Hidden gem is the best way to describe this place. I took a chance because there wasn’t a Unilocal about it and I figured no news is good news. and I am sure glad I went. My entire family wears glasses, so I am well schooled in eye exams. Dr. Horie was amazing. She is friendly, happy, and quick! Very professional, very thorough. She welcomed my son to sit in the exam room with me while I was tested. something I have never been able to do anywhere else. (the exam room has it’s own entrance on the side of the mall and I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of him sitting alone up front where I couldn’t see him. There is a waiting area however.) She was equally as quick, kind and patient with my son. He really liked her, and that says a lot for a 12 years old. I plan on going to back to her every year.
Richard, the Optical Leader at this store, helped us find glasses with ease. Honestly, we buy glasses every year and have had our share of «help». Richard reminded us what customer service is all about. Friendly, knowledgeable, truthful, and very helpful. He took his time with us and even when another customer came in, he didn’t rush us. Whats more, he searched to see which would give us a better deal, his sale or our insurance. Usually, I am informed the sale price is only for non insured customers. Given that my insurance rarely covers the entire price for a pair of glasses, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was eligible for discounts as well.
Store is clean. Glasses are name brand at a very reasonable price. Great selection of frames for adults and children. Service is amazing! Earned all 5 stars in my book. Great job!
