place every time I’m in town. The service is dependable, and friendly enough. Decent coffee, not stand-​out by any means, but consistent.
