Excessive ice in iced tea. Very diluted black iced tea. As an ex SB employee from San Bruno, a core store location, I know what the drinks should look and taste like. They are hardly ever right. The worst part is the service. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and not once have they remembered me or my name. It is there job to get to know the customer. Get it together please.

This place has gotten better recently. New staff members and better tasting iced coffee. I feel like maybe they try harder on the iced coffee in the summer. I don’t know, but it is better than before.

The store is super duper amazingly nice and they serve the ALCOHOL! Rachel or CHO is a highlight of the store no doubt!

I am giving two stars because the staff here is super super friendly. But to be quite blunt, I do not like the way they make their drinks. I ordered a chai tea latte and it tasted like milk. I asked them to remake it and by the third try I had just given up because I did not want to appear rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me a $ 20 gift card for complementary future drinks. I only go to this Starbucks on the weekends. On weekdays I go to Starbucks in San Francisco and their drinks are a lot better. But I’m glad for the Starbucks in Cordelia. I will continue to give them a try. My kids love their non-​caffeinated drinks.

I have a feeling that a lot of people who stopped here are driving through, which makes the importance of a good Starbucks experience all the more important. Every time I have been here it’s been like a desert oasis surrounding a lake of caffeine instead of pure water. The service is good. The bathrooms are clean. The drinks are competently made. It has a drive-​through but I don’t use it because by the time I get here I really want to stretch my legs so I appreciate the fact that this isn’t a tiny location either.

This is the best Starbucks in town. Clean, friendly & fast. They have some of the friendliest baristas. Sharon, Ariana, Lindsie& Julie are my favorite. They are always so positive & friendly in the morning! I love that Sharon always remembers my drink. Definitely my favorite Starbucks!

Spent 15 minutes looking for this place even with the GPS. There are no signs, no directions, and the trees and bushes cover up the building so you can’t even tell that it is a Starbucks. This is an awful location and I feel like Starbucks is a generally decent company and I’m very surprised they chose such a terrible location.

A good stopover for a long drive to/​from the Bay Area. Coffee service is good inside but I’ve had some wrong orders going through the drive through. Clean bathrooms are also appreciated.

Really… all I asked was is that a latte since I did not see a ticket on the drink. Then girl with the headset and a bun said what does it say and proceed to say it’s a latte and begin to shake her head. WtF! If you are having a bad day don’t blame your customers heck don’t cone to work. Don’t be in customer service. That’s why this place has such bad reviews! We should have taken our business across the freeway to the one at Business drive! OMG! Get another job.

2 stars because my drink tasted fine. But also was made wrong which is totally fine it was busy and if the cashier relays the wrong drink to the person behind the bar what else would happen. I don’t expect smiles and rainbow when I ask her if she could remake it with soy, but I do expect some sort of words to come out of her mouth at all.
Starbucks prides on it customer service and friendly attitude. No wonder the 2 baristas with the worst attitudes were working behind the counter, where the customer interaction is very minimal.
Maybe it was just a bad morning but based on all the other reviews not written by a friend of a worker there or someone who works there themselves… Seems like customer service is something some people there need some help with.

Not a big coffee person but I do enjoy the refreshers (hand made energy drinks). Stopped in here had a refresher. The nice thing about Starbucks is the consistency you know what you are going to get. The refreshers are good and give you the little extra you need to finish the day. One big positive about this location is they do a good job keeping the line moving. In the end it is still Starbucks which in my mind is a solid middle of the road place to get a coffee or other beverage.

Good location for a Starbucks right off of 80. Nothing special about this location, it is a Starbucks so you know what you are going to get. Friendly people and the inside is clean and spacious.

15 minutes for an iced latte! Ridiculous. Don’t come in here if you are in any hurry. Everyone in the place was getting irritated about how long drinks were taking.

My husband and I loves coffee !!! It’s good that we have Starbucks near our area … And besides we sometimes just chill and have our breakfast at Starbucks on weekends just before doing our errands…

This place might be decent if they ever restocked their breakfast food. (Specifically the Ham and Cheese Foldover) I stop by here almost every morning around 5am only to be disappointed. This is a restaurant of some sort, right?

Super convenient location for students at SCC. This was my go-​to place before night classes for two years.

Well, yes, I am a fan of Starbucks, this one is okay, only went through the drive through, it was good, a bit off the beaten path, but overall nice coffee!

Went in to see when my neice was working and asked one of the employees that was helping me and she all of a sudden became very rude and said i have been here 3 years and there is no one here by that name.
Made me kinda embarrassed that she would just blast it out like that.
Well i have news for her. My niece does work there and maybe she should get to know her co workers before being a miss know it all.

Compared to other Starbucks locations I’ve visited, this one is very average to me. To start off, this location is small. There aren’t many tables and chairs to sit at inside when it gets really crowded. There’s some seating outside but it doesn’t help much and still feels small. Also, I couldn’t find the bathroom (if there was one) which is usually easily accessible at other locations.
The parking here is pretty terrible. Every spot seems to be taken and it’s hard to get out if you parked next to the drive-​thru.
I haven’t had any real problems with the service but they are a bit on the slow end. Whenever I come through drive-​thru or inside, there’s always a line. Drinks may take awhile to come out if you’re in a hurry. The staff is nice for the most part and I haven’t gotten rude service yet.
This isn’t the best location but you can still get that Starbucks-​quality coffee. If you need your quick fix, you can come here. There’s better locations elsewhere but this will do the job. Meh.
