Starbucks

Yummy raspberry and cream Frappuccino. This happens to be my favorite drink ever so I will continue until a the next yummy one comes in.

I come to this Starbucks every other Monday while my husband works at his companies Fairfield office. I spend most of the day there working and drinking coffee. The staff are really friendly, and start to remember you quickly. The atmosphere is good, and a lot of others are there working and using the wifi too. It’s definitely one of the nicer and cleaner Starbucks in the Fairfield area, I definitely recommend it. Bonus: it’s in a really big shopping center with a Costco, Safeway and TJ Maxx!

Horrible service, me and my coworker came in first before many people, as we waited i saw many people who were getting there drinks wrong. Who ever was delivering the cookies was kind slamming them on the counter. And when drinks were ready, names weren’t being called out. I was late to work and my drink was messed up as well.

For how busy a Starbucks can get this place gets them out quick! I hardly ever wait. Only needs a drive thru. All the baristas are all very nice and polite.

Current tip: happy hour from May 6 – 15 2016 from 3−5pm half off on all Fraps :)

The staff is working really hard today and people are moving in and out quickly. I appreciate being able to come here to work today because my home internet is down. My only complaint is that the staff hasn’t suggested to the guy with the disgusting dip bottle that he put it away and please purchase something if he’s going to set up camp there.

Small place! But they are pretty fast. Probably the second fastest in Solano County. I had the Very Berry, no sugar, as it is naturally sweetened!

Conveniently located in a suburb neighborhood shopping center with limited merchants. Startbucks never fails in having a location within reach. This one in particular just makes getting a caffeine fix just much easier.
No complaints on all drinks I’ve gotten here. Baristas are on point. Limited seating and a place to lounge. On the otherhand, there are ample parking.

I have an idea Starbucks. Take the items that you DON’T have out of the display where people look to see what you DO have. I stand in a long line getting my hopes up to find out that I’m just looking at stuff that’s who knows how old (in your own words). Come on REALLY ?!

Can’t complain about their drinks because they always come out as expected. When you ask for extra caramel, they definitely hook you up :) However, if you’re trying to order the iced green tea latte, I would suggest adding an extra pump to your drink. Sometimes, it lacks in flavor.
But if I had to choose between this Starbucks and the other Starbucks on
Pittman, I would definitely choose this Starbucks because it has faster wifi. It’s newly decorated and they added for strips of outlets on the wall so you don’t have to worry about just sitting by the door.

Everyone is so nice and cheerful in the morning! Great renovation too. The place is small and the line can get long but it moves fast.

Sometimes paying for convenience sucks, but its easy. I’m not sure if keeping up my gold membership at this paricular location is worth it… but then again, its easy.
I live in the area and have been coming to this location for almost 4 years, more so now, because I NEED MY TRIPLE SHOT! The service isn’t great unless you’re a regular who sits next to FF Police every 6am in the morning or if you are plainly a daily patron. Me, I come often enough to keep my gold membership until 2017. I dont expect stellar service at 6 AM, but a nice friendly smile followed with good morning would help. It would even be better if they served consistently good lattes, but even at that, its mediocre at best. I have to admit though… amongst the sad sally’s and debbie downers, there is one sparkling star. I dont know his name and he isnt there most times, but when he is, i feel welcomed and his barista game is pretty good too.
I’ll probably stop for my morning fix in a couple days, hoping to see some smiles… and because its easy and i need my caffeine.

The health inspector of Solano County definitely needs to make a stop at the store. Garbage outside is falling all over the ground, the garbage container on a table inside is falling all over the table. When I nicely as one of the workers if they could take care of the garbage he told me «I’m only one person, I’ll get to it when I get to it» and then he just stared at me. There were three people standing around doing nothing who could have taken care of it. The bathroom, is also not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I only stop here because of convenience to Costco — needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

No complaints except they ran out of toffee crunch for my frap.

Slow for a Starbucks but hey it is what it is!

All the staff are super friendly and remember you if you’re a regular. It’s conveniently located very close to quite a few restaurants and shopping. It’s always clean and the drinks are always spot on. Only downside is that it’s not a drive thru

Barista Linzee very rude !!! I will go to the sb on central way before returning to this location… went in for happy hour and yes it was a little busy but a customer forgot to ask for soy and she asked Linzee could she switch to soy instead… the drink wasn’t even made yet and she coped an attitude abt the change… umm hello this happens and the place was filthy too. I personally asked Linzee who was making drinks and calling them out can someone come out the wipe down the counters and the trash was full she completely ignored me but she heard me we made eye contact I was close enough for to hear me so I kindly repeated myself to the cashier. Made many customers feel uncomfortable including the one

This Starbucks needs to work on cleanliness: straw wrapper below table and pastry crumbs on floor.
They have free WiFi from Google but this place doesn’t have accessible electrical outlets so that business groups, tutors with their students sessions and college students could form group studies.
This Starbucks is near Solano Community College, a public library, Costco and located in a retail plaza.
They would have substantial revenue at this place if they would focus on creating an overall tranquility experience and atmosphere. Furthermore, install electrical outlets !

Excellent Service! Josiah and JP went above and beyond! When I ordered a sugar free peppermint latte — no foam… Josiah asked if I wanted to make it a sugar free peppermint mocha! Didn’t know they had that… both Josiah and JP were very friendly! Keep up the great work! I will be back.

Love this place and love the employees.
Busy esp on weekends but its ok. When you get great customer service, you forget and ignore if there’s a wait. I highly recommend this place.
